Very disappointed in my first and last experience with this establishment. I ordered a few pizzas for a team event on the website. I placed the order with more than enough time to get them to the event. The confirmation said they'd be done in 40 minutes and I can pick up at 11:45a. When I walked in at 11:44a the man working didn't know what I was talking about then checked his system and said it just came through. They have a real time tracker that I used and he kept telling me there was nothing he could do because it just came in. I showed him the text with the restaurant confirmation time and the email. He didn't care one bit. He walked to the back and then started making them. Our organization with NEVER patronize this establishment again. Poor poor service!

If you're a vegetarian (which my husband is) definitely ask if there's any meat on the pizza even if it's not listed on the menu. We ordered something that DID NOT have meat listed on the menu but it came out with chicken. (We ordered a Spinach & Artichoke Pizza that only lists Spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, artichoke hearts, provolone and mozzarella over homemade garlic sauce on the menu.) We let the server know immediately and they apologized and remade another pizza without the chicken. The pizza overall was good. The cheddar wedges were not fully cooked. The potatoes were still hard and cold in the middle.

Ordered the wings. Emaciated pieces. No flavor. It all tasted like it had been boiled. Meatball sub was anorexic with entirely too much cheese and very tiny meatballs. Customer service wasn't great.

Was in the area and decided to stop by and get my old favorite pizza in Nashville...big mistake. The food was NOT what I remembered from a few years ago when I lived in the area. Tasted like cardboard. Same sauce I think but different crust and it just wasn't good. Then don't get me started on the salad scam. When ordering on the phone I asked for a salad big enough for a few people. When I said for 3 people the person on the phone said something between $10-15. I said cool. I showed up to receive SHREDDED LETTUCE not even normal salad lettuce, a few tomatoes, bell pepper chunks and some cheese for FOURTY ONE DOLLARS. I am so disappointed. A large pepperoni pizza and a salad should never be $69...this was a disappointment and I will never return for business. It's a shame because 5 years ago I used to order on a weekly basis.

The Food is Awesome and the Service is Fantastic!! I ordered the bread sticks, wings, hoagie and it was Absolutely Delicious!!

I ordered delivery which came pretty quick. Everything was pretty hot and packaged well. I did the create your own pizza-large and added pepperoni, mushrooms, and basil. The pizza was pretty good but definitely no NY pizza. There was plenty of cheese which was great. I like my cheese more stringy but loved the coverage. The toppings made it to the edges of the pizza. Wish the pieces of basil were smaller and there was more of them for more of that flavor. 3.75/5. I also got lemon pepper wings. They barely had any lemon pepper flavor. Kind of tasted Iike normal baked wings with a drizzle of lemon here and there. They were nice and crispy and hot though. Juicy too. For that I'll give them 3/5 for wings but not lemon pepper. Overall, I would order from here again, but I'm gonna keep looking for another pizza spot here in Nashville.

Not sure about the missed communication was but I didn't receive what I ordered on their third party app. I ordered plain wings and received them FEUGO!! I like some heat but WOW. If I wasn't starving I would've taken them back. I was able to get down three before passing them to my husband who loves heat but struggled with these also. I also ordered the cheese steak which listed sweet peppers . NOPE! Another dose of extremely hot peppers . Even after picking them off the heat was still there which made it painful to eat. I guess my advice is: check your food before leaving with it. The restaurant is well done and has a welcoming ambiance and the staff is pleasant too .

I've ordered from this place a few times and it just is not very good. It's fine, but there's so many better places for the same or lower prices. Pizza tastes like food court pizza and the sandwiches are mediocre. They've screwed up orders in the past as well. And don't order the potato wedges. They were actually the most flavorful thing we ordered, but the portion was insanely small for the price. The one time I've picked up, the staff was nice, but the restaurant itself was dirty

A nice little neighborhood pizza joint. Worth a try if you're in the neighborhood. Don't go out of your way for it - not like DiFara in Brooklyn (I drove 40 minutes for that and would do it again), but if you're close by, stop in. It's pretty good. The wings are small but flavorful. Slightly smoky, not too hot - very good wings. The spinach and artichoke pizza we had was very good - a bit in the oily side (but isn't most pizza??), but also not as heavy on the garlic as I expected (certainly not as garlicky as Greek food). I would definitely get this pizza again (and will probably be eating the leftovers for breakfast tomorrow). The cannoli. Hmmm. The filling was very good, but the shell tasted like it had been fried in old oil (not quite rancid, but definitely not fresh). If you love a good cannoli filling, do it!! It's good enough to skip the shell.

My friend and I were looking for a bit of a hole in the wall pizza shop for dinner a few weeks ago & I came across this restaurant on yelp. There's not a ton of tables inside, so about half the customers were taking their food to go. We ordered on a tablet, and I was disappointed to see the prices had increased from the menu they have on their website. To be honest, the food was a bit overpriced in my opinion. I ended up going with a calzone that was giant and provided enough food for 3 meals for me, but it was over $16 in total and it was a solid calzone, but not excellent. I tend to expect lower prices for hole in the wall shops, but I would consider coming back when I'm in the area. PS-- if you eat here, make sure to check in on Yelp BEFORE paying! You'll save 20%.

