Two word review: Honest, Responsive…read more This is my THIRD consecutive 5-star review for Rocklin Heating & Air. In the last 10 or so years in the area I've called RHA, one other place because they could get me to faster - had a bad experience, waited for RHA had an amazing experience, and decided they're going to be my ride-or-die for HVAC. I called them at 7am and by 11:30am their tech had fixed and tested everything and off to help someone else. Yesterday was the start of a heat wave and ... our AC unit quit on us. I called RHA as soon as they opened this morning at 7am, asked for Joe in particular, and they gave me a window between 10am and 12pm. Joe texted ahead of time at 10:30, diagnosed the blown capacitor, swapped it out, cleaned things up a bit, tested the coolant, answered a bunch of questions, and was on his way in just under an hour. The diagnostic was $129 and the capacitor was $186 today. By a complete and total coincidence, I had been running some experiments with home temperature sensors for the last week. You can literally see on these pictures exactly when the AC unit stopped working - and when RHA saved our bacon. The "other" place I called years ago only had a $79 diagnostic charge, but wanted to rip out and replace the entire HVAC system - and claimed we were taking our lives in our own hands by not getting it fixed with him immediately. Joe and RHA took care of everything for the diagnostic. Yeah, you can probably find someplace to charge you less for the diagnostic or maybe less for the part, but when your house is boiling hot / freezing cold, you want to be able to call on someone you can trust to help you out - and not take you for a ride.

They were able to get someone scheduled immediately for the next day! So, earlier this morning, our technician (Frank) called with a heads up for his arrival and showed up right on time. He was very polite and got to work right away. Turned out to be a bad capacitor. Frank had everything we needed in his truck and was able to swap it out in no time. Now our A/C is working great again!! Thank you so much! Glad I found you guys on Yelp!

At that time, they told me the work I was considering was not urgent, even though it meant I did not move forward with the project. They responded very quickly and had Alex D. at our house by 8:30 that evening, only about an hour after I contacted them. Alex was excellent. He found an issue that had somehow been missed by another HVAC company that had been performing routine annual inspections on our system. He was courteous, respectful, informative, and very genuine throughout the entire visit. He explained what he was seeing in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable before doing any work. We never felt pressured or like we were being sold something we did not need. Alex clearly takes pride in his work and in making sure the customer understands what is happening. After both experiences with Cronus, they have definitely earned our trust and will be the company we call moving forward.

I paid $400 for permit / $300 for inspection . I don't recommend this company if you want things right. They were quick to take my money and install it but failed to install it correctly by finishing it with a final inspection with the city as agreed on our receipt. Its been 5 years that I've attempted to reach out to RPM and all I get is "we are to busy continue waiting". This is not ok! They even mentioned installing a light in attic due to new regulations and they have yet to come back.

I met with the owner Mathew McGuire, who I found to be friendly, sincere, and someone who is vested in his business, his people, and working to ensure that he wins life-long customers with every job. I had done a lot of research with AI, so I knew my options well (that research was very helpful and I'd highly recommend doing it in advance of having people out to give you pricing). I had no intention of beating up each of the companies, I simply asked for their best pricing and options. I used AI to carefully review each bid in detail, including the proposed equipment and how appropriate it was for our home. All companies gave solid bids, but there was a very large spread between the highest and lowest. That usually concerns me, but all my research about American Energy indicated that they were a solid, competitive company. It was a big investment, but I ended up converting to an electric heat pump and also getting all our ducting replaced. We have a 2750 sf single-story home with 17 vents, so the new ducting was nearly as much as the system itself. That said, the ducting has made so much difference in terms of balancing the temperature throughout the house, which was a real probelm with the old system. The new system is extremely quiet and maintains a consistent temp throughout the day--and we've had some extremely hot days since it's been installed. American Energy's installers were all very friendly and professional, and did a great jobs with prep and clean-up each day they were here (the initial install took two days). There were a couple minor issues after the install was complete which required two follow-up appointments. One was a equipment issue that required Carrier to provide a replacement part, but Carrier was responsive and quickly provided it. For the additional follow-up appointments, their scheduling person as professional, courteous, and accommodating. In fact, she went out of her way over a weekend to re-schedule an appointment that was supposed to happen on a Monday morning. To me the company has to be a good one to A.) get that kind of diligence out of employees, and B.) to keep those kind of employees. In the end, I'm extremely happy with the system and will gladly subscribe for their annual maintenance contract.

