Came in yesterday with my wife and was blown away by the high level of service and execution from a fast casual concept. Everyone was masked up and we watched the staff constantly make sure everything was being cleaned and wiped down. 4 for food. It really just depends on the day as I feel the same menu item is not consistent day to day. The front cashiers are not as familiar with the menu as I am and need more training and help since ordering something customized for dietary reasons confuses them. For example, you cannot build your own pizza easily due to the register system. If you can order everything "as is" it's great for you! It also depends on who the manager is as to what service you receive. Zissa and Drayden will make sure the order is right without sending it back. They communicate with the kitchen staff. I wish the vegetables were not pre seasoned with pepper. The side vegetables are really hot. It's not just me. 2 girls sat next to me (with no dietary restrictions) and sent their roasted cauli and broccoli back due to heat. I think there are other fresh herbs that can be used to season, not just pepper or spicy things. At least make that an option but not a standard. read more

Found two short hair strands (light warm golden blonde) in the pita bread from my order last night. Also ordered the pizza and a sandwich which was for me and my partner. We were eating the bread when i noticed a strand in the bread. Then i picked up another piece about to eat it when i noticed the 2nd strand. It was gross and upsetting. Completely killed the mood and appetite. Called to complain the next day, because we got our order late so the restaurant was closed. My friend and I visited Bellagreen for the first time last Sunday. We liked the open, bright, and friendly feel when we walked in. The menu has a variety of healthy, unique options. We finally decided to share a few items to have some to take home. We had the Fig and Pig Pizza (wonderful flavors!), the Roasted Turkey Sandwich with raspberry jam (enjoyed the crunch of the coleslaw), an order of sweet potato fries (yum!) and a House Salad (jicama, cranberries and honey mustard dressing-great combination!). The presentation was very appealing, and the combination of flavors was excellent. Service was friendly and quick. The drink bar was unique and had some fun twists. We came here because the wait for Snooze was too long and WOW it was an even better choice. The line was long but went quickly, the food was DELICIOUS and reasonably priced, and the service was wonderful. The food was so yummy and everything was so fresh and healthy. Being a newly opened restaurant, they did have some issues with bringing the right food out to our table (twice they brought someone else's food, and then they messed up one of our sides), but they were very accommodating to make sure everything turned out right! Went here for lunch. My wife had the burger and I had the tri tip sandwich. Both were really good. A little too much for lunch but really good. I think if they added grilled onions and jalapeños to the tri tip it would be amazing. The drink selection is pretty cool too. The lemon berry soda is nice. This place was okay. We started with the tomato bisque. This dish was pretty good, but for me overly greasy (kind of a theme here) and overly cheesy. Don't get me wrong, I love cheese, but this had a ton! The puff pastry on top is delicious. For entrees, o got the (T) burger with sweet potato fries and my wife got the pepperoni pizza. The burger was okay, again, a bit greasy. The sweet potato fries were my favorite thing that I got here, I would highly recommend them. The pizza was extremely greasy, so much so that the center of the pizza got quite soggy after about the first slice. We usually love the food and service here, but not this visit. Three of us ordered the tacos, gluten free. Now that means they use soft corn tortillas for the tacos. When the tacos arrived the corn tortillas broke apart and you could not eat as a taco, all nine tacos. I took one of my broken tortillas to show the manager and explained they had not warmed up the tortilla and show they were broken. I was only showing him so they could have better quality control and told him that, I was not asking that they be redone. He started arguing with me that it was because they were the gluten free ones and I said all corn tortillas were gluten free and that you had to warm them enough or they would fall apart. He continued to argue, then turned to one of the chefs and asked what kind of tortillas were the gluten free ones and the chef answered, corn. I just walked away as my observation was ignored and blown up. We ate the inside of the tacos and when the cashier walked by I handed her our receipt and asked her to refund the fries we didn't get. I saw her showing it to the manager and a few minutes later she laid money on the table and tersely stated that here was the refund for the fries and all of the tacos. I had not asked to be refunded and there was no apology nothing but a very uncomfortable feeling. It will be a long time before I visit Bellagreen again. read more

