I've been a client for over 5 years and I have worked with several of their nail technicians. Kathy T is wonderful at pedicures and for dip powder Hanna L is the best one, Chrystal T is okay and Anna H can be painful at times because she is very meticulous but the end product is perfection and my nails last a whole month for all of them. Do not book Flower L, she is lazy and extremely rude and did a terrible job on my nails they broke in half and ended up with bruises it was very painful experience. I do love the color selection and the fact that you can book online and sometimes they offer you mimosas. The customer service for the girls in the front and management is impeccable and if I ever have issues they resolve everything quickly. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Bella Vous. I called ahead around 3:30 PM to make a 5:45 PM appointment for a Gel-X full set and a polish change on my toes. I arrived at 5:40, but wasn't seated until after 6 PM. I showed the nail tech pictures of the design I wanted--a simple nude and white ombré with a solid white accent nail--but she spent several minutes discouraging me from it, insisting she couldn't do it. Even the receptionist was confused as the design wasn't complicated. After some back-and-forth, the tech finally "understood", and somewhat obliged. While filing, she used an electric file on full power, causing a burning sensation on my already thin pinky nail. When I reacted, she suggested I wait a few days and come back, as if my reaction was out of line. I assured her I was fine and asked if the polish change on my toes was still possible. She yelled for "Sammy," who had booked my appointment to come to her station where the question was asked again. Sammy said "Oh yes"; then asked my nail tech to do it, when the tech in a raised voice IN FRONT OF ME, yelled that she wouldn't be able to do it. Sammy then walked away to ask someone else, returned and moved me to a pedicure station, only to return and say that the tech who was supposed to do the polish change had left early without telling anyone, and no one else was available. Huh????? They offered to book me for the next day, which I declined. Overall, the experience was frustrating. I made an appointment to avoid these issues, yet the service was rushed and unprofessional. The design on my nails turned out just "okay," but the entire experience left me feeling like my request was an inconvenience. I expected more, especially since I was a returning client who out of respect of the shop and their nail techs, made an appointment instead of just walking in expecting service. I'm not sure if I'll be back--perhaps it was just an off day for them--but I'll definitely be exploring other salons before considering Bella Vous again. read more

Used to love this place, it was really nice but it went downhill after COVID. Lights were out and not working, the place wasn't clean. The nail polish place barely had anything. I stopped going there, too many other nice places in the area. Plus they made the front desk look cheap with the peeling advertising signs stuck on. Hanna is still the greatest with my pedicures! The quality of her work is still 100% on point, she's quick and very precise. I have a husband, 4 kids and a full time job so I don't have too much free time on my hands literally so having her do my pedicures is super convenient and I'm always happy with the results. Now I've found the perfect nail tech to do my full sets and fills. After bouncing around from tech to tech and not ever being completely satisfied with the work in years, I stumbled upon Alex and have not looked back! I've always liked ombré but couldn't find anyone to do it correctly. Alex is amazing. He's very precise and somewhat a perfectionist. His work is top tier and now I feel whole. I've been going into this salon for my nails and pedicures for over 6yrs. I love my pedicurist, Megan. I'm a runner and constantly get ingrown nails or cuticle overgrowth and she always work magic!! And is very accommodating. Alex and Anna are amazing with nails and design. Overall I highly recommend this establishment. Appointments are highly encouraged as they rarely have walk ins. read more

You can appointments online, which I like. The only down fall about this place is that some technicians are better than others. I have been coming here for the better half of 3 years and I just now found the best one. Her name is Megan and she is by appointment only. She had a cancellation the other day and I so happen to get in the time slot she had open up. She was so nice and cared for my nails. She cleaned and cut the surrounding skin when I asked and instead of giving me attitude she did it so nicely. She did not roll her eyes and she was genuinely kind in how she conducted herself. I told her I used to come a lot and go to the guy, but after awhile I was having a tough time affording it. I will only go now for manicure or sometimes gel manicure but I will not go for pedicure as the ladies are too rude and are talking crap about your toes and the fact you can only afford the basic pedicure. They used to have a stamp card for when you pay cash but they got rid of that which is extremely disappointing bc I always would pay in cash. But I think they still request tip be in cash, honestly I don't know either way I tip in cash regardless. The vibe is high femme energy, every women customer wants to be the hottest stuff but honestly I go in looking ragged and just chill. Women are literally the worst judges of each other. The floor plan is very open so literally everyone stares at you. Oh well, see you guys again. read more

