I'd like to place this in the most generic, I guess I need to order a pizza for an event pizza spot I have tried in quite some time. This was the pizza of choice for a recent lunch event...and can I just say, it was just the exact picture of what you'd expect when you say "ah a no frills, just adequate" pizza. I tried slices of the cheese pizza and the veggie pizza and found the veggie pizza to be somewhat off putting? Something tasted so incredibly strange and I couldn't tell me if it was part of the cheese or the artichokes that were on top. Additionally, some pieces of veggies on top were incredibly hard to chew which didn't inspire much confidence. The cheese slice was fine, nothing insane, but nothing great -- definitely had too little sauce and a bit lacking on flavor but adequate. Overall, this is a good spot to grab a pizza if you want something that's adequate though I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a "blow your socks off" pizza experience by any means. read more

I had Bellagios last Friday afternoon and it, again, did NOT disappoint. I love this place. It's a 10 min walk from me and it's fun to be able to walk there once a month on Friday's and get an XL Cheese/Pepperoni Pizza. I'm 6'1' and only weigh about 190lbs, so when I eat pizza, I wanna purchase a whole one for myself! I swear they have new crust that tastes 10x better than before, as well as a great red sauce. I'll go back next weekend just for that crust! Great job to the Staff and Management, as always! (I forgot to take a picture of my pizza because I ate it so fast). This is my local Bellagios, I have ordered from them I would say at least once every two months for the better part of two years. I am now moving out of the neighborhood and in no small measure will mourn the loss of them in my life. It's good pizza, if I'm tipsy it's great pizza. The sandwiches are really solid when I wanna mix it up. The cookie and brownie tins might actually have cocaine in them based on how much my partner and I have come to crave them. I have never balked at the price of anything here, always felt 'yeah that's fair' and even then consistently get sent coupons. My pizza has never been late, never been cold, always delivered with cheer. Goodbye, Goose Hollow Bellagios. I will think of you everytime I order from a lesser pizza place. read more

Paid $20+ for a pizza covered in completely raw veggies. Someone literally cooked a pizza, and then added raw cold veggies to it. Have never seen anything like it. Couldn't eat it. read more

There are only three reasons a place like this stays open when it's so close to EFNY, Scottie's and Ranch: 1. Cheapskates 2. Children 3. Octogenarian logger palates that don't know better From the sponge crust to the ketchup "sauce" to the "creamy garlic" base on half the pies to the kiddie-pizza-class approach to toppings, Bellagios exists as training wheels for people who find pizza "exotic" and can't understand why biscuits and gravy can't be served at every meal. I remember when Bellagio's was a start-up in the late-90's in the Portland metro area. We recently started ordering it again for delivery recently and it is as good as ever. As I keep mentioning in my other reviews that I am not a big pizza fan but Bellagios does deliver on taste even to a non-fan like me . They were our go-to pizza place when office parties were still a thing (pre-Covid) and even now till date I see them often being served at small get-togethers. We recently ordered from here and the food was pretty good. The portion size was huge and I was able to get three meals out of that ,HA ! would recommend the Bellagios combo Pizza -as it had a little bit of everything . read more

Follow up to my posting yesterday. My wife did not pay attention to the confirm page online and had ordered the wrong pizza when she clicked reorder. But still in talking to the store location in Lake Oswego, OR they would not make another pizza that we actually ordered the last time without new payment. Ordered Pizza and Cheese sticks for delivery, we put the both in the fridge as soon as they arrived to step out for a little while. Came back, opened the cheese stick box to find 2 giant cockroaches crawling around. Called them immediately to let them know what's going on - I just moved into a brand new, clean apartment building and there is literally was nothing in my fridge besides those pizza boxes. Called up Bellagios immediately to tell them the horror I just found and the guy on the phone says: "uh thats weird, hold on" ...I wait for a minute "I just talked to my manager and he said there wasnt cockroaches. The two stars is for the lack of customer service. The pizza is good but honestly nothing too special to render a revisit, got the Italian chicken pizza but just some really quick back story: My total came out to $33 and change, I ordered it for pick up, I told the girl she can keep the change giving her a 20% tip & all I got was an "ok" without a thank you, let alone a greeting of any kind to begin with. The look on the face of the person who had to help looked annoyed I was there. First impressions are a key factor to me especially when I'm putting in money, plus a tip and especially for a pick up order. I moved to Portland about a month ago and was doing doordash and this one of the pickups I had. They make pizzas to purchase by the slice and after being out for an hour it's only a $1 so I bought one. Holy crap it was so good! I'm from NYC and have lived in Italy, so I think I'm a pretty good judge of what pizza should taste like, and Bellagio's has a good idea of what they're doing for sure. read more

Ordered a single pizza for delivery, estimated wait 35-40 minutes. An hour later the driver (who could only communicate through a phone app) showed up with 5 pizzas and two salads. Bellagio's had given him the wrong order. I called Bellagio's, who acknowledged that the incorrect order had gone out. They said the driver needed to return the pizzas and would deliver the correct one. After another hour still no pizza. I called again and was told that the driver had not returned the items they sent and therefore they would not fulfill my order. read more

