We even stop washing her hair as often due to the instructions. Her hair isn't as bad as before but thought it would last longer especially with that expensive price tag. I asked about what products to use, not that I wanted to buy it, but when checking out, I was rang up for the products at full price. I didn't want to make a scene so I just purchased it. Asking shouldn't be an assumption that I wanted to buy. So using their product suggestions and instructions on how to maintain her hair, didn't work out as well as I thought.
