I took my daughter to this nail spa today. Nice vibe. Her service was great, but I don't recommend going when they are busy. The polish was not great, pretty rushed. The person who did mine wasn't really watching what she was doing. She almost cut me. My daughter said hers was good. I'm going to have to touch up my polish at home. The person that was doing my daughter's was chill and not rushed at all, whereas mine kept looking at the door while she was doing my nails. To summarize, probably don't go when they are busy. The staff is friendly and it is a relaxing and clean environment. That being said, the pedicures are very expensive and not terribly thorough. Both my daughter and I had to get new polish because the quality of their polish was dated and unable to cover our nails. The nail tech had to mix chemicals into the bottle just to get the second polish to be useable. We paid extra for paraffin and my foot was burned--pretty badly. It was difficult to wear my shoes out. The staff and technicians were pleasant, but we felt like we were a nuisance rather than a customer. We didn't ask or pay for the $80 experience, so maybe we were a waste of their time and talents. But ultimately, I paid $45 to have my feet washed and toes painted. We don't have a girl's day often. Spending this kind of money on a bad pedicure won't be repeated. I work in customer service and hate leaving a negative review. I prefer to build people up. But, this really started our girls day off badly. read more

I am embarrassed to say that I didn't follow the first rule of Yelp. READ THE REVIEWS!!!! But I always tell myself when I do see negative reviews that it could have been an isolated issue/problem. Is this the worst manicure I have ever gotten? No. Are there obvious to the naked eye flaws? No, but there are flaws. The gel polish on one of my nails shouldn't look cracked and the polish should go to my cuticles on ALL OF MY NAILS. There is also clear polish and colored polish in spots on my fingers. Maybe it has been ingrained in their minds that they have to work quickly all the time but when you have 4 people at most in the salon, slow down and take your time. I usually have pretty good and quick service here. The last time I went, the person didn't remove all of my sns from my nails. She left the acetone on for maybe 3 minutes, then buffed half of it off and smoothed down the rest and put new sns on top of it. It made my nails super thick and they look very odd. She was very rough and burned my skin with the drimmel several times. She didn't use the UV light to harden the polish at the end. I said something about it and she laughed at me. The facilities themselves were very pretty; there was fancy artwork on the walls, comfy chairs to sit in, and obviously clean tools. I did both a manicure and pedicure with my cousin and her kid. During our manicures, me and her kid sat on one side, she on the other. Our two manicure techs gossiped about this four-year old child, from the "lack of resemblance to her mother" to the crown in her mouth, right in front of us in English. The child's tech actually reached over the table and touched her chin to get her to open her mouth so they could see if she "had any cavities." I asked for a gel polish that consisted of golden specks. Instead of putting down a color coat underneath, the lady just slapped it on my actual nails and called it a day. To be fair, I did say it looked good when asked, but then the lady didn't buff out the hard bumps so I had to do it myself while waiting for my pedicure tech to come over. My pedicure tech did a way better job. The color came out nice, she checked for the hard bumps that accompany gel polish, overall a good experience on that end. Very accommodating as well. read more

Absolutely horrible experience I have now been to their facility three times in total the first time being with this horrible paint job, my friend came from Michigan for the holidays and we went here to do our nails as they appeared to be a high end nail salon. I couldn't have been more wrong, they spoke very rudely with both my friend and I they rushed our services did not give us what we asked for and had the nerve to charge for a design which looked like a child had done it. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from even wasting there time and money. From check in to completion we were in and out in only 23 min anyone who has had their nails done anywhere knows this was a speed service over priced at a total of $76.00. I could've done a better job from home but I choose to go for the experience and quality. My friend left a review immediately after we were told we could come back to have it fixed. I came back and was told by a male staff member they were closed an hour before the hours posted. There were other individuals getting their nails done when I walked in and their were two employees sitting. I then posted another review and was told to come in at anytime. I came in today and told the female at the check in I was here to have my nails corrected she asked me who did it I told her I did not know but she could perhaps find it with my number and that the owner said I could come in. She told me the owner was out of town and that I would have to come back. This is truly they worst customer service I have ever seen and had in my life. I went for an acrylic soak off yesterday, my nails were sitting in acetone for maybe 10 minutes and the lady pulls my hands out the bowl and starts ripping my nails off.... and sticking a fake nail tip underneath my nails.. I've never experienced a "soak off" like this ever. my nail beds are so sore and I was charged $20 for my nails to be ripped off my hands. if I wanted my nails ripped off I could've did that myself. do not recommend at all. they were In such a rush for no reason terrible. read more

