Disappointed. I've been coming here for years. I used to be happy with the service and quality, but today that changed. I came in for a manicure and pedicure. There was only one other customer in the salon so I was helped immediately. I sat in the pedicure chair and they asked if I wanted the manicure at the same time. I said that would be fine. From the moment they started, I felt rushed. The person working on my feet essentially just tapped my nails with the cuticle pusher. The cuticle wasn't touched let alone pushed. She did the same thing with the cuticle nippers. She just touched my nails, of course if you don't push the cuticle I guess there is not much to clip. She set an alarm when doing the "massage", which I had never seen before. I didn't mind because it keeps everyone honest on the duration of the "massage". I use quotes around "massage" because it felt more like someone just applying lotion. She was jerking my foot back and forth and nothing about it was relaxing. After she was done she left me at the chair to dry. I usually sit in the chair with the massage feature on while my toes dry. She came back to me about 5 minutes later (give or take), took the toe divider off my toes, put my shoes on, and lifted the arm rest for me to leave. Wow! I guess my time is up. I was not taking space for other customers. There were 4 other customers and they were being helped. There were several open chairs. From entering to exiting the store, I was maybe in there for 35 minutes. When I left I felt my nails looked ok, but not great. As I said before, I've been coming here for years and have never been treated this way. The last two times have been subpar and sadly I think I will look for a new salon. So disappointing. read more

Walked in and met with Vivian's warm welcome - she did my girlfriend's nails, I had Jesse for my gel manicure and I wish I knew who did my pedicure but wow... It was amazing. Never have I ever had steam incorporated into my pedicure. She did a scrub and a clay mask with steam. Fresh flowers and lemons in the pedicure soak.. one of the best pedicures I've had. This place has gone downhill. I used to go here all the time but took a little break over the winter. Yesterday the place was dirty. The employee that did my pedicure was rushed and very rough. She did a terrible job filing my toenails and the polish was really sloppy. They were out of many colors and the condition of the polish was deteriorated. UPDATE: got response that the price was right... thanks for not doing anything else or even apologizing for the work done. Which I see from the other review responses. BOO This last weekend I came to get a manicure/full-set & pedicure done with my husband and was very disappointed. We did call ahead to see if they had time for us and they said no problem. I was very thankful for them being able to accommodate. Once we arrived, there seemed to be a miscommunication, they thought we only wanted pedicures. I realized this during my pedicure because usually they will have someone come over to prep your nails during the pedicure, so I made sure to check-in and ask that they had me down for a full-set before it got too late. (btw, the pedicure was nice and good work). My husband decided to not get a manicure because they seemed surprised when I asked about my full-set. They did get busy, so I can understand trying to have enough people to proceed with the services. They were able to accommodate my nails by asking a woman mid full-set if she could start her pedicure and then they'd finish her nails (thanks girl), but it was really uncomfortable because they sat me right next to her, asked her, and then moved me right into her seat. I appreciate the woman being okay with it, but I felt so awkward to just take her spot. When the technician asked what I wanted I told her a short oval full-set, very simple. She decided that we were doing GelX instead and told me so. She proceeded with her decision to do GelX, which I did not know was essentially glorified press-ons (no hate, but not what I asked for). She did not make them the shape or length that I wanted them, she just left them the original almond length when I asked for short oval/round. Also, my thumb nails are short and wide, that's why I do acrylic so they can properly fit my nail. When she was done she showed me that my thumb nails were not completely covered by the GelX nail because "that's the biggest size they had" (why did we not say something from the beginning? Why did she even proceed to use this method if it wasn't a good fit for my nails? Because they were just trying to get me out ASAP and make money). At this point I was very irritated. I ended up telling her to make the thumb shorter and try to make the angle fit the edges of my thumb nail so it actually looked nice instead of leaving it all wonky. To top this all off, there's gaps between my natural nail and the GelX nails (they are like lifted at the ends). When we went to go pay the total was $170!?!? I don't understand why I paid this much for 1 pedicure with NO POLISH,1 gel pedicure, and 1 GelX with chrome manicure.... Pedicures should have been $90 together, and maybe $60 for GelX. So maybe they ended up charging me for a full-set? I was just so upset that I didn't even want to argue with them. While my nails look okay, I have a feeling they are just going to pop off before the week is done. Staff was nice, but I just felt that I was being rushed out since they missed that I wanted a full-set. I wish that this was handled differently and that I could've spoken up for myself to get what I asked for. read more

Employees were slow to help me with a lip wax and there were so many available employees. I expressed that I needed to hurry to pick up my child and they sat me in a corner for several minutes staring at a wall as employees continuously walked by me. I decided to leave without getting a wax. I will not be back. They also spoke poorly about a customer right in front of me. To not even try to hide the fact that you are speaking poorly about a customer right in front of me shows a lack of professionalism. read more