When I phoned them they mentioned they don't come down as far as the East Bay, but told me they would find out who did service the Bay Area from the manufacturers rep who was on leave at the time. True to their word they phoned me a week later with the information. I'm impressed that they took the time to phone me (thankyou Wade for your call) and made the effort to find the information I needed, when they had nothing to gain. This is service at its best, and I'll make sure I'll always recommend them to friends who live in their area.

He was not pushy. His pricing more reasonable than other HVAC contractors interviewed. We hired him, and he and his crew replaced our HVAC and modified our ductwork without issue. All were professional, courteous, and fine workmanship. We really appreciated Jordan's care and attention to detail, honesty, and professionalism. I have been really skeptical of all HVAC companies in the past 5 years. I have been burned by so many HVAC techs and wasted so much money. 4 different companies went through with different shadiness levels giving me different answers for the same HVAC issue. Every company kept telling me my freon was low and i most likely had a leak. One company even told me to just replace my brand new system cause "it was from China" The Jaguar tech (Jeff) definitely gave me some disappointed head shakes at previous work but was the only one to truly put his head down, work, and diagnose the root cause of the issue. He checked every part of the system before he gave me an answer on what he believed was wrong. After the diagnosis he detailed every part of the HVAC unit (and attic unit) and explained to me what he was looking for, what he found, and what he believed was the answer. I never felt like he was up-selling me. It wasn't even a freon issue to begin with and the filter drier needed to be replaced. After another visit and a 4 hour procedure my HVAC unit has been running smoothly all Summer 2026. I will seriously only call this company from now on.

Not only were they reasonably priced they were also very good. I haven't had service like that in a long time. The owners Adam and Matt were great and explained everything thoroughly. They don't stop there. They also hire the best staff. Tanner, Joseph and Aaron did a great job. I was so happy my brother recommended them to me. You won't get better than them and I heartily recommend them to anyone who wants great service and experienced professionals.

If you need an honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced auto repair shop near Gold River or Rancho Cordova, I'd definitely recommend them. They've worked on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect, 2014 Mercedes GL63, and 2014 BMW X5. They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. It's hard to find a shop that does quality work at reasonable prices, but 916 Auto Repair has done that for me. Definitely recommended.

My AC Drier was cracked and inoperable since last year. In this region of the Sacramento Valley and Placer County, 916 Auto quote beat 5 shops I contacted in the region and 1 shop even told me it's not worth it and I should get a new car. Bet if my car was a 69 Camaro, they'd do it. Why? Cause its a Classic Camaro. No matter the condition. Some shops don't want to work on Imports. But oh well. Their loss, not mine. I contacted 916 Auto and spoke to Samson to schedule an appointment and he said to come by that very same day. And so I drove from Roseville to Gold River that morning. Samson is honest & to the point. When he pulled my car in, he noticed a coolant leak. Now I didn't notice any leaks in my driveway, as it would seem the Coolant is evaporating or dissipating, but he notice it was getting on my Alternator, by the stains. It turns out, my OEM water pump (factory part since 2003 for this model year in 2004) finally gave out at 262K miles. Who'd ever think a Mazda/Ford part would last this long. This was an unexpected thought as I only had budgeted for the quote. So I called my CFO (Wife) and let her know of the issue. She said get it fixed and she'll adjust other expenses as she knows I need AC for the upcoming summer temps. So I authorized Samson to proceed with the entire job. Now I can't couldn't do any price comparison, but he did give me a discount which still fit in my overall budget. I spent my whole day in their lobby. They have updated their lobby to make it feel more comfortable and less Auto Shop feel. I notice the many people who drop by to have their car service are all happy and are returning customers. From a Dealership oil drain plug that was torqued too tight, to oil changes, brakes, and even a customer who was a bit upset where the Dealership sent the wrong part twice. The Dealership. I spoke to many of them and they all had the same answer when I ask. "What made you come here?" They replied, "Their price can't be beat!". In summary, my AC is now working as it should. Now I only used my AC for 2 whole days It gets cold and it has been awhile since I have felt cold in my aging car of 22 years. With my new water pump installed as well, my car is running smoother overall. Smoother shifts, heater gets warm fast. Almost, now almost like it was in 2004. So, Did I find a new shop for my Project Commuter Car? Yes I sure did. They have gotten a new customer. Up next is my Transmission Gasket & plug. One thing at a time! I had him troubleshoot, an air-conditioning problem. Conduct an oil change, rotate the tires and do a brake flush. They took the time to explain how they do business and since I had to leave my vehicle there overnight I was concerned about leaving it out. They advised me that all vehicles are stored in protected lot with a tall barbed wire fence so it will be very secure. They did an amazing job and they did a nice job communicating the progress and final results. The price was very reasonable and they even washed the truck for me! I will back for all my auto repair needs.