Wow. I have been sleeping on Bellagio -- I can't believe I'm just now discovering it. I decided to with my tried-and-true, the plain ole pepperoni. The crust was thin yet sturdy enough to support the cheese and pepperoni. It had just the right amount of chew. The cheese was golden and bubbly. The pepperoni coverage was decent, but I'm not one to want the entire pizza covered from crust to crust. They had just enough spice to not be lost among the cheese. The sauce was incredible with a very strong zingy tomato flavor. The mozzarella sticks we ordered were pretty good -- a little smaller than I was anticipating with not a strong mozzarella flavor. But the side of marinara was delicious. It was chunky and rich with flavor notes similar to the sauce on the pizza. Overall, Bellagio has earned a spot on my list of go-to pizza spots in Nashville. I can't wait to go back and explore more of the menu.

Pepperoni Extreme Pizza

This pizza was recommended to us and it was amazing! We got the xl pepperoni extreme pizza and there was soo much cheese and pepperoni. A classic with extra flare! Highly recommend that specialty pizza! I the crust was thin, but strong enough to not flop over. It had great flavor, and the sauce was just the right consistency and amount. The antipasto salad was just okay, I would probably try a different salad. I will be back here for sure! It was also very quick. I called at 6pm on a Friday night and was able to pick it up in 25 minutes, and they were busy.

Great, efficient and friendly service. Good food for the price as well. Love love LOVE the garlic bread. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating, and conveniently located right across the street from Fairfield Inn where I'm staying.

If you look carefully at the photo, you will see the slice of pepperoni in the background. My son told me it was the best slice of pizza he has ever eaten. And that's a lot of pizza. In fact, he has taken a photo of every slice of pizza he has ever consumed and posted all of them on his 'Pizza Wall.' His theory is that pizza always puts him in a good mood, so why not always be looking at pizza. Okay, none of that is true, except for the part that he said it was the best pizza he ever had. My slice was very good but I don't know about all that. It seems to be a common theme at Five Points East though. Therefore, go for it! Our server, Annie, was excellent. And very efficient at her job. As for atmosphere, pretty cool! Small but cool. And I actually like that they don't have Italian food and stick to their speciality. Flavors so pure and a bread just crispy to the bite and soft as you expect a perfectly crafted bread like this. -Focaccia: 5/5 Texturally perfect. Crispy outer with a soft and spongy inner. Complimented extremely well with any pairing crafted in the restaurant. The focaccia with garlic and balsamic was the perfect first bite to guide your experience as a shareable item. -Ricotta di Gnocchi: 5/5 Again, texturally pleasing bite that's met with a delicious sauce that's velvety, cheesy, and rich in flavor with the herbs meeting the palate cutting away the richness. Perfectly paired -Potato focaccia: 4.5/5 One of my favorite bites that's met with a lemon zest while staying rich and creamy, the focaccia is covered and smothered with this delicious sauce that's a cream of potato and met with Parmesan and lemon, 2 flavors you wouldn't expect to pair so well but compliment each other extremely well. Giving this a reduction of .5 because the bread turns a little too mushy if you don't eat the entree quickly. Which some may like! -blondie: 5/5 Over heard the chef talking about soft serve and ice cream being offered and I had to listen in and order the dish. I'm not much of a desserts person but this was a concept executed flawlessly. Caramel thats met with berry for freshness, ice cream for richness, and sesame for a popping texture that's pleasing. All married to a golden brownie that's crispy to the bite and soft on the inside. Very well matched with each other and just a delicious bite to end the meal. I still remember every bite and can say that being from out of town, I would recommend this spot to anyone. Our server was less than cordial, took our order and gave us our bill, that's about it. I tried to ask about the restaurant and the focaccia but that seemed to be a huge inconvenience. We're from Huston and staying at the hotel across from this restaurant, we heard great things so on our last night we decided to celebrate his good news here. Our server, Lu lu, gave us great recommendations on cocktails and appetizers. She got to know what we enjoyed and recommended the whipped ricotta to us, which was delicious. Creamy ricotta with honey, oil, spice, and bread. Game Changing bread, perfectly baked. When it was time for our dinner, we decided to get the calzone, lasagna, and a pizza. The food came out within twenty minutes and it was just incredible. We decided for tiramisu as our dessert, but we should've gotten the cream puff, the table next to us got one and it looked great. When our waitress brought out our check she very respectfully asked where my buddy was from, as he has a pretty thick accent. He told her that he's Russian and her face lit up, she immediately started having a full conversation with him in Russian. Apparently, she knows the language conversationally. The pizza was just as good as I remembered. It's one of the stronger options if you're looking for a Chicago-style tavern pizza in Nashville, and the quality of the food continues to be the restaurant's biggest strength. The atmosphere, however, wasn't quite for me. The restaurant fully embraces its Chicago identity, which is certainly part of its concept. Personally, I would have enjoyed seeing a few subtle nods to Nashville or the local community to help it feel more connected to the neighborhood rather than feeling as though it had been transplanted from another city unchanged. It seemed very tone deaf and if I could get the Chicago experience in Nashville why would I ever visit the Chicago location? The music was also much louder than I expected. It created more of a nightclub atmosphere than a neighborhood pizza tavern, making it difficult to carry on a conversation. Live music would have felt more fitting for the setting, especially during CMA Fest. The staff was friendly throughout the evening, but service was a little slower than expected. The restaurant didn't seem particularly busy at the time, yet the kitchen appeared to be running behind, so there was more waiting than I anticipated. Overall, Dicey's Pizza & Tavern still serves excellent pizza, and I'd happily return for the food. I just hope that over time the dining experience evolves to feel a bit more welcoming for those looking for a relaxed meal rather than a high-energy atmosphere.
