I haven't been here in years and I'm so glad I stopped in today. It was clean and bright inside. I was helped by Yesenia, who was friendly and did a good job. The spa chairs could use some replacement, it wasn't very comfortable. My pedicure though came out really well and I had a complimentary glass of champagne. read more

Kathy T. Was very fast and made suggestions for me, but not pushy. The flowers she painted on my nails were exactly what I wanted. The app is good to use and there's alot of availability, and I like if you pay cash you get a punch card for a discount after so many punches for paying cash. The only thing I'd say is that Bella Vous got popular and busy, lots of people bringing in their little kids in and leave them in the front unattended. It's not a "spa like" experience like it used to be. Other than that, I think the prices are fair and there are alot of technicians. read more

I was a walk in for a full set of acrylics. I waited around an hour for my walk up appointment time to then have them rush me and butcher my nails for 35 minutes then later declining my original service request for acrylic nails entirely. The tech opted for painful and aggressive removal and pressured me to upgrade changing the pricing around and being omissive. I'm then pressured and asked over 4 times to upgrade to gel x after declining she later brings an associate to try and get me to upgrade; later explaining they didn't have time to apply a new set of acrylics but they do for gel x since they're shaped and don't want the other appointments to get pushed back... arguing between each other I was appalled and said if servicing me is a problem I'll pay for the removal and go elsewhere. I've never seen such poor customer service and poor professionalism pls stand to the side and discuss scheduling conflicts. This is the butchered stare she left me in with acrylic still on my fingers!!! My nail beds are painful and sore and I'm still peeling bits of acrylic off. I waited over an hour for my appointment time to be rushed and denied the service I booked for because I didn't want to upgrade to gel x... Shame on you and your staff save your money and time and go anywhere else fr!!! read more

I walked in around 12:00 noon and was seated only a few minutes later. I was probably sitting in the chair around 12:10 or 12:05 at the earliest. I was getting a gel mani and pedi. I had one tech on my feet and one on my hands and they were both done and finishing up by 12:40. The foot tech cut my toe. I usually get the callus treatment and he barely even scrubbed the callouses off he used the mechanical file for most of it before he applied the gel stuff. Barely spent anytime on me just rushed through as fast as possible I didn't feel pampered or taken care of. Usually they spend some time rubbing the lotion into the feet and legs/ arms and hands but not today. I don't think I'll be back. Last time I went, I felt embarrassed because the lady kept making a comment about how calloused my feet were and seemed disgusted. She kept talking to her friends in their language, and I couldn't understand, but I felt embarrassed. I only went again today because I thought I would just give it another shot thinking that was a one time thing obviously customer service isn't very important to them. I spent over $120 for my service and was not happy with it at all. My nails look nice but my toe hurts where it was bleeding and my feet, legs, hands and arms are not as soft as I would expect. read more

Update: found out she goes by Lele now! :) Kimberly is wonderful and did an amazing job on my nails! She was super patient when shaping my nails and making sure they were to my liking. I showed her the design I wanted and she nailed it! Great attention to detail from cleaning my cuticles to making sure my nails matched the photo I showed her. Also love how clean everything was and especially seeing the tools in sterilization pouches is reassuring to know tools are sanitized after use. read more

Our friend and I just got the deluxe gel manicures with the sugar scrub, lotion massage and paraffin wax with hot towel treatment. I was in heaven! Mia did my manicure and she was excellent! The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! Hello, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the service my daughter received during her appointment at your salon on May 19. I had scheduled an appointment for my daughter, who is graduating high school, to get acrylic nails with regular polish and a pedicure. Her nail appointment was with Kim T., and her pedicure was scheduled with Crystal T. She arrived on time for her 1:00 PM appointment, accompanied by my mother. Unfortunately, her experience was extremely upsetting. The technician working on her hands. Presumably Kim, was not only unresponsive when my daughter asked about her scheduled pedicure, but also acted in a rude and dismissive manner throughout the appointment. Despite multiple polite attempts by my daughter to ask about the pedicure, Kim refused to respond. My mother, who only speaks Spanish, also attempted to clarify the situation and was met with hostile looks and rude treatment from the technician. Eventually, my mother had to go to the front desk and call me so I could translate and try to resolve the issue. This situation should not have escalated to that point basic communication and respect from the technician would have made all the difference. Though my daughter did eventually receive her pedicure from Crystal, who was kind and professional, the overall experience left her feeling disrespected and deeply uncomfortable. It was her first time getting her nails done, and what should have been an exciting and joyful pre-graduation moment turned into a distressing experience. I feel terrible that I could not be there to advocate for her in person. I find this treatment to be completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a business that serves a diverse community. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that your staff treats all clients with the courtesy and respect they deserve. From start to finish, Kimberly was so caring and attentive to my needs, making sure to ask all the right questions to ensure that my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them to. But what really stood out to me was how friendly and personable Kimberly was throughout the entire process. She made me feel right at home and we had some great discussions while she worked her magic on my nails. And speaking of which, the end result was absolutely stunning! I'm really shocked to read everyone else's reviews of this place and see that they like it so much. My major issue is with the quality of their work. I got a pedicure here, and was underwhelmed. She didn't properly shape my toenails. In fact, when I examined them at home, they were all very differently shaped - square, square-rounded, and some were completely round. I had specifically asked for a square rounded shape on my toes. To make matters worse, half the nail polish on my big toenail chipped off the day after I got the pedicure! I didn't wear tight shoes, nor was I kicking or scraping my feet to make the nail polish chip like that. Yes, it's nice to be offered a beverage, and I will admit this was a nice little touch. I also really appreciate their low prices, but I'd rather pay a little more if it means I get a great pedicure! read more

