Been a while since we'd visited a bellagreen, and this was our first trip to the near-Vintage location. It was a salad kind of lunch day, so I had a blackened shrimp salad, and my better half selected the Atlantic salmon salad. I must note up front that prices at bellagreen are higher than most other typical salad venues, but the value is there. Every aspect of both our salads was excellent -- great mix of ingredients (not just a pile of iceberg with two nuts and a strawberry on top), very large portion overall. Both meats (salmon and blackened shrimp) were delicious as well -- could have been dishes on their own. The only negative was that, for our tastes, they were too heavy with the tossed-in dressing. I mean, I love salad on my dressing as much as the next guy (and these dressings were fresh and good), but I will probably cut it back by a half or a third in the future (or ask for it on the side). Won't hesitate to order one of these in the future, however. Nice selection of teas as well, and excellent and fast service. We'll be back... read more

Went here with my family last night. They have spacious seating and the servers were friendly and quick with service. Their menu is really clean and fresh and they also offer lots of vegetarian and vegan options. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and it comes with your normal selection of tomatoes, lettuce, red onion, and pickles. It is also served with bacon and french fries. It was very good and a great basic pick for the sandwiches. They also offer a selection of locally brewed tea from Katz's coffee. read more

We ordered for pick up with today being Mother's Day. Curbside pick up requires you to call their number which we did but no one answered so I went inside and I didn't mind. I received my order and went to my car and found out that half of my order was missing : 2 salmon salads, turkey sandwhich and Korean tacos along with my kids side order of fries. My husband went in and said they offered to make it but he requested a refund as they were busy today and we did not want to wait. I think the service here is inconsistent. Do not go during busy or peak times i just don't think they have the staffing capabilities. read more

I used to live in Houston and enjoyed your restaurant. Every trip back I make sure to eat at a Bella Green. NO MORE!! Last summer we got bad burgers at the Town and Country location. This month I went to Houston and discovered you have gone cashless. Why? Strike #1. I ordered brick chicken and sat down. My chicken was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. When I cut into the breast the meat was pink. Maybe dark meat should be pink but not white meat. A staff person had gloves on and was cleaning a table nearby. She saw I was not happy and came by. I said the chicken was not cooked. She said it was but did offer to take it to the cook. Without taking her glove off she picked up my plate. I have no idea what she was cleaning the table with or what germs may have been on the table. It was gross. I would have preferred her bare hand or at the least, a new, clean glove. Strike #2. She brought the undercooked chicken back and said according to the cook it was done. It was not. She asked if I wanted this one warmed up. NO!! It had her cleaning fluid on the plate and whatever else the cook did to it while it was gone. There was no offer to make a fresh meal. What happened to the customer is right and do your best to keep the customers happy so that they return and tell others to visit you? I guess your staff does not understand that when customers come in and purchase food they are providing the money that goes to the employees' check. Strike #3. I had used a gift card to purchase the chicken. And of course your staff could not get the $19.37 back on the gift card. They tried multiple times. And the line behind me grew. Just think, if you still took cash they could have handed me $19.37 in cash and I would have left. Instead they played games and other customers had to wait. Finally I was given two $10 vouchers for my "next visit." My reply was there will not be a next visit. I turned to the man behind me in line and gave him the vouchers and what was left on the gift card. I truly hope his meal was cooked and he didn't get food poisoning from undercooked meat. read more

Fist time being here and I'm pretty happy and pleased with my visit, everyone in there was super happy and always smiling, made me feel welcomed; like I mention before, it was my first time being here so I was a little confused on where to go or what to get, but D. Jacobs was pretty patient while taking my order, I got a veggie wrap with a fountain drink; The veggie wrap was super good, it was full of delicious veggies, it tasted super fresh, and was full of flavor, it was the right temperature, I do wish it had a little more hummus (I believe it contains hummus) but other than that it was great!!!!, it also came with fries on the side, the fries were pretty good, needed a little of it of salt, but that wasn't really a problem since each table has salt an pepper. Everything was great, the service, the food and the atmosphere!!! Super cute, new & healthy restaurant that's been newly built in the NW area! Walking in, you're greeted with different employees handing out menus and giving you suggestions on what to eat/a little history about the place. I ended up ordering a Turkey meatball panini with sweet potato fries. It was super yummy, and didn't taste overly processed. I got a fountain drink to go with it and tried one of their sodas, lemon berry acai or something like that and it was SO good. Highly recommend. Ordered delivery this evening and was beyond disappointed. My son's pasta was dry and tasteless. His fries were so soggy and limp and were so soaked in grease that he was unable to eat them. My burger was dry,bland,and cold and they gave me about 1/2 a teaspoon of mayo for my burger. Are they hard up on Mayo? I took a few bites and could not eat anymore. We only live 10 min away so I expected the food to still be at least warm upon delivery. The sweet potato fries were edible They weren't great as they lacked flavor but I'd rather have them lack flavor than be over salted/seasoned. I looked forward to the $9 carrot cake for dessert that was sure to please but I was again sorely disappointed. The cake was very dry and plain in taste. I love carrot cake and have had it several places including restaurants and grocery stores. I've eaten here for 2 days in a row. It's safe to say, that I love it. The Roasted Tomato Basil Soup is my favorite soup. If you order the bowl size, there is a pastry shell that it is served with. The flavors of this soup are so good! I've tried the seasonal Poblano Soup and while it was good, the tomato soup is the best I've tried so far. The Hempenadas were very good also. They are different than your average Empenadas. The sauces are tasty-the green One was my favorite. My husband tried the Dave's Pizza and he really enjoyed it. He said it reminded him of a breakfast pizza. The crust is really soft and this pizza is very cheesy. Lastly, I had the shrimp and crab pasta. Very tasty. Not too spicy with plenty of flavor. The customer service is spot on. I heard that this place is a rebranding of Ruggles Green. I have never dined with Ruggles in the past, but I am thoroughly impressed with Bellagreen so far. read more