My last review was six years ago. I vowed I would never have Bellagios Pizza again. But they blanketed the neighborhood with 20% off coupons and I was feeling like pizza tonight so I thought I'll give them a try again....This time there was plenty of Parmesan cheese packages! They were stuck in the cracks on the side of the pizza box .......the pizza itself was super hot so kind of melted the cheese so it's stuck inside the packages. I'm now waiting for it to cool down so I can eat it!..... The pizza itself has never been a problem. They have really good choices and flavors and options etc. whether you like red tomato sauce types of pizza or white sauce/no tomato sauce types of pizza...That has never been an issue for me... Tonight I did order a thin crust pizza on half of the pizza and a regular type of pizza for the other half but I said make it all on the thin crust and make sure it's crispy like a cracker, and not burned. The whole pizza is on a regular crust. Sigh. They did not make it a thin crust as they were supposed to. But it looks like they did try and get it well done and I don't see that it's burned... And they did remember my request for no green peppers so they got it partially right. I will also say they told me it was going to be an hour and it was about 20 minutes so that was a pleasant surprise. And finally, I will say that the delivery driver was very nice and efficient so that was also a plus. So I've upgraded them to three stars..... read more

We received a coupon in the mail for a buy one get one free pizza. My girlfriend has Celiac disease so I wanted to order one gluten free pizza and one regular crust pizza. They would not accept the coupon because apparently the coupon "doesn't work" for gluten free crust. Nowhere on the coupon does it mention this. In fact, on the back side of the coupon it says, "...Gluten Free Crust...". Yo...it's bad enough to be Celiac...but to be done dirty like this? My girl just wants some Za! Ken is absolutely disrespectful and is incapable of making a pizza how the customer requests, I have a lot going on in my life and have mental health struggles so it is common for me to order them forget about it until I go to place an order and realize I already have. I went down today to pick up my small Jalalujah pizza, and the cookie I ordered when I called to tell them I realized my pizza had been sitting down there for around an hour. I live in the building above the pizza shop, I am a regular customer and always end up picking up my food even if it has been sitting for a while because I prefer to let it sit before eating it rather than eating it straight out of the oven because it is super greasy when it comes straight out of the oven. Ken has the audacity to say "You always do that." when I tried to explain why I didn't pick it up right away, then tell me I am 86ed when I tried to call and speak to someone else about him/his customer service. I really love some of employees and the food but will never be ordering from here again. read more

Bellagio's Pizza is the BEST IN THE UNIVERSE!!!!! It is the only place in the Portland area to get pizza. Other places advertise that they were "awarded" best pizza but no one comes close to Bellagio's. Occasionally we get sucked in to trying someplace else and they NEVER COME CLOSE!!! Two nights ago we got Italian sausage with mushrooms and extra cheese on a gluten free crust and it was so incredibly DELICIOUS!!! The crust was perfect, thin, and you cannot tell that it is gluten free. The sauce is not too thick, very full of flavor, but not over seasoned. The toppings are always very fresh and the mushrooms are exceptional. It makes my mouth water to think of the awesome combination. We order directly from Bellagio's because their service is great. We have been eating their pizza for many many years, and hopefully many to come. THANK YOU BELLAGIO'S!!!!! read more

We were here few months ago and we enjoyed the pizza. One thing I noticed the most was the working environment of this place. They were working in good spirit and everybody seemed happy to work considering it was a busy evening, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Ok so when I ask if the crust is seasoned I mean "does the crust taste like crust or something else". If you load the crust with what to me tastes like oregano to the point I cant taste the cheese or bread at all it really just kinda pisses me off and leaves me feeling ripped off. Thats all. I mean I asked. Specifically. Vecause Im well aware a large segment of the population hates the idea of plain simple foods and insists everyone must enjoy a cacophony of flavors in everything. Not trying to be an angry old woman yelling at clouds but I cant be the only one who wants to taste cheese and bread when I have a pizza can I? So if i ask "is the crust seasoned?" say yes if it doesnt taste like bread? Maybe? Ordered online and was confirmed. When I arrived I was told that their computer had a problem with the order and they said another 10 minutes and it would be good to go. Waited 20 minutes. They handed me my pie but only after someone in the back called out my name as the front desk people were dealing with the register. My on-line order also included three drinks that they neglected to give me. When I raised the issue they said oh ok... just pick them out in the fridge. Which I then did. The only problem was that they were out of stock of the ones they said they had online. Pizza was average. No complaints there. But their online ordering service needs fixing. I ordereda pizza from here several years ago and it was fantastic. I was disappointed by the one I ordered today; there were barely any toppings on my pizza and what was there was not recognizable. I really loved this place. It reminded me of pizza shops back home in New Jersey. I went last Friday night, and the staff were so friendly and responsible. Just hearing them interact with other customers in-person or over the phone made it clear how much they went above and beyond to make sure someone has a good experience. My pizza had good flavor. I let it sit around way too long for me to be able to comment on the crust, but it was chock full of veggies! I'll have to come back and try some other pizzas in the future. read more
