I am new to the area and was looking for a new pedicure place. I thought this place would be good based upon the reviews, but I am really not sure what all the hype is about. 1. Their hours are extremely limited for people who have day jobs, 2. The pink recliners, while very comfortable, were VERY dirty :( 3. An hour pedicure was over $70.00 after tip without full service (see further comments below)!!! 4. The "spa" does not use water or soaking baths for their pedicure (say what!?!?!?! You pay extra for a foot soak!!!) therefore my skin did not get soft for the foot pumicing, etc., 5. No callus care (without paying EVEN MORE). I needed callus care after not having a pedicure over a year due to COVID 6. Speaking of COVID, no plastic barriers put into place 7. The scrub was a foot scrub only.. no leg scrubbing as most places 8. the hot stone massage was nice, WHILE IT LASTED A VERY SHORT TIME (Like 5-7 minutes). If you wanted the normal 15 min pedicure massage that comes standard with most 40-50.00 pedicures, you had to pay.. YOU GUESSED IT, EXTRA. After waiting a year for a pedicure, I left feeling disappointed and with no recourse as you have to pay BEFORE service. I will not EVER come back here. Period. Update: my pedicure did not go so well last time. Eunice (owner) has done a great job in the past. However this time it was done by one of her employees and I left realizing there was a significant gap between my cuticles and polish. I tried calling the salon to see if I can come in for a complimentary polish redo but never heard back. I was a loyal client for quite some time as well as paying more than other salons but i never minded since Eunice and her previous employees did a great job. I'm sad to say the most recent was a bad hire. If I at least received a call back I wouldn't be posting this. read more

Ok... after 3 visits to this place, I have to say I'm in LOVE. I have always had Jackie and she's incredible, but my friends have had other nail technicians and they're always very satisfied too! I've had a hard gels nail manicure with design, a waterless pedicure, and a hard gel nails fill with manicure. I always get designs so my manicures end up being like $70 but it's so worth it because I only have to come like once a month. Do it once, do it right! They have a great assortment of complimentary drinks including coffees and mimosas and sodas, and they play fun music too. You'll spend a little more and it'll take a little more time, but everything's quality and clean and eco-friendly, so IMHO, it's completely worth it. read more

It's such a blessing to have this establishment in our community. The owner really has taken so much time to research every product she uses in her services and sells in her boutique. Most Nail/Spa type places don't take the time to do that. She also puts together education events to help bring awareness to wellness. This is a great place to stop in if you have any questions about non-toxic beauty or you are ready to overhaul your beauty routines and nix those toxic services. They even offer something called Facial Reflex Therapy which is not offered at most spa or skin care salons. read more

Adorable little place in Anaheim Hills touting all natural beauty and nails. Very cute location with lots of link and rose gold accents. Down to the nitty gritty- service is fantastic, I had Jackie for pedicure and she was awesome. Perfect, heeded my requests, definitely great! The place is cute but felt very empty. We figured out why when it took way longer than it should have. I think we were there for 2 hours for a basic mani pedi, when they even had one girl on feet, one girl on hands. They did an okay job on my nails, but my friend's turned out awful & we couldn't stop laughing. My toes were chipping within a few days when after other salons, they last several weeks. So much for their "no water = longer lasting" ploy. The girl going my nails was good, dressed nice & was very friendly. They were all nice actually, but what put me off was their attire. All of them except the one doing my nails was dressed inappropriate in my opinion. Jean shorts, tight spaghetti strap cami & flip flops. 2 of the girls had their tatas about to spill out when they were doing our toes. It made for an awkward experience. We also made an appointment for a certain time and then they called just before we were about to come in to see if we could come in later. Sure, no problem. When we got there the place was empty... I got the feeling based on the dress of most the girls and them pushing us later, they were probably dead with only one girl working so they had to rush and call them in. Just a guess, but that's how it came off. The last complaint I have is that they used WAY too much oil. I was literally walking like a penguin because my feet kep coing out of my sandals and sliding all over the place. I feel that for a nicer salon, especially in this area, they need to have a dresscode & the girls seem to need more training on being professional and doing nails properly and quickly. I do also feel that their "yelp promotion" was a little ridiculous. If you leave a yelp review, you get $5 off. Do you think I'm going to go back after leaving a 2 star review and say "hey can I get my discount now?". It's a ploy to get 5 stars when it's not actually deserved. Considering I paid more for a waterless mani/pedi which is supposed to last longer than a reg mani/pedi I'm disappointed. I started coming here because I was open to try clean products. I enjoy browsing the website and learning about clean products. I also wanted to support a local business owned by a woman but they have disappointed me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first but after more than one experience with poor follow through I realized the customer is secondary. Educating people and being passionate about the subject matter is one thing but running a business and engaging with customers is crucial for customer retention. When I emailed to inquire about an order placed over a week ago. I did not get follow up. My order finally arrived today this Saturday would have been three weeks since placing the order. Previous to my order experience one day I tried some of the makeup brands and asked them to email me a list for a future purchase. This time also I did not hear back. I would only recommend browsing their site but buying directly from the brands or amazon. The turn around time is quicker when buying directly from the companies. read more