If you are reading this review, you are probably in need of air conditioning service. Call Belle Air Systems now!! I was recently in need of air conditioning service. Anyone who lives in Roseville, Rocklin, or the Sacramento-area, knows how important air conditioning is during the summer months, especially considering the 110+ temperatures we've been experiencing lately. I will share with you two scenarios that happened to me this week. You chose which scenario is right for you. Scenario #1: At 6:06 pm, on 6/20/17, I called Belle Air Systems and left a voice message requesting service on my 16 year old air conditioning system. At 6:54 pm (48 minutes after leaving my voice message), Eric, the business owner, called me and said he could have a technician at my home the next morning, between 8 am and noon. Dave, the technician, called me the next morning at 8:45 am, indicating he was on his way and expected to be at my home by 9 am. Minutes later (prior to 9 am) he arrived. Dave introduced himself with a smile, provided me with a business card, asked me a few questions about my air conditioning system, and he immediately went to work. Within minutes he isolated the problem to a failed component, and he provided me with a verbal quote to replace the faulty part. Dave was thorough and professional, and he was in and out within an hour. My air conditioning was back in operation and normal temperatures were restored within a matter of hours. Scenario #2: I have a home service plan with Beutler, so when my air conditioning system failed on 6/20/17 I called them hoping beyond hope they could respond (I was told individuals with a home service plan were given priority service over the general population). Not only did it take over 20 minutes to get someone to answer the call, Beutler could not offer any information regarding availability or expectations for a return call. In fact, Beutler didn't even ask if we had a home service plan. I called Beutler again approximately 90 minutes later and left our information a second time, ensuring they knew we had a home service plan. Today is 6/23/17, and Beutler has still not called us in response to our service requests. If Beutler was my only option, I would have been living out of a hotel room the past few days (spending more for rental accommodations than I spent with Belle Air Systems to restore air conditioning service at my home). You decide which scenario works best for you. As for me, I HIGHLY recommend Belle Air Systems. Prompt, Professional, and Reasonably-Priced. read more

I Called Belle Air Systems to get a second opinion after another HVAC company (sent by my home warranty company) said my condenser was shorted to ground and that the failure was NOT due to normal wear and tear but due to external damage to my unit which was ridiculous. Due to the write-up the other company gave, my claim was denied by my home warranty company. Eric came out and checked my unit and got my AC back up and running within ten minutes! He told me several things were incorrect about my previous diagnosis. First, that the failure had nothing to due with the physical damage which was purely cosmetic, but also that due to the fact the unit was 24 years old and the house had been a rental for over 22 of those years, that he would be surprised if there wasn't any physical damage. In addition, the first tech completely misdiagnosed the problem as there was no short to ground. The problem was simply an old capacitor with a low charge and a tripped breaker, likely the result of the low capacitor. Eric also went above and beyond and wrote up an invoice for the home warranty company stating the complete misdiagnosis of the first tech they sent out, as well as the fact that the physical damage that was noted was purely cosmetic and could not in any way cause a failure. If that wasn't good enough, he told me to have my home warranty company call him and that he would be happy to speak with them. They called Eric and spoke with him and circled back with me noting that he confirmed everything and they are now working to reverse the denial on my claim thanks to Eric. I will be a customer for life and will absolutely be recommending Belle Air System's and Eric to all of my friends and family! read more