So after years of not wanting to come back because my nails were so damaged the last time I came, I decided to try them out again and give them another chance. I made an appointment at 11:30. I got there at 11:28 I was greeted they asked my name they checked me in and that was it, and I sat there for 15 minutes and no one said anything to me so I left this is so annoying that I wasted my lunch hour to come here to get my nails done with an appointment to be disappointed again, never coming back. I've gone through multiple nail salons and this one is by far my favorite! It's the only place I go to regularly. I know people feel this place is a bit pricier but you definitely get what you pay for! My go-to nail tech is Linda. I'll go to her every time I want a full set or gel x with design and she kills it every time! She's so detail-oriented and such a perfectionist so my nail shape and design always comes out picture perfect! She's also such a great conversationalist and it's a great time every time. Linda has also done my pedicures and let me tell you - she's amazing with her hands! Great massage every time! Really loved my nails today, these are probably my favorite recently. Baby blue chrome hard gel done by Lee Le. The smoothest hard gel and very nice shape. Beyond that, Lee Le was very kind and patient. As well as was Phoenix who did my pedicure. she was very patient with my color choosing and took time to test the colors for me. I'm suing. The lady who did my pedicure did a phenomenal job. But the lady who did my full set acrylics should not be working there at all. I got nicked, one crooked nail, on top of the pedicure lady trying to help her by recommending her using a cuticle brush to clean around my cuticle and the manicure lady arrogantly decline. That woman knew the manicurist was a hater. I be mad too tho if I became a middle aged generic nail salon woman, smelling feet all day. My nails are messed up. Mind you this all together cost $100. I actually like this place but their prices online are wrong. I had only been getting pedis but had decided to get acrylic fill once and online it said $35 which is why I went there since it was cheaper than some other places. But after I went they charged me $42. Not a huge deal but I did ask about it and they said no that price online is for regular polish so I said oh my mistake and paid and left. I checked when I got home and the price was in fact supposed to be $35. Some techs there were $40 but I was supposed to have Steve at $35. When I got there they changed the person I went to without telling me and I guess she charges $42 even though the website still says only between $35-$40. I thought whatever it's done but I still want to let them know their prices online are incorrect. I called and they said what I was saying isn't accurate but I said I'm looking at the website as we speak it says acrylic fill gel color $35 and they said can you send me a screenshot (and I'm thinking can't you look online yourself) I said I'm driving but if you can send me a text I'll send it when I park. She said ya I'll send you a text. Big surprise I never got a text with the number to send the screenshot to. I really like the quality of service there but I didn't like the lax attitude almost annoyed I was telling them the website is wrong and I was overcharged. She jus kept saying well we're not giving u a discount now it's already done. I was like I'm actually not expecting a discount after the fact although something would have been nice. I just want you to update your website. But seems they didn't care and if that's the case they should stand by their online prices. I started going somewhere else. read more

We met our friend from church here as well. My daughter went first since her nails were going to be way more involved. Chloe did her nails and did a fabulous job! They turned out absolutely amazing! They gave me a quote and I approved it, but it ended up being a little bit less. Our friend and I just got the deluxe gel manicures with the sugar scrub, lotion massage and paraffin wax with hot towel treatment. I was in heaven! Mia did my manicure and she was excellent! The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! I think one of those pedicure chairs is calling my name!

Luckily I'm very easy and simple so it didn't take long to do what I needed but it was very happy they were able to do both services. Hello, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the service my daughter received during her appointment at your salon on May 19. I had scheduled an appointment for my daughter, who is graduating high school, to get acrylic nails with regular polish and a pedicure. Her nail appointment was with Kim T., and her pedicure was scheduled with Crystal T. She arrived on time for her 1:00 PM appointment, accompanied by my mother. Unfortunately, her experience was extremely upsetting. The technician working on her hands. Presumably Kim, was not only unresponsive when my daughter asked about her scheduled pedicure, but also acted in a rude and dismissive manner throughout the appointment. Despite multiple polite attempts by my daughter to ask about the pedicure, Kim refused to respond. My mother, who only speaks Spanish, also attempted to clarify the situation and was met with hostile looks and rude treatment from the technician. Eventually, my mother had to go to the front desk and call me so I could translate and try to resolve the issue. This situation should not have escalated to that point basic communication and respect from the technician would have made all the difference. Though my daughter did eventually receive her pedicure from Crystal, who was kind and professional, the overall experience left her feeling disrespected and deeply uncomfortable. It was her first time getting her nails done, and what should have been an exciting and joyful pre-graduation moment turned into a distressing experience. I feel terrible that I could not be there to advocate for her in person. I find this treatment to be completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a business that serves a diverse community. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that your staff treats all clients with the courtesy and respect they deserve. From start to finish, Kimberly was so caring and attentive to my needs, making sure to ask all the right questions to ensure that my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them to. But what really stood out to me was how friendly and personable Kimberly was throughout the entire process. I'm really shocked to read everyone else's reviews of this place and see that they like it so much. My major issue is with the quality of their work. I got a pedicure here, and was underwhelmed. She didn't properly shape my toenails. In fact, when I examined them at home, they were all very differently shaped - square, square-rounded, and some were completely round. I had specifically asked for a square rounded shape on my toes. To make matters worse, half the nail polish on my big toenail chipped off the day after I got the pedicure! I didn't wear tight shoes, nor was I kicking or scraping my feet to make the nail polish chip like that. Yes, it's nice to be offered a beverage, and I will admit this was a nice little touch. I also really appreciate their low prices, but I'd rather pay a little more if it means I get a great pedicure! read more