This has always been my favorite restaurant. I'm a regular at all the other locations, so I was thrilled they opened up a location just around the corner from my house. My faves are their Hempandas, spicy fish tacos, the kids chicken tenders with sweet potatoes fries and their pizzas But I heard good thing about their burgers as well. I havent tried salads , but I plan to. For only being open 2 days, they did not disappoint. I was a bit afraid, but they were quick , courteous and food was wonderful. Everything was just as good as their others locations or I dare to say Even better. We will be back as always! Their decor was also very fitting for the place , good enough for kids and also for a date night since they dim the lights if you are sitting at one of their booths. read more

I have been wanting to try this place for the longest! DoorDash finally convinced me to give it a try. Looking at the menu I was so stuck on what to get for the first time and decided to finally give in to the shrimp tacos and also a side of sweet potato fries. At first I figured I needed the fries on the side with the tacos but, I was so full of of the tacos alone I could barely finish all the fries. The tacos were very flavorful! Also, all the sauces I requested to put on the side were very good. I did not even eat dinner that evening because, I was still so full. Also the sweet potato fries were very good as well! The food was so clean and yummy, as far as price? DoorDash's delivery fee was under $5 so all together I spent about $59. A bit pricey. But, the food was worth it. Stopped in for the first time for dinner tonight with the family and mother-in-law. Everything about this place was great. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful when we had questions. My mother-in-law said the flavored tea was some of the best she had and wasn't too bitter like Panera can be sometimes. I had shrimp tacos which were really good. I wouldn't say they were the best I've ever had but I couldn't come up with anything I would change about them. The shrimp size we're probably 51/60 so they were about the right size for the tacos. My wife had the spicy chicken pasta without the black beans. I had a few bites and thought it was very good it tasted very light and fresh. I didn't see very many large chunks of chicken though. Our 5 year old daughter had the kids quinoa macaroni and cheese with sweet potato fries. It was very good as well and the sweet potato fries were on point. Usually you run into places in which their sweet potato fries are too large and soft or too small and crispy these were about perfect. My mother-in-law had the crab and shrimp pasta. I had a small bite of that as well and it was very good. The shrimp were large butterfly 26/30 with the tail on. The shrimp on both dishes I tried were perfect. They taste very fresh and not fishy. For dessert we got a slice of the pumpkin caramel cake, pink velvet cake, and the domino chocolate cake to go. I only tried the pink velvet cake which was excellent. While ordering and waiting for food I did see some burgers go out which looked amazing so that is probably what I will try next. This is my first time ordering from this restaurant after a couple of friends said they have really great food. When I placing my to go order, I wanted a Dr Pepper to which she stated the soda machine was not working-understandable. I asked for a Caesar salad and white chicken Parmesan. I asked for an extra dressing at time of pick up. Upon arriving to pick up my order she said that my total was $24.87 which did not add up since I looked at the menu prior to ordering. I didn't think anything of it and thought maybe the pricing was wrong on yelp.. I looked at my receipt when I got to the car and noticed that I was charged for a tortilla soup which I did not order nor receive. I went back and I received a refund but the lady had a bit of an attitude. I get home and take out my food only to realize that they gave me a house salad. So now I have a house salad that I won't eat with 2 different kinds of salad dressing. The sauce that came with the chicken Parmesan was OK but a bit grainy because they did not cook it properly. The chicken was very tough and not crispy enough for a breaded chicken breast. I am pretty disappointed in the experience and quality of food, and will not be returning. read more

