Stefani was very nice and I did get a good haircut. Well, then what went wrong? I wanted layers in my hair and I asked for the first layer to be past my nose. But once it was cut, it was actually near my forehead :O I didn't know what to do!!! I sat in the chair and nodded along but I wanted to shriek - oh my god!!! Fortunately for me, I gave it a few days and I got used to it. In fact, now, I can say that it looks nice. So no complaints from me as it ultimately gave a good outcome. And oh yeah, the Groupon included a deep conditioning treatment but honestly there wasn't anything more than some minty shampoo/gel in my hair washed after a couple minutes of application :-/