This place is simply amazing! I went in today with no appointment thinking nothing of it, and as soon as I walk in I see the place pretty crowded for a Monday. I thought I'd have to at least wait a minimum of 30 min but to my surprise as I checked in with the nice receptionist she informed me she had someone available for my service I picked my color and got seated immediately. I got my nails done by Hanna, she was great, very kind and polite, great customer service and very talented I loved my nails. This was my third time in the salon and every time I've come in I'm greeted by a different friendly face at the front desk, my experience here is always a great one from beginning to end. The service was fast great well polished environment. The workers were very kind and sweet. They checked in on me very often which gave me a sense that they really care. I didn't make an appointment and they still had time for my wonderful pedicure. I loved the deal salt scrub it was great. I only waited fifteen minutes for my eyebrows and I didn't even schedule appointment. I got here at about 310 and they gave me my pedicure as soon I got here with no scheduled appointment. After my pedicure I only waited 15 minutes for eyebrows. The scent of the place was very clean and sweet smelling. I thoroughly enjoyed the workers and their service. I forgot to ask for names but everyone was very kind to me. I recommend coming in here often. read more

I just moved back to the area and was looking for a good nail salon to get Gel nails. I found BV on Yelp and was pleased with their reviews so I went in. I was greeted by a very friendly girl and sat with Tammy for my full set. First off they have hundreds of Gel colors and glitters to choose from! Second the salon is really nice inside and they play such relaxing music it's wonderful! Third and final reason you should absolutely go here. Tammy did the most amazing job ever on my nails! Just got my nails done and I couldn't be happier! Crystal is usually my go-to, but she was booked this morning (always a good sign of how amazing she is!). I had the pleasure of seeing Phoenix instead, and wow -- she absolutely exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail, the shape, the way she cleaned up my cuticles... everything was perfect. Hands down the best nail salon ever! Yes they are a bit pricey; but you get what you pay for! $45 dollars for a sns dip that last more then three weeks!! I'll continue to pay that price. Walked in yesterday(my only day off) so I was really looking for a good place to get my nails done since my usual spot is sadly closed on sunday's. I had read the reviews here for Bella's and thought why not give them a try. I was really interested in their selection of gel colors. (HUGE SELECTION!) I move to Rancho around 7 or 8 years ago and found Bella Vous nails place and when to see if I can found someone to do my nails and that's when I found Megan she is wonderful she always does a great job . Where to start with this amazing location. First off lest start with the girls in front..they are really polite and attentive. As I checked in I asked the ladies for a mimosa and as I was seated they brought it right out. My technicians we're right on time and my gel manicure and pedicure looked amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing. The two girls always have the right music playing makes you relaxed. My girl Amy is amazing. I got started with her when another technician I was seeing had a glitch in her schedule. What a blessing. She does my nails, waxing and now has done microblading on my eyebrows. I just can't say enough good things about her and about the salon. Christy does my pedicures and takes special care of my "trouble" nails. The owner Jon is an exceptional business owner and always takes care of any complaints you may have. I came here for the first time about 3 weeks ago and u was so impressed. The technician did a great mani/pedi and they serve wine. The service was a but slow, but i thought they did a good job. I got a gel mani and regular pedi. It was average to disappointing. My nails have rough ridges on the tops of them bc she used such a harsh file and didn't follow up with a less course one. Also left some major side cuticle. Pedicure- no massage, more of a rubbing of lotion into my legs. I'm posting this bc there are a million nail salons in Rancho, I hope this helps save someone the time of trying a new place and finding out it's not THE ONE. The only reason I come to this nail salon is "Kay" she does amazing work with her acrylics (& everything else). She has been the only technician who has made my acrylics last months! And they always look AH-MAZING!! I definitely recommend her (Kay) if you are looking for a technician. Great customer service. I left a tip too but I won't be back to this location unless the lady's husband does them again.