I typically look forward to eating at Bellagreens. When we eat at the restaurant the food is always delicious. However, twice now we've gotten to go orders & they were terrible!! The first time we didn't get all of our order & had to make a second trip back. This last time, they over cooked our Wagu burgers so they were very dry. My husband's fries we're cold & limp because they took sooooo long to bring the food out to our car. I had to call twice asking for it so it just sat there & got cold. In addition the Bellagreen App took 150 of my points away from me & I did not get the Hempenadas I requested for those points. read more

We have eaten at the Vintage Park Bellagreen (and several others) and had delivery many times and love their food. But we ordered $90 (tax, tip, delivery added) worth of food last night and our appetizers and one meal and one kids' meal showed up. We called Bellagreen to ask where the remaining 2 meals were and the young girl who answered chuckled and said they figured out they didn't hand the Door Dash'er the 2nd bag right after he left. They tried to call him but he didn't answer. I asked how they planned to get it to us quickly and she handed the phone to her manager who was less than sympathetic and had no plans to solve this problem. No apology nothing. They didn't bother to call us when they discovered the problem I guess they thought we just wouldn't notice that 2 of us wouldn't have dinner. Maybe at that point, we would've jumped in the car to go get it. Or maybe they could've called Door Dash to have someone deliver it at their expense since it was their mistake. The manager said he would refund the missing food and we could order again but it took 50 minutes the first time and it was 7:45 we were hangry by that point. After 15-20 minutes, he finally offered to refund our order (I had to talk him into refunding the Door Dash cost as well) but 4 of us ate one meal and one kids' meal. And the usually delicious chicken Caesar wrap was missing chicken. I asked if I could speak a higher manager and he told me to google it. I don't know who was working last night but need to check their hiring skills. Seems like you'd double and triple check orders if you can't remedy mistakes. Just really poor customer service this time around (we've had a similar experience with delivery from the same Bellagreen before), not spectacular food which is unusual and disappointed our calm Monday night dinner was a bust as far as food is concerned. read more

a friend suggested this resaturant for a lunch get together,and since i had never been there,i thought i would give it a try! its in an area close to hwy 249 in spring.klein on louetta, called "the vintage"..i read they have more than one location,but this is the one my friend chose..in any case, i didnt know the menu so i pulled it up online ahead of time to get prices and choices..i found the menu interesting,as all items were made on"the healthy side",with choices including kale,hummas,sweet potato fires and the like..some items i thought were a "little pricey",but when we met and i got my order ( i had a chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread,with melted cheese,pickels,red onion,avocado,greens of some king ,a marinated grilled chicken breast and crisp bacon,with some kind of sauce,and the side of sweet potato fries and mango iced tea)it was delicious and large enough to take home half the sandwich in a to go box!..my friends had a pizza of some kind with a goat cheese topping, and also a grilled salmon portion on very thin vegan spaghetti with a pesto sauce..wow..i will go there again and i do recommend..my lunch was around $17.50 total, and the restaurant is one where you order at the register and they bring it to your table..very clean and simple,yet inviting for small groups by the way the tables are arranged, and also an outdoor eating area... read more

I asked if I could create my own but I had to kind of adapt one that was already on menu. I wanted just black olives, onions and mushrooms. My husband got Hawaiian. The pizza came out looking good with some char around edges which it's supposed to look like from a pizza oven. The dough was good and outer crust was crispy which I like. The bad part was the pizza was soggy underneath in the middle even though you could see it was nicely browned. . I lifted it up and put napkins underneath because who wants soggy pizza? The black olives were calamata which they didn't tell me and I didn't want-way too salty. I don't know if it needed to cook 3-4 more minutes or toppings were applied too wet or both but it was disappointing. My husband's pizza had the same problem but not as bad. No one came and asked us how our meal was. Don't think it should say "rotation" of local craft beer when they really don't. As a Celiac, I absolutely love coming here. So many options and so delicious! Favorite is the spicy tempura fish tacos (GF). 2nd favorite is the freshest of the fresh handmade GF pizza crust. Such a nice change from the udi's frozen crust used by EVERYONE else. Burgers are great too. Jason, the GM, is always attentive and knows every ingredient , so my gluten questions are always answered swiftly. This location always seems to go the extra mile for their customers. The city center location is good, but this location is fantastic! read more

Never been to this establishment before but the family and I wanted something different. Kara, one of the cashiers was super awesome! Very helpful, super engaging, very polite!! The shift leader even got me an order of Buffalo Cauliflower that came back to the kitchen for a re-fire. I'm in the industry so I didn't want it to go to waste!