In November, my heater was cycling on/off continuously until the set temperature was reached. I turned the heat off because I knew something was wrong with the system and it was only going to do it more damage by leaving it on. I was without heat for a couple of weeks while I was researching online about HVAC companies. I chose to call Belle Air Systems in Roseville because of the positive reviews. I called on Thanksgiving day and did not expect a call back til Friday or Monday. Eric (the owner) came out on Friday morning and checked out my unit. Because it was 20yrs old and had several problems, including a rusted out bottom due to a leak, he recommended a new unit. I was not surprised by this as I knew it was an old unit and in bad shape. He provided pictures of the unit and where the problems were. He gave me a very detailed quote with two options and answered all my questions. The price was very competitive. The work was done less than a week later. I could not be happier with price and work that was done by Eric and his crew. They were very punctual and called before arriving and called it timing needed to be adjusted. They had to work in a very small space up in the attic and did a terrific job of protecting the carpeting in my home. He helped every step of the way with coordinating inspections to helping me get me rebate from the city. Belle Air Systems definitely has a customer for life. Good work guys! read more

If you want to work with an honest, hard-working, fast-working guy, Eric is your man. Our heater broke down in early December. Eric came out the same day, promised to research what appeared to be an electronic board problem with what I'd call a "funky", off-brand, budget heater installed by the subdivision builder. True to his word he was on the phone with me first thing the next morning and worked out a plan to have the board in hand and installed a day later when it arrived. We also discussed the possibility of replacing the heater if it came to that. He brought the board, further checked the health of the heater (we're getting ready to list our house and wanted to be sure the unit would hold up for a new owner). We determined that the exchanger had become so marginal that the only thing to do was replace the whole heater. Eric did his best to minimize the pain of the bigger outlay, and while his assistant dismantled the existing heater, Eric dashed off to get the new one. He returned, installed and was out the door by 2 PM (they arrived at 10 AM). That kind of turnaround on what was to be a simple board replacement, is unheard of. Thank God for guys like Eric who care enough to make it happen quickly when the forecast for tonight in Roseville is 32 F! My wife is one happy camper. read more

I learned about Bel Air Systems through the neighborhood site Nextdoor. I couldn't be more happier with the new system installed by Eric and his two employees. They installed a 2 ton package unit (heating and air conditioner ) in one day, and changed my thermostat. I had a home warranty with American Home Shield. To say I was dissatisfied with their customer service and the contractor they sent would be an understatement. The contractor insisted that we agree to more than $3000.00 in so-called "upgrades" before they would start work. We didn't need the upgrades. They were clearly trying to make up money they weren't being paid by AHS. I received six other estimates before deciding to go with Eric's company. Their bid was competitive and easy to understand. They completed the work in a professional manner and their install passed the duct test with flying colors. The Bryant system they installed is quiet and provides even heating of the area it services. They educated me as to how to keep it cleaned and to keep bugs/critters from invading the critical components - important as we live somewhat in the country. I could not be happier with the install and customer service provided by Eric and his employees - Dave and Dave. I gladly and highly recommend Belle Air Systems! read more

I used Belle Air Systems twice, once at my condo 3 years ago and now at my newest residence. The second time around, I didn't get estimates because I knew Eric and Belle Air Systems was the best small company around. With smaller companies, you get outstanding customer service and better pricing. I highly recommend Belle Air Systems, they stand behind their work and product. I also wanted to mention that when I sold my condo, the home inspector noted what he thought was a deficiency in my HVAC system by citing an old "stock" photo of how a drain line should look (the inspector missed the drain line in his observation of the system). The system had passed inspection 3 years earlier so I knew there was something wrong with the home inspectors report. Eric sent out Dave immediately so that the inaccurate home inspection report would not jeordarize the sale of my condo. Dave installed a 2nd water sensor, which wasn't required by code, then wrote a lengthy report about the system and how it works and also called the home inspector to educate him on newer HVAC systems. This is a great example of the customer service you will receive from Belle Air Systems. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new HVAC system, or even servicing their excisting equipment. read more

Simply put, I'm glad I found Belle Air Systems! I called Eric to get a second opinion on a diagnosis I had been given from another company surrounding a heater problem I was having. Eric had time later that same day and stopped by the house. I explained the problem and he immediately went to work. His assessment revealed that the problem was more extensive than the first technician revealed to me. The repairs Eric recommended were more involved, but what he quoted slightly less money to do the repairs. Eric is one of those technicians who is down to earth and seems very trustworthy. With that, I asked him to order the required parts for the repair. The next day, he was back at the house (with assistant Dave!) and after some quick work doing the install, my heater was working literally better than before! I best describe my experience as very professional! From the updated communication (which some companies seem to struggle with), to the prompt arrival times, and let's not forget attention to detail such as wearing 'booties' to protect the carpeting....I have nothing but positive things to say about Eric and his company! His company card/magnet earned permanent status now attached to my refrigerator! Well done guys !!! read more

