Yes they do great shellac. They are also the cheapest I've found, $23 if paying cash.

I'm not a huge fan of the work on the nails . Idk if it's because they are rushing or if it's certain people that do better nails than others but both times I got nails done they lifted in a week . They really get into everything when it comes to cleaning and trimming . And offer so many pedicure packages that come loaded for a reasonable price . I always get the deluxe OR the detox pedicure !!!! Clay mask hit rock massage all the works ! Hot towel then to finish with wax on the feet for 75 including gel ! Ofcourse they are friendly and will talk to you I love a good girl chat in the salon . It's clean from what I can see and nice massage chairs . As far as appointments they don't always honor it . They are a busy spot so it's always hit or miss but if you can get in there , I'd definitely recommend getting pedis done. They also do good eyebrow waxing as well . I have full eyebrows and don't need too much done to them , they listen and understand the assignment everytime .

After my experience here, I never returned. I also stopped recommending this salon to the women in my life because I could no longer, in good conscience, encourage anyone to spend their money where Women are not respected. At the time, I knew I had been deeply hurt by the way I was treated. Being belittled and dismissed in front of other customers stayed with me far longer than I expected. Looking back, I didn't realize how much that experience affected me until I found a new nail salon. Ironically, it wasn't until I experienced kindness that I understood how much confidence I had lost. During a recent appointment at my current salon, there was a disagreement over a nail color. My first instinct was to become quiet. I found myself afraid to speak up because I didn't want to be embarrassed or dismissed again. Before I knew it, I was in tears. The owner noticed immediately and asked what was wrong. When I explained, she stopped everything and told me something I'll never forget: "You're paying for a service. If we make a mistake, we'll fix it. My employee will be held accountable. We want you to leave happy and satisfied." No defensiveness. No humiliation. No making me feel like I was the problem. In that moment, I realized I had been carrying the weight of my previous experience. I wasn't crying over a nail color. I was crying because I had finally been treated with dignity. To the women reading this.....especially Black women, I want you to know that respectful businesses do exist. You should never feel like you have to shrink yourself, accept poor treatment, or question your worth simply because you're paying for a service. Your voice matters. Your concerns matter. Your business matters. I hope every business understands that people don't always remember the manicure or the polish color, they remember how they were treated. Respect costs nothing, but it means everything. Today, I support businesses that value their customers, listen when concerns are raised, and treat every person with professionalism and humanity. Salon looked trendy & new, owner was a young lady seemed nice. Went a few times last year & last summer when I went I got a spa pedicure, I had a really bad reaction on my legs to whatever they were doing. When I told the girl while she was doing it, she asked if I just shaved my legs. Since I did before I went to the shop, I didnt question it. Now, summer is back and I decided to get another pedicure, during the pedicure the girl nicked my toe, she apologized & finished. Immediately the toe was itchy, I ignored it hoping it would pass, after a few days my toe was completely swollen and painful. When I went to the doctor, he explained this was very common in unsanitary nail salons. It frequently happens when the skin is broken and the instruments are dirty. When I called the owner, Sofie, (who at first said she was not the owner and I later found out she was) she immediately was defensive, rude & unprofessional. Not only did I not even get so much as a sorry, she refused to take responsibility and even challenged me to take action. As far as I'm concerned the owner is shady and needs to learn how to run a business, and most of all they are unsanitary! I hope this helps save someone time, money and the pain of an infection! read more