This place is super cute and I was so excited to try it out but it is overpriced/ slightly disorganized. Our appointment was for 4:30 and they didn't get started until 5 pm for my friend and even later for me. We ended up being there for 2 hours and 15 minutes for a simple gel manicure and my friend got a basic mani/pedi. I had to rearrange the rest of my evening as I didn't plan to spend nearly this long there. Also, one of my nails is completely messed up and I didn't realize it until I left. The nail technicians were nice, I just cannot justify the price (aside from the aesthetics and comfy chairs ) compared to other salons that do a better job. read more

Bella Bar is life. I go religiously for a hard gel fill with gel polish, and occasionally do a fun pedi. Jackie always does an amazing job on my nails and they always last at least 3 weeks without breaks or chips(see picture)! The hard gel is so perfect if you're trying to grow out your natural nails. I've honestly never had my nails this long in my life. I first discovered this spot around this time last year and I will not go anywhere else now. I've definitely been spoiled by the experience of going to Bella Bar. They also have a cute setup of some amazing products. I have purchased all my favorite skin care products from them and just got some B.B. cream the other day that I'm totally obsessed with. They're a one stop shop for all things beauty. read more

I just spent two hours at Bella bar and at the end of those two hours, I walked out with no polish on my toes because it all rippled and I didn't have another two hours to have it redone. My daughter got gel nails. They are uneven, not what she asked for, and the polish isn't even fully covering her nails. Do not waste your time or money. In full disclosure, they did refund my money after I asked them. However, those are two hours I won't get back, and I still have to go somewhere else to get a pedicure. read more

I stopped by just to pick up some foundation after finding the salon on Instagram as I was visiting from NorCal. Love the aesthetics and what they stand for. The staff were kind overall but I have to admit that I was a little offended by one person there. While I was offered good advice on skincare the woman assisting me kept mentioning about how bad my skin was. She told me I have dead skin on my face, need to clean my face better, eat better, etc. While I appreciated how much time she spent talking with me I was offended that she didn't ask me about my current skincare routine before she started touching my face and pointing out my acne and scars. I see an esthetician every 6 weeks, drink plenty of water, and cook my food at home-making sure to eat foods that grow during the seasons. Overall, I would have loved this place if I hadn't felt as though I was told I had poor hygiene and a bad diet without even getting asked a single question about my personal care. I have struggled with acne my entire life and I left feeling like a leper. Today at work I got a comment about how bright and refreshed my skin looked (I didn't receive any service from here) and realize I must just not measure up to SoCal's beauty standards. Three stars for aesthetics, knowledge, and range of products but I definitely was offended. read more

Such a cute spot & love that everything is nontoxic! They sell some really cute merchandise and a variety of beauty/skin care products. Just being inside this place made me feel like I was on a vacation. Really relaxing environment. I got a cocobella pedicure from Sunny and felt like I was in heaven. Sunny's combination of skill and attention to detail is top notch! She took her time to perform a high quality service instead of other places where I've been and the nail techs are rushing through, eager to get another butt in their seat. What a gem of a place! Been searching for a place that carries truly organic, all natural products that I can try and experiment with. The owner, Eunice is very finicky about what she carries, down to every last ingredient. I purchased the self tanner and sunscreen. Love them! Also purchased the Laurel serum for sun damaged skin which is absolutely incredible. Love how it feels on my skin. I wanted to surprise my daughter with a relaxing pedicure. We scheduled the Que Bella pedicure, which was supposed to be a one hour pedicure. We arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and waited 30 minutes foR our scheduled service. There was no where to sit, so we had to stand around. My daughters pedicure was done in 30 minutes (do we get half of our money back?). She sat and waited 30 minutes while the amazing gal I was lucky enough to have actually provided the full 60 minute service. Near the end of my pedicure a customer came in and was not wearing a mask. The whole time we were there, every employee and customer wore a mask. Nobody said anything to this women about putting on a mask, it was very uncomfortable and we were shocked even the owner didn't say anything. I found it completely disrespectful to the clients already there. This was one of our first ventures out, as I am high risk, and in a moment, this women, and the salon ruined it for both of us. We couldn't wait to leave and definitely won't be back. My daughters toes had nail polish all over them, the cuticles weren't properly cleaned and she even had a cut on one of them as a result of how fast the girl went. For $140 dollars it was a big let down. We had planned to make this a monthly visit, but will have to do so at a salon who values and respects all clients. read more

This is the nail place I've been looking for! Waterless equals comfier chairs , more comfortable sitting position, and softer skin. Sweetest ladies ever and I felt so relaxed immediately. My first facial experience and it was mediocre. I got a mini facial to try it out and it did not make me want to come back. Everything was ok and the staff was nice but Eunice, who attended to me first made me feel like an annoyance throughout the whole visit. First of all, I booked the mimosas and facials event and apparently it's only 1 mimosa. Which isn't a big deal but unknowingly someone gave me a second and they got called out for it. How unprofessional. And when I tried to offer my friend half of my seat because they were just standing behind me awkwardly since they didnt offer an extra chair, I accidentally knocked the glass off the very little counter space. It was my accident of course and I took ownership and began cleaning immediately but Eunice came over and didn't even make me feel better. I've worked in customer service long enough to know that accidents happen to the best of us but she made me feel like a complete burden. And afterwards I would look at her and try to give a smile and I was ignored even when she made eye contact with me. Other than her everything went well. The rest of the staff is friendly and Jackie really took the time to give me skin tips. Its unfortunate that everything was overshadowed by how poorly one person treated me. read more
