Hello Linda's I only come on here when I really love something or I was truly dissatisfied and I'm trying to save you! I'll start with the good first; I was greeted immediately when I walked in which was awesome! It immediately went downhill once the ladies realized my natural nails are long. The nail tech was an older woman was extremely rough & she wasn't rocking Afro puffs. She cut my cuticle multiple times and they are still sore. The entire time she worked on my nails the lady kept commenting on how long my nails were. Linda's are you ready for the coup de devil? This woman continued to be rough until she broke one of my nails. After she broke my nail and was pleased with herself she calmed down on how rough she was being. I would never recommend this tech to anyone. Go for the drinks and good service of the other team members. However if you see an older woman with a bob then run the other way or leave immediately!!!! This place was great! I was a walk in and they got me in right away for a manicure and a pedicure. Kelly is super fantastic at her job and everyone there seems to be an expert at what they do. Pricing was also very affordable compared to other places!! The quality of service was better than I've ever had. I will definitely be here again! read more

I came to Bellagio nails for a dip and pedicure. My pedicure was good, my toes look great! My nails were done by a man with very rough hands, there wasn't much choice of technicians, there was 3 men and one woman. My nails are ok but not great, they are pretty lumpy. I wouldn't go back or recommend. The salon is also pretty old looking and the chairs are pretty worn. I would like to update my review to say that my nails didn't even last two weeks! And they were so pricey. I'm not a fan and will never go back. read more

Look, I've been getting acrylics done for over 10 years . I understand that I'm taking a risk when a nail from another salon breaks and I go to a different one to get it fixed . I've come here before for nail fixes . And you'll see I had a pedicure done as well by my prior review . I called before coming in to see if I can get an acrylic gel nail fixed . I called at 11:05. Needless to say this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. At 11:40 I asked how long it would be to which they had someone sit in front of me and start doing dip ( which no one said beforehand , just went ahead and did dip ) they didn't even try to make the shape similar to what the rest of my nails looked like. Instead they just decided they weren't going to charge me for my service so that way They wouldn't feel obligated to actually do any type of work whatsoever . The energy here is very off putting . If they didn't feel like anyone could do my nails , they could've mentioned that within the 30 minutes they had me waiting . Needless to say , I'll never be back. I was able to shape my nail once I got home ( me - who has never even done her own simple manicure ). If I can do a better job than the nail techs here - I highly recommend going elsewhere ! In addition to the fact that one of the employees ( maybe she's a manager ) is so rude to her other employees . I've literally seen her pull one of the nail techs by their clothing . read more

I love this place! First social distancing is done well. The nail stations have permanent plexiglass separators. The pedicure chairs offer distance but they also have plexiglass walls on wheels !!! Staff are all in masks and gloves. Beyond that they place is clean and services amazing. Manicures, NexGen, Acrylic, pedicures, waxing, massages.... I am sure there is more. Today o got the Volcano Pedicure that comes with head and shoulder massage and extra foot care. I thoroughly enjoyed. I did make a reservation, but walk ins are welcome. I will be back! read more

I've come here two times. Both times I've waited an incredibly long time to be assisted without anyone explaining that it would take a while. The first time I was very happy with the final product so I decided to come again. Bad idea, this nail salon is poorly managed. Each time I come there is only one person how is doing or authorized to do nails and everyone else Only does pedicures. This means they seat those wanting manicures in the middle and ONE person goes back and forth between clients. They use the same gloves, tools, etc on each person. There is no attention to detail and no friendliness. It's not a place i would ever go again. My fingers are still covered in the dip powder and glue. I took both manicure and pedicure service shape is also uneven. I am attaching the pictures I got a cut on my finger and they said sorry that's it and powder and cream under my nails. I asked to clean it but they said it's not for Shelley manicure. And shape I asked for a corner that is also uneven really disappoints this time. I will not go again there. read more

Hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to. I've been going here for a year and a half. It's always very clean. The staff is always extremely hospitable. Nice atmosphere. And I'm always happy with my nails and toes. A few months ago, my husband dropped me off here and went to the mall, only to realize the keys to our vehicle were with me, so he would not be able to restart our vehicle after he parked. I also had left my phone at home to charge. What a pickle. But the kind manager offered to take me to the mall, to my husband, after my nail appointment...and she did. I opted for a last minute pedicure and happened upon this place. They've only been open a few weeks, but they were still running a 20% off special so it seemed like a win! The tech who did my pedicure was a man and he did a great job. He didn't really speak to me at all, but I did get the best leg/foot massage I've ever gotten. My feet look and feel amazing abs my polish looks great too. The 3 star rating is solely based on cleanliness. Like I said before, they've only been open a few weeks, so I definitely expected a much cleaner environment. The chair I was placed in was really dirty and so were the chairs on either side. The cup holders and side table appeared to have not been cleaned in some time. I had my laptop open and was working, so I didn't notice this until halfway through my service. Once I noticed the cup holder, I realized the armrests and the whole chair was dirty. It was definitely a turn off and I'll inspect the chairs before service if I ever return. If they can't or don't keep the chairs clean, was else isn't being cleaned?! read more

The fact that I own an AUSTIN cleaning service, means I look for cleanliness where germs are being scrubbed and polished. A friend of mine made appointments for a few of us to get pedicures. We came one early afternoon, so the place was not very packed which is great for me. This nail salon is pretty big and it's well maintained. The staff was really friendly. I opted to get a package that included the pedi, massage, parafin wax and other things since I'm on my feet a lot. I was pretty impressed at the time they took on my feet. I have yet to meet someone that gives really good foot massages, but this place did a pretty decent job. They also wax here, so I got my eyebrows done. I really had high hopes for this place because it's brand new and in a great location next to some amazing restaurants! But unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. I came in for NexGen and a pedicure. I was greeted right away and seated pretty quickly, so props for that! After being seated, they started the water for me and then I just sat and waited. 2 people came in after me and the technicians started on them right away, and I still waited. Finally, after maybe 10 minutes, 2 technicians came and started work on me. For the most part, they were good. I was given a towel right away to put over my lap since I was wearing a dress, and I was given a pillow to rest my arms on. The technicians were quiet but polite, so props for nice people too! The downfall here is quality of service. I can overlook the wait time for the most part especially since it was just 10 or 15 minutes, and I didn't have anywhere to be afterwards. But for a relaxing, pampering experience, it wasn't the most relaxing or pampering. The gentleman giving me my pedicure was anything but gentle. He was so rough that it hurt me and I flinched multiple times and he would just look at me and smile. And while cutting my cuticles, he made me bleed pretty badly and had to use that solution to stop the bleeding. My nail bed is a little bruised from it as well. With my nails, while she was trying to remove the old nexgen, it felt like she was burning me because she was filing into my nail instead of just removing the old nexgen. She also cut me 3 times while using the drill. Beauty is pain though right? And if everything turned out perfectly, I might not complain, but unfortunately, I'm not completely happy with how my nails turned out. Overall, I think they're ok but that's because I did a French manicure so the color is clear and you can't tell if there are flaws. The way she shaped everything looks odd though. There's a weird bump on my nails and they look really thick so not natural. And she didn't clean any of the hardened nexgen powder from under my nails, so there's clumps underneath all my nails which might not be a big deal to some people, but it's annoying to me. So, all in all, the people are nice, and they did seem to have a few repeat customers, so I'm not saying it's a bad place. I have only been here once and maybe my technicians were having an off day. I'm not saying I would never go back, but it might not be for a while and under desperate circumstances. read more