This place is simply amazing! I went in today with no appointment thinking nothing of it, and as soon as I walk in I see the place pretty crowded for a Monday. I thought I'd have to at least wait a minimum of 30 min but to my surprise as I checked in with the nice receptionist she informed me she had someone available for my service I picked my color and got seated immediately. I got my nails done by Hanna, she was great, very kind and polite, great customer service and very talented I loved my nails. This was my third time in the salon and every time I've come in I'm greeted by a different friendly face at the front desk, my experience here is always a great one from beginning to end. The service was fast great well polished environment. The workers were very kind and sweet. They checked in on me very often which gave me a sense that they really care. I didn't make an appointment and they still had time for my wonderful pedicure. I loved the deal salt scrub it was great. I only waited fifteen minutes for my eyebrows and I didn't even schedule appointment. I got here at about 310 and they gave me my pedicure as soon I got here with no scheduled appointment. I just moved back to the area and was looking for a good nail salon to get Gel nails. I found BV on Yelp and was pleased with their reviews so I went in. I was greeted by a very friendly girl and sat with Tammy for my full set. First off they have hundreds of Gel colors and glitters to choose from! Second the salon is really nice inside and they play such relaxing music it's wonderful! Third and final reason you should absolutely go here. Tammy did the most amazing job ever on my nails! Ive gotten nothing but compliments and I'm on my 4th day with them and not a chip or scratch! Still flawless even with me doing dishes and cleaning. Just got my nails done and I couldn't be happier! Crystal is usually my go-to, but she was booked this morning (always a good sign of how amazing she is!). I had the pleasure of seeing Phoenix instead, and wow -- she absolutely exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail, the shape, the way she cleaned up my cuticles... everything was perfect. My nails look incredible! Even though Crystal will always be my girl, if she's ever busy, Phoenix is 100% my next choice. Hands down the best nail salon ever! Yes they are a bit pricey; but you get what you pay for! $45 dollars for a sns dip that last more then three weeks!! I'll continue to pay that price. Also such a relaxing vibe in the salon great music selection the lady's in the front desk checked up on me often Offering water, tea,lemonade or their famous mimosas. Walked in yesterday(my only day off) so I was really looking for a good place to get my nails done since my usual spot is sadly closed on sunday's. I had read the reviews here for Bella's and thought why not give them a try. I was really interested in their selection of gel colors. (HUGE SELECTION!) I move to Rancho around 7 or 8 years ago and found Bella Vous nails place and when to see if I can found someone to do my nails and that's when I found Megan she is wonderful she always does a great job . Megan is not just my mail lady she is my friend her attention to detail and her personality is the best thing . Where to start with this amazing location. First off lest start with the girls in front..they are really polite and attentive. As I checked in I asked the ladies for a mimosa and as I was seated they brought it right out. My technicians we're right on time and my gel manicure and pedicure looked amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing. The two girls always have the right music playing makes you relaxed. My girl Amy is amazing. I got started with her when another technician I was seeing had a glitch in her schedule. What a blessing. She does my nails, waxing and now has done microblading on my eyebrows. I just can't say enough good things about her and about the salon. Christy does my pedicures and takes special care of my "trouble" nails. The owner Jon is an exceptional business owner and always takes care of any complaints you may have. I came here for the first time about 3 weeks ago and u was so impressed. The technician did a great mani/pedi and they serve wine. The service was a but slow, but i thought they did a good job. I came back today and they absolutely sucked. The tech doing my feet was horrible. I had to tell her to do certain things that I should not have had to say. looove this place. it was my first time on Friday and this is definitely my new go-to nail salon. I've been searching for a year for a salon in the area that I could consistently go to. in regard to nail color selection, service, atmosphere, this place is the best. it's so clean and nice inside, the nicest salon I've seen in the IE. my technician gave me a fill and shaped my nails into coffin nails, which turned out PERFECT! I got a gel mani and regular pedi. It was average to disappointing. My nails have rough ridges on the tops of them bc she used such a harsh file and didn't follow up with a less course one. Also left some major side cuticle. Pedicure- no massage, more of a rubbing of lotion into my legs. I'm posting this bc there are a million nail salons in Rancho, I hope this helps save someone the time of trying a new place and finding out it's not THE ONE. The only reason I come to this nail salon is "Kay" she does amazing work with her acrylics (& everything else). She has been the only technician who has made my acrylics last months! And they always look AH-MAZING!! I definitely recommend her (Kay) if you are looking for a technician. Great customer service. Today was my third visit to Bella Vous Nails Spa for a pedicure. Excellent customer service and friendly people. Although every chair was occupied before my friend and I could be seated together, we appreciated the friendly staff trying to accommodate us in a timely manner. The were done by the husband he charged $45.00 and he took his time over an hour and I loved them. He was also very gentle. Today I went in for the fill it was super rushed and less than an hour ( I mean it's a fill) but I noticed they were slightly bubbly and uneven and even shorter I was charged $50.00 And while I don't care about the price I'm just annoyed with the quality. I'm so tired and made effort to make conversation today and I just felt like I don't know I was rushed out I also feel a cut underneath my index finger that burns from the filing. The owner ( which is also the wife ) was super fast and just rough. I didn't say anything I always feel bad... I left a tip too but I won't be back to this location unless the lady's husband does them again. They have great customer service I just feel I didn't receive the same treatment and quality as last time. I hate to leave this review but I'm just so irritated by this. Some of us really look forward to treating ourselves.