Was here yesterday 6/11/19. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews? I am visiting and my sister goes there all the time. I was very impressed. I called & they told me to come in in 15 minutes ( very happy) The place is very Clean! Everyone was very nice & accommodating. They offer a drink even beer or wine. Wow! I did not partake but nice touch. I had a mani- pedi with paraffin treatment for my feet $51. My brother had a pedicure w paraffin $35. Not super cheap, but service was well worth it. My mom and I went for pedicures and I got a dip manicure. There were a ton of people, which I get it it was Saturday. We finally got in the pedicure chairs and it was such a rushed pedicure. Barely any massage, had to pay $6 extra for callous treatment which is usually included at other salons and was only done for about 15 seconds on each foot. The manicure is the worst I have ever gotten. You pay for dip which is the expensive option so that it will last. It is so thick it looks like bubbles on my nails. There was polish all over my skin afterwards. It is not blended into my cuticles AT ALL. Once my nails start growing out a little more there is going to basically be a huge drop down to my nail underneath. It extends out over my skin and looks terrible. They also usually go underneath your nails and get the powder out from underneath. They did not do that, I had to basically give myself another manicure when I got home. They did not massage hands or arms at all, did not do cuticle treatment or trimming. Definitely not worth the money and I will not be going back. I could've given myself a better manicure at home. I would go back and complain it honestly don't want them touching my hands to mess them up even more again. There is a bubble in one of my fingernails. It's honestly so bad. read more

This experience was highly disappointing. My friend and I had scheduled an appointment about 24 hours before walking in and were very polite tippers (just keep this in mind.) When we were picking nail colors we felt extremely rushed. My friend had to get up out of her seat after we were seated because they brought her back before she had picked a color. We were not taking excessively long either, we were given 2 minutes at the most to pick a color. Luckily I knew exactly what I wanted. My nail tech who was a man was being somewhat inappropriate towards me, by calling me "girl" and making "meow" sounds. Whether he meant something by this or not it was highly unprofessional. I showed him a picture of the length, shape, and color I was going for and he repeated back to me exactly what I wanted. When he was cutting the nail tip he never made sure that it was the length I wanted, he just went with whatever he desired without worrying whether I was satisfied with the length. After he had shaped them I asked if he could round them a little more, and he gave me an attitude but then right back to "meowing." Here is really where my experience went downhill. Once he started painting them he never waited in between coats. He globs on a ton of top coat on top of 2 wet coats of pink polish. I waited forever for them to dry and my nails kept smudging while my hands were in the dryer. They were a wet mess! Finally I was tired of being there (I sat with my hands in the dryer for at least 25 minutes) and left. My nails seemed decent enough to function...I was very wrong. My left thumb smudged so bad that the the whole nail of polish came of just by me reaching in my purse. I walked back in there and demanded them to fix it. Instead they repainted all my nails and I was there for another 45 minutes. At this point I was so tired of being in there and I wasn't enjoying my experience. Their dryers are very weak and do not get the job done. Not to mention when I went back in to get my nails fixed every other thing my nail tech said was "be careful" and treated me like I was at fault for the smudge. My friend's experience: Her nail tech was not wearing gloves... and he cut her skin deep in two places. We are very worried that she may get an infection... these cuts were like nothing we have ever seen before. He even tried denying her from getting up to wash her hands after she was cut. She also had to keep asking for her nails to be rounded more because he had filed her nails to be a needle point that could stab someone's eye out ( she asked for a rounded almond and eneded up with the pointiest stiletto nails I have ever seen.) She even stuck up for herself and told her nail tech she was not satisfied and he made very minimal changes to the shape. Overview: This was an awful experience for the both my friend and I. We are both young girls that were dropped off and taken advantage of. We both were being pushed around and looked at funny only asking to get exactly what we want. After all this place isn't the cheapest. Go somewhere else that won't give you cuts and smudged nails. You'll thank me later. If you do end up going here and you are a teenage girl like myself, maybe ask for a female nail tech since both my friend and I were uncomfortable with the male techs we had. And make sure to get gel polish with your acrylic nails if you want them to dry in the same year. The only reason I have this place 2 stars instead of 1 star is because my nails turned out to be really cute, but nothing so spectacular that a different nail salon couldn't do them better. I came into my appointment with an open mind, and tried pushing the negative reviews aside. My appointment was at 11:00, and I came with a friend. We looked for the color we wanted, but we were rushed to sit down and didn't have much time to choose. First, I noticed neither mine or my friends nail stylist was wearing gloves or had washed their hands from what we could tell. Everything was running pretty smoothly, there were a few inappropriate remarks made to my friend by her stylist, considering our age compared to the stylist's (calling her his "girl", etc.). When he was filing my nails, he repeatedly filed my skin, which made a huge hash in my finger that hurt so so bad. I'm still scared of getting an infection because of how unsanitary it was. I asked for a rounded almond shape, but I ended up with pointy claw-like nails (even after asking for them to be more rounded multiple times). The polish application was good, but I couldn't get over the deep cut in my finger that was being filled with acrylic powder. Now, my nails look OK and the pain is tolerable, but my wallet is empty! On the website, it says acrylic nails is $30. I ended up paying $45 + tip. The entire reason I came here was because of the good price I saw online. I will attach pictures and videos of my nails and the cut in my finger. My friends experience: she got regular polish rather than gel. Her polish smudged 2 TIMES even though she sat at the dryer for 25 minutes, not moving. Her stylist did not wait between coats for the polish to dry, so it was a huge gloppy mess. A worker that seemed off duty came to do her topcoat, but just minutes ago while we were drying her base, he rubbed his nose, sneezed into his hands, etc. and DIDN'T WASH HIS HANDS. That set it off for me. She tipped very well, but didn't get the quality for it. Her nail stylist also seemed to be very flirtatious with her even though she's extremely young. I frequent Bella every other week to get new colors on my nails. This week I had Sam which was actually the first time I had been to Sam, it was also one of the rare times I went during the week, opposed to weekends. It was surprisingly busy so the wait was a little longer than anticipated. Sam offered me a drink which I declined although there were several ladies drinking from the wine selections. Sam was fast and was thorough. I love the results and would most definatly see Sam again. The SNS powder I feel is the best selection in the area. I have also seen Michelle, Wendy, Trang and Danny, they are my standard go to favorites but I have yet to have a bad experience. read more

