It was $12.49 and was a good sized portion. The soups were ok. The food was pretty good but we did have to wait a while for it to come out. Update from my last review...recently had lunch here again and the White Parm Chicken was delicious. The grilled lemon was a great touch - added so much flavor to the pasta! However, I'm pretty sure that I got broccoli on my plate (instead of broccolini, as the menu description states). I didn't want to make a big deal of it - I love broccoli too, so it was fine, but hopefully I'll get a chance to try broccolini since I've never tried it before. Great new addition to the area! We started with the organic spinach dip, and it was very good. I had the Fig and the Pig pizza which was fantastic. It had a great sweet and hot fig jam with goat cheese and prosciutto along with balsamic reduction and fresh basil. It was really a standout! I like the order at the counter concept but with really great food. Bellagreen reminds me of Kickshaws which I loved and miss very much. Loved (mostly) everything. The ambiance inside was great and it's overall a very nice place to eat at. The food was definitely hit or miss... I loved the turkey lettuce wraps, hi-protein hempenadas, and the carrot cake. The only thing I would not recommend are the burgers, specifically I got the turkey burger and the buns were very stale and hard and the turkey patty itself was burned, I just couldn't eat it. I got lunch with my mom and sisters and the place is very beautiful, inviting and relaxing. You gotta order and pay and it'll be taken to your table. The place is spacious and big enough to accommodate large parties. The decor is also different and very refreshing. I ordered the "el jefe" pizza and it was ok, i say ok because my sister's spaghetti was tastier. Everything we ordered was delicious and in big portions. The read pudding was excellent and very large that it could be shared. I'll definitely come back. Bellagreen offers some high-quality dishes and jumbo-sized salads. I've had the Chicken curry salad twice and I ate every bit of it in one sitting both times. It features mango, jicima, oranges, raisins, toasted almonds, yogurt orange dressing and its sweetness pairs well with the tasty, curry-spiced grilled chicken breast. My boyfriend likes to order the almond-crusted goat cheese arugula salad because it is consistently incredible. I've also had the juicy, natural angus beef burger with homemade-tasting pickles and mixed greens on a gluten-free bun, and the salmon paleo tacos with mixed cabbages, jicima, mango and citrus honey vinaigrette inside almond flour tortillas. The creamy key lime pie (not too sweet, not too tart) with a gluten-free crust is to die for! and big enough to share. A few weeks ago I decided to try brunch there with a friend. We both ordered the lemon poppy seed gluten-free pancakes served with real butter and real maple syrup (of course). Covered in strawberries, it was a feast for the eyes -- light, perfectly browned on the edges and it simply melted in our mouths. Once, in the new Plano location, I ordered a soup that had an ingredient in it that I am allergic to (after checking ingredient list with a new employee). The waiter immediately took back my soup and removed the charge from my bill. Absolutely delicious! Went yesterday for the grand opening and I couldn't have been more impressed. Warm, welcoming staff, beautiful decor, and incredibly fresh & flavorful American food with a twist to satisfy any palate. I had the salmon pasta, turkey lettuce wraps, and chocolate cake. All of it was delightfully tasty & I just wanted to sit back & chew with my eyes closed, savoring every bite (but I was with friends, that would've been weird). Great portion sizes, too. The chocolate cake was light, fluffy, moist, & had the perfect amount of moose filling - hands down THE best chocolate cake I've ever had - EVERYONE in my group agreed it was the best chocolate cake they've ever had. We all also really enjoyed the turkey lettuce wraps which were so much more than just a normal lettuce wrap - can't even put it into words. For my main course I ordered the grilled salmon pasta (pictured below) and it was chock full of flavor as well. The only thing I might suggest to the chef for improvement is that the pesto cream sauce within the pasta itself is plenty & it would've been more balanced without the additional pesto that came as a garnish on top of the salmon & perhaps without the olives as well, as they added a little too much salt to the dish. However, I would get the dish again & just ask for the above modifications. The best part is it was gluten-free, which means I didn't get tired after eating it like I normally do when eating pasta...YAY!! Overall, I loved this place and definitely will be back!!! read more

I stumbled across this new restaurant while in the neighborhood with my grandchild. The salad I had was delicious. The almonds were toasted to perfection, the slice of goat cheese And sundried tomatoes added the perfect flavors. They do have a nice children's menu too. They also serve wine. The atmosphere is very refreshing. You do have to order your food in line and they bring it out to you. I will definitely be back! Yum read more

Ate at this location the first time today and was very disappointed. There were five of us in our party and they brought out two orders about 15 minutes before the other two. I went to find out where the orders and they said that the bring them out as the are ready. I informed him that my wife was nearly through with her meal and that bringing out orders so far apart is just bad restaurant management. There was no apology. I then told him that my order was sitting there. He said it just prepared. After a couple of minutes they finally brought it out and part of the food was cold and I sent it back . Bellagreen is a go to spot for my boyfriend and me. Our favorite appetizer is the spinach artichoke dip. His favorite entree is the grilled chicken sandwich with the vegetables. I love their grilled chicken sandwich as well but also some very good options are the green pizza, the Queen pizza, shrimp tacos, and the tomato soup is PHENOMENAL. My absolute favorite meal on the menu is the blackened shrimp salad. We both tried the breakfast tacos one day and neither of us liked them at all. There wasn't much flavor and it looked bland as well. They were barely edible. Thank goodness the rest of their menu isn't reflected on the breakfast tacos. read more

Not only is it DELICIOUS and FILLING, but it's also Gluten Free. They provide a WIDE VARIETY of alternative options for those with Dairy a Gluten Allergies, as well as Vegetarian items. The location is lovely and convenient as well. Parking was a breeze and the environment is very clean, pretty, and relaxing.