When I say I finally found my nail salon , I legitimately mean I FOUND MY NAIL SALON. You definitely get your money's worth here. The detail, the time, the effort, the PATIENCE that these ladies put in is for sure what every nail salon should have . Of course everyone has had that bad experience of receiving a rushed service , or has had a careless job done. But at Bella Nails they don't treat their costumers like a number. They actually greet every single one of their regulars BY NAME. And for new costumers such as I, was greeted and attended within 5 min. My nails were done by Sophie the salon manager who was very helpful, very detailed, precise, and actually cared for my nails. FIRST TIMER! Been in search for the perfect nail shop, so I came on Yelp for some advice! Seen lots of reviews & tips for Bella Nail Salon! So I thought I'd try my luck and give them a call! I spoke to such a sweet woman! Mind you I had lots of questions, she answered them all very well! I even got an appt 45 mins after my call! It was easy to find and close to home. When I walked in I was greeted so nicely and had no wait took right away! Loved that! It was so peaceful and very clean, things us ladies look for in our nail salons! All the workers had such good conversations with their clients it was really great to see! I walked out loving my nails & toes! Even made an appt for a brow wax! I have been going to this salon for years and the ladies here have always treated me so kindly! They make me feel like apart of their Salon family. When I first came to this salon I was so upset because the previous nail salon I had gone to did a terrible job and my acrylic nail had broken within 2 days. I went back and they had tried to charge me for a full set all over again. When I came into Bella Nails and told them what happened they took care of my broken nail and gave me a wonderful pedicure at a discounted price! This has been the only Salon I go to for my waxes and nails ever since. They do wonderful nails and they are super on point with their waxes! Such an elegant and relaxing atmosphere, I couldn't live without Bella's specifically Sophie. You get what you pay for and my nails and toes be on point every time. I've been to almost every nail shop in the east bay and Bella's by far exceeds all of them. Try it out I promise you will never want to go else where. When you come in they promptly greet you with realistic expectations on what to expect the wait to be. They make you feel special and carter to your needs. Came in today without an appointment was able to be seen with no hesitation. I tried many salons in this area Bella salon is definitely not one of those chop shops that you are normally used too where they hustle your pockets and convincing you to get something extra with poor service. Just moved to the area and found this salon on yelp and it has great reviews. I called in and was able to get a same day appointment. I walked in and everyone seemed to be knowing what they are doing and one of the best perks is that they speak English!!! Finally, they can understand me! Got a mani/pedi and I was totally amazed by their work. The Serena environment in a nail salon is hard to find. I have been getting my nails done off and on for 20+ years. Bella Nail Salon is, by far, the best salon experience I've had. Sophie and the staff are the friendliest and most accommodating you'll meet. They go out of their way to get you exactly what you want done and even correct the poor work done by other salons. I live out of the area and don't get in as a regular customer, but I do stop in every time I'm in town. Walked-in today and they were able to fit me in . I waited about 20 mins before getting serviced. This salon is definitely not your typical ones where it's super crowed and they call you and treat you by numbers! I feel like I'm actually a person and my service experience was excellent! They are a small staff and there were people walking in and also had to wait but at least they were notified of the wait the moment they arrived. That goid customer service you can see some honesty. This nail salon is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to. The staff is amazing and are the best at doing their job! I have been coming for probably two months now and I knew from the first time I walked through those doors that this place was going to be my new go to nail salon. I recently moved to the area and I've been to a few different nail salons looking to find a nail tech I love. Sophie and Tammy made me feel right at home! Not only did I absolutely love my nails but the salon was very relaxing, clean and well kept. My eyebrows were also done to perfection! Newly Revamped, Bella Salon is my go to place for Nails! As a Nurse, Cleanliness is the BIGGEST priority! Their tools are autoclaved, pedicure stations have one-use plastic inserts and GLOVES are worn!! Everyone is friendly and professional, they remember their customers and prices are reasonable. Make an appointment because they can get really busy but they always accept walk ins.. AND they are now open Sundays! Always a relaxing, enjoyable experience! read more

This is honestly the WORST nail salon. I got a mani/pedi here and my nail polish chipped off after ONE day. The person that did my nails cut me twice...and on top of that my sister went here a couple weeks ago and got a freaking infection in her toe after her pedicure!!!! She called the manager, and she was unwilling to do anything about it. She didn't even apologize!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Go somewhere clean and professional!! read more

I was recommended to them by a friend and actually said it would be my last time getting them done for awhile as I'm practicing lashes but I had to go back again because I was just so pleased and so in love with my nails. I've been coming to Bella's for years now and so does my family & friends! I get my brows and nails done there, and wouldn't go anywhere else! I love all the ladies that work at Bella's! They go above and beyond to make the people there feel like more than just a client! I always get tons of compliments in my nail designs & colors! Literally treated like royalty!!! I made an appointment and was a little nervous being my first time here and was treated like a queen right when I walked in!!!