I'm picky about my nails and I have tried just about every salon in Auburn. They either lift after a few days or look like they need to be redone a week after from outgrowth because they didn't paint it close enough to the cuticle. Came here because of a nail emergency and my tech couldn't take me but they took care of me. The owner is extremely nice to talk to and very pleasant. My nails are very weak and fragile, I tried to do natural nails but because my nails are weak they did crack but I never hesitated to come back and they would always help restore the nail. No questions, and I love that they take care of you everytime. Lucy suggested Gel X to me because my natural nails are weak and ever since I've had no problems. They hold extremely well. My Christmas nails lasted me a whole month until I could come back. I highly recommend Lucy, she is a master at design and does my french tips exactly how I want them. Got my nails done there a few times with good results so I thought I would try them for a pedicure. Worst pedicure ever. I feel completely ripped off. I went for the most expensive $80 pedicure to treat myself. I got there at 10:13, got sat at 10:23, and she didn't start till after 10:30, out by 11:10. So...40 minutes for an $80 pedicure, the pedicure was terrible, she basically rubbed lotion on my legs, did not massage at all, used some lukewarm "hot stones" for one pass up my legs, and was done. We get done. She walks me up and tells the guy $90. Uh no...the pedicure was $80 not $90, I then ask the guy how long it was supposed to be, he tells me one hour, it's 11:15 at this point, I tell him it absolutely was not an hour, so he pulls the cameras up on his phone. He leaves me standing there for five minutes while he's trying to show me how long I was there. Yes, I was in the salon since 10:13 but she didn't start until 10:30. Gross. I will never go back. Not clean, definitely don't believe sterilization of all equipment, tools are being done. Definitely would not recommend.... definitely no TIPPING I wish these shops would invest in the quality tools to file the nail properly.... RAT INFESTED SALON!! I just got my nails done at Bellagio Nail Salon a couple of days ago, and today, while in the shopping center for a facial, I was shocked to see that the salon is under some sort of remodeling. But what's worse? There are rats running in and out of the salon! The employees--and even the owner--seem completely unbothered by the fact that their business is infested with rodents. I spoke with both Massage Envy and Starbucks, the businesses next to the salon, and they confirmed that the rats are coming from Bellagio Nail Salon. I don't even understand how a nail salon can have this kind of issue--it's absolutely disgusting. This place needs to be shut down immediately. If you care about cleanliness and hygiene, stay far away from this place! read more

I specifically said I wanted a pedicure with regular polish not gel when I checked in. I repeated it twice to the manager. I repeated it twice to the technician. While she was very nice and did a great massage I got gel which is very bad for my nails. I talked to the manager again and he said they only do gel. If they only do gel it should be included in the price of t h e pedicure not listed as an add on for an additional $15. If I had known they only did gel I would have said NO POLISH. I do NOT recommend. It was bad, after bad, after bad. To start, I was never asked what pedicure I wanted, just what polish color. Half way through I'm realizing she's almost done and I'm pretty sure the upgraded pedicure I wanted would include more than the rush job I was receiving, so I asked for some kind of description of choices, so the lady next to me gave me her menu, and I pointed to the one I wanted. Her response was "oh, you want the Bellagio?" Yes, I sure did! So she ran back and got the flower petals that were supposed to be in the soaking water all along, and she grabbed some hot stones. The menu states "extensive reflex, hot stone massage", BUT, there was nothing extensive about the 1 min (literally) stone massage. And, it says a "foot mask rinsed with Chamomile", BUT, there was nothing Chamomile about splashing the tub water up over my legs to rinse them off. During the foot scrubbing she did both sides of my heal on one foot, and only one side of my heal on the other foot. During the massage (more like a soft rub) she kept pointing her thumb inwards and scraping her nail down the center of the bottom of my foot, she'd rub 2 mins on one leg then switch for 4 mins on the other leg, she massaged only my toes on one foot, then would switch legs again. So basically, in total, I got a very lopsided 4 minute massage on one leg, and 8 mins on the other. During the cuticle cutting she clipped my skin several times, enough where it made me flinch, then sprayed my toes with alcohol to clean the nails for polish, holy crap that stung! During the polishing there must have been something on the brush because she kept wiping it off on the towel under my feet, you know the one with nail shavings, file dust, and cuticle debris. Then she'd dip the brush back into the bottle and try again. To top it off, instead of using cotton to help separate my toes for the polish, SHE USED TOILET PAPER. Yes, she actually pulled a roll of toilet paper from her little rolling cart. The best part of the experience was when it was over. Luckily, I was there to spend a $50 gift certificate, otherwise there is no way that service was worth what they charge. I will not go back there, nor would I suggest it to friends. read more

My nail tech Tiffany was pretty kind and was open minded with what I was requesting because I only wanted hombre on 3 nails on each hand.
