They literally charge extra for everything. Some things I can understand but they take it to the extreme. $20 extra for gel (way too much) and didn't tell us before they did it...only found out when I went to pay $5 extra for extra length on top of the extra $10 for the tip we are already paying $10 extra for special color (unbeknownst to us) $5 extra for coffin shape....they have to shape the nails anyway!!!! So literally, my daughters $50 pedicure turned into $80!!! For a pedicure!!! Never going back. read more

First time at this place and last time at this place. I went in today to simply get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. They were uneven and the lady even cut the end of half my eye brow off. It gets worse! I have blonde hair and they gave me black eye brows for some reason when I told her it was to dark she said it will wash off. Then they proceed to over charge me. It was $50 for some bull shit that I now have to fix. I could have done a better job myself and saved my money and my eyebrows. I walked in with my cousin for pedi/Mani, first the nail tech chose my nail length then the she proceeded to make her own French design. (Albeit cute, but not what I asked for...she didn't even ask me. She just went to work) I left it because it was cute but what totally took me by surprise is when they charged me $71 for it!! Yes $71 for French manicure with a length and design that I DIDNT ASK FOR! When I disputed they got upset and treated us so rudely. The tech got up and attended another client without even finishing with cuticle oil etc. She kept telling me "I know best, I'm the best at French manicure, I have 23yrs experience". Well 23yrs experience you'd think she can put a nail on straight and file it down so it's smooth right? Nope! Pics speak for itself! That's not all though, the other nail tech doing my pedi burned me like 3 xs with the rocks! No apology she just looked at me like I was crazy for flinching. Their customer service is horrible! Don't come here! Not sanitary! Terrible service. We got dip nails and she was done in 15 minutes. I've never seen anyone finish dip nails that fast. They aren't terrible to look at so we didn't complain but then it only got worse. I got a manicure and it was absolutely horrible. The guy was super rude, made my fingers bleed, and then he did a horrible job painting my nails. There were spots all over my nails that were see through and bubbly. We asked if I could get them redone because they looked so bad. I don't normally complain but I was not happy with what I got. Then he left and glared at me every time he walked by. He even came back and got the tools he used on my skin and used them on someone else. I thought they came in the packet to show proof that it was sterilized and not used on someone else, but he used them on me and the next lady he worked on. Will not be back. read more

I had to get my nails done here before a dinner party and this place was conveniently located near the restaurant in Frisco. It's very easy to find and has plenty of parking. I'm particular about cleanliness & professionalism and this place lacked both. The technician didn't speak or understand English very well nor did she know much about the products. Twice she burned & cut my fingers with the filer & I had to ask to wash my hands before she painted them. When she was pushing my cuticles back she made my nail beds so wide & short. It's nice atmosphere & they offer drinks but when I looked around other people were getting what looked like a rough treatment too. Won't go back. read more

I needed to get my NexGen redone and a gel color change for my toes so I called to see if they could service me. I clearly explained the exact style that I wanted and was quoted a price by the owner. Upon arrival, the technicians doing my feet seemed unclear on what work I needed, changing technicians several times. The owner who was doing my color change on my toes left atleast 4 times for extended periods and then rushed to have them completed when I asked if they would be done the same time as my nails. The price I was quoted increased 3 times after the work started, even though I did not add on anything additional. The 20% discount that they have been running since opening was not honored and was only applied to part of the services though other customers received it on the total. Mediocre work, poor management, nickled and dimes dishonestly. I will never return. read more

I wish I had gone to my old place. I feel like I was nickel and dimed for everything. They currently have 20% off so I decided to go. I went for nexgen and a pedicure. I made an appointment for 11:30. I waited a good 15 minutes before anyone even started on my pedicure. Another 15 for nexgen. Since I was on my lunch brake, I was annoyed and told them I have to leave by 12:30. The manicure sucked. After I left, I realized I had my old polish all over my hands because of me soaking my nails in acetone. When I went to pay I was charged $5 for tips and $5 for SHAPING. I asked for round nails. I got my nails done 4 days ago - all white with a flower design on a few nails - and already my nails have turned yellow and look like they have some sort of black build up on the sides. I haven't even done anything strenuous to make them go yellow or get that dirty. It cost over $60 for this and they don't even last 4 days? And another time, I came in and had an appointment and as they are working through my nails, it starts to get really busy...and they started rushing my nails so they could move on and they turned out horrible. Im not sure of the lady's name who did my gel manicure but she's usually at the front desk when you walk in. She was literally done in 10 minutes LOL. Polish was all on my cuticles. The polish wasn't smooth and had bubbles. At first I wasn't going to say anything but they looked horrible and I just couldn't take it. I told her I didn't like my nails and that she did a rush job. She has the nerves to tell me it's cause I wanted three coats. No lady your quality of work was garbage that day. She gets mad and starts slamming her tools around smh. I work hard for my money and I refuse to just waste it on poor quality. Another lady was nice enough to fix my nails and do dip on them instead which I will say she did a good job. I left satisfied with my nails overall. The lady who did my toes was really sweet. She did a good job as far as the pedicure itself goes. But the polish on my toes was awful. It smeared and was bulky and did not dry correctly. At this point I was ready to go so I didn't even bother having her to fix them. I seriously feel they paint your toes poorly so you will pay the extra $30 for gel polish on your toes. Needless to say I will never come back here again. Bellagio is the best place to have your nails done, gel or nexgen and also, wax, facials and eyelashes, besides that I got spoil with Margaritas and Mimosas . My favorite ladies are Nancy and Linda. They give you the best massages. I love how friendly and professional they are and no matter how far I have to drive, I will always come with them. Overall I'm so upset with my experience here. Instead of allowing me to pick my color first, they sat me down, started trimming my nails, gluing the tips on and everything. All I wanted was a translucent pink. In my opinion that is probably one of the easiest colors to find, I've never had an issue with a salon just not having translucent pink or even knowing how to do it. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and ended up with Barbie hot pink nails. The color itself is a cute color! Just absolutely not what I asked for or wanted. I feel like they sat me down and started doing the work so I wouldn't have the option to leave if I couldn't find what I wanted (which I didn't). I also felt rushed in picking my color, they kept saying "take your time" but then would hover or stare me down until I picked something. I have never been charged for adding a tip onto my nails, but they do that here. My nails also weren't very long at all (less than a centimeter long), but I was charged for "extra long length." read more