We decided to stop by for the first time to experience their cuisine. It was about 2:30PM Walnut Hill location in Dallas TX. We decided to dine inside... upon entering the local, I notice 5-6 tables ...maybe more that were not clean... Extremely dirty tables every where! Of course I wanted to leave right away... Cleanliness is extremely important for me! I may could had understood a " little " maybe(?) if this was right after the lunch hour (?)... But the time of day... This was absolutely ridiculous.... The individual I was with ( which is a world traveler) really wanted to try their food and they were very hungry...only having a yogurt and protein bar all day...( and they were driving) so I sadly agreed to stay. Upon choosing to sit at the booth I notice the seating was not throughly clean.. crumbs and the table was not wipe down clean... I saw what appeared to be dry condiments ... I notice The lady who was wiping the dirty table down was using the SAME towel on each table!!! I walk over to her and asked if she would please come and wipe our table... she agreed.... As she processed she began to use that SAME dirty towel... I politely asked her if she would go get a clean towel, with some type of cleaning solution to throughly clean the table ... This lady STOPPED and gave me a "Big eye " stare with attitude No kindness or smile and walked away... When she returned she did have a bottle of cleaning solution and a clean towel... But the experience was truly overwhelming for me and my associate knew it was time to leave... So we left! Someone missed a $20.00 tip and we will NEVER Return.... If the cleanliness is like this on the outside... image what must be going on in the kitchen... Beware where you dine! read more

I was lucky enough to come for the opening. At first glance the atmosphere is really inviting- clean and cool. The food is delicious and the portions are HUGE! I moved to Lake Highlands recently and have been wanting to try Bellagreen for some time now. Being seven months pregnant, I should have thought about ingredients before I ordered! I ordered the kale caesar and started digging into it (it was hard to stop... it was that good) and then realized I needed to ask about raw egg in the caesar dressing. I went back to the counter and asked Belen and Travis, and Travis kindly informed me that there was indeed raw egg in the dressing. They offered to make me another salad at no charge. I was so shocked and so pleased with the level of customer service that they provided-- they certainly went above and beyond and I'm definitely appreciative. Belen was so kind checking in on the rest of my meal with my new salad, and Travis wanted to ensure that I enjoyed my dish and said he could make me anything I wanted. I hate giving this 1 star as I really wanted to like this place, but after having been 4 times, it has just disappointed us too many times. Last night was the first time we ordered food to be delivered and was probably the worst experience so far. My husband said his turkey burger (the first time ordering this) tasted bland like an elementary school hamburger and was inedible. My child's chicken fingers that we ordered 'grilled' came deep fried and my brick chicken (18$) was the smallest, tiniest piece of chicken, like a piece of quail. We called the restaurant to complain and the manager told us we would have to call Door Dash for a refund and I told her I didn't want a refund, didn't ask for one, and was just letting her know that the food was terrible and part of our order was wrong. She didn't say 'sorry, I will pass this on", etc. So I asked her to write this down and pass it to her manager and no response. So I told her never mind and hung up, and we decided we will never be eating there again. It is so sad as we eat healthy in our family, grain-free, paleo, etc and wanted a healthy option in our neighborhood. Our first few dining experiences here were not as good either. My husband has ordered the chicken sandwich 2 times, and on both occasions he said it tasted rubbery and lacked flavor and had to ask them to re-season it and add more sauce. My children have ordered the kid's pizza and did not like it either. My kale salad was okay, but would not order again. read more

I love what they are trying to do however, I've been in the establishment several times. I have had the burger and both fries. The sweet potato fries were charged and the edges were blackened. Spicy fried fish tacos are great, however, if you ask them to hold one item they will just give you fish and cabbage on the tortilla no sauce. Thirdly, I only eat there for lunch. Therefore, if I order dessert please bring it out. The lemon poppyseed cheesecake is amazing. However, the staff claims they are waiting for you to finish your food prior to bringing it out. Not the case in my experience. My issue with Bellegreen is consistency it's always something different the food if it turns out great is never quite the same again. Staff needs to be more consistent and on the same page. I love the place but every time I come in they miss something or change something and I'm disappointed. Also, the folks taking orders need to pay attention to the menu and communicate the order correctly to the cooks. read more