I had a terrible pedicure there. I never had one like this. They barely pumice and didn't use the tools in the pouch for my cuticles. Pretty much just painted my toes and put lotion on. So this was my second time coming to this salon, first time was great but I only got a pedi. This was Friday around 4-5pm I know salons can be busy but the service was beyond rushed. I got a full set of acrylics I showed the lady what I wanted and she said okay honey. She went to work filed the freak out my fingers which was painful very fast very hard. When it came to applying acrylic she was aggressive and demanding with my hands and didn't speak or as me to move just yanked my hands. I always have acrylics on so this isn't my first rodeo. Anyways when it came to shaping I said I wanted square she said no honey coffin which I said no too and she continued to do anyways at this point I am irritated and unhappy. Again back to shaping the nails are Crooked, uneven and every finger is snapped differently. Price was 55$ for full set length which is short and for the coffin which I did not ask for. I tried to tell her it was crooked and uneven she "attempet" to fixxed and claimed I was looking at them wrong. HORRIBLE PLACE BERY RUSHED UNKIND ANS JUST BAD. I left before getting a pedi. DO NOT RECOMMEND the three pics I will share two are mine and one is the inspiration picture. While my nails look nice, I am completely disappointed in the lack of transparency of pricing. I was specifically told that my pedicure was going to be $39.00 and she charged me extra for some service that I've always received at every other salon with no extra charge. They are clearly the type of place that if you want a basic pedicure, then they are going to charge you extra for little things because they want you to pay more. I've been to better quality nail salons in major cities throughout America, and I've never paid as much as they charged me. By the time I finished picking my nail color -maybe 2 minutes, my chair was ready. However it pretty much went downhill from there. I got the lavender pedicure which was $48. I felt like he barely gave me a massage at all. They were not busy and I felt like he was rushing through both the pedicure and the manicure. As for the manicure, my cuticles are not clean and I still have some skin on the side. The paint job was also subpar. The place was clean though. It may just be the person that did my nails.