First, I had called several companies to set up an appointment to get estimates for a full HVAC replacement. I talked with Eric extensively over the phone, set up the estimate appointment. Next, we took three appointments, our regular HVAC company (who will not be named) came out, then Belle Air came next and Eric personally came to complete the estimate. We talked more, he told me what to expect, how long it would take and within 24 hours, had his bid. I liked Eric's professionalism so much, I immediately cancelled the third estimate and booked the install appointment with Belle Air. Next, the install was on time, they cleaned up all their mess and done in one day. That was done April 2019. Fast forward to today (feb. 2020) I had the city inspector out to close the permit and I was missing paperwork. I called Belle Air and Eric answered. Told him I had a problem, he spoke to the inspector, emailed me the paperwork (which was sent previously I just didn't have it with me) within minutes. Inspector looked at Eric's email, found what he needed, looked at the work - said it was an excellent install, everything looked perfect. We contacted a couple of HVAC companies to get a quote only to find the staggering cost to replace our old system. Our realtor/friend suggested that we call Eric at Belle Air Systems. I've had several positive experiences with Belle Air. I had an AC unit fail in the middle of August at a rental property in Roseville a few years back and Eric and team were very responsive in getting the new system installed quickly for us. And their pricing is competitive, esp if comparing to the bigger incumbents. I had them back for regular maintenance at that same house, and a final inspection before putting it on market, and personally had only good experiences with them. Recently my mother's heat exchanger was discovered to be faulty during the annual inspection by another company that she used. We wanted to get a second opinion and estimate. Eric sent Dave out to assess the unit within a day. Heat exchanger in fact was bad. the quote was very competitive, Dave was very professional and knowledgeable and gave some new insights. My mother decided to stay with the company she had been using for years to do the work, which Dave understood and was very gracious about not having won the bid but gave my mother an added level of assurance with his approach. I am more than pleased with the response I got from Belle Air Systems. Our Air conditioning went out last Sunday and our home heated up to 98 degrees, this was an emergency, as my husband is 85 and in a hospital bed, requiring complete care. He is suseptible to heat stroke and I was frantic to find help ASAP. I started calling Sunday night to the company that installed our Unit, left messages and called again Monday morning 8AM. They could not come until Wednesday evening, another company was the same. I called Belle Air and when I was in the midst of leaving a message, Eric picked up the phone. I explained the urgency of our situation. He was very sympathetic and said he could be there by noon. He was exactly on time and found the problem within minutes. He had it repaired and checked our entire system within 45 minutes, everything was working perfectly. We cannot say enough good things about this company and their service. I went online and requested a quote from several local HVAC service businesses. I made the non-emergency request on a Saturday and was surprised to receive a communication from Eric (the owner) the next day. I had composed a rather lengthy description of my problem and I was impressed that Eric had actually taken the time to read it before contacting me (believe me this rarely happens). Anyway his response was the first and most specific response to my service request so when he telephoned me to come to my home Monday I was happy to make the necessary arrangements. Eric and his team at Belle Air Systems are AMAZING! They quickly found the issue with our air conditioner. They knew I had another company coming out the next day, sent by my warranty company, but they were still friendly, honest and very helpful. They called me after my service and let me know the part I needed was still under factory warranty. When the sub-par company the warranty company selected came out, they were rude, uncaring and told me that it would be another week at minimum for my AC to be fixed. We have children with health issues and the heat combined with the smokey air from the wildfires was threatening my family's welfare. Last year I called Eric from Belle Air Systems because the air conditioner was running, but the house wasn't cooling down! Eric ran some tests and explained I was low on refrigerant. He explained that I had a small leak in the coils and that recharging the system would probably get me through the season and was more economical than replacing the coils. I opted for the recharge and I was good for the rest of the year. Yesterday when I ran the ac and the house wasn't cooling down, I immediately knew the problem and called Belle Air Systems again. Eric recharged the system with R410A refrigerant and I asked him to submit an estimate to replace the air conditioner coils. All of my dealings with Eric has been positive and I feel comfortable with his good nature and taking the time to explain exactly what was going on with my air conditioner system. I'm not looking forward to a major expense in this repair, but I can rest assured that Eric will submit a reasonable offer. read more

Our air conditioner went out on the hottest day this week. I called Belle Air Systems at 7 am and left a message, at 7:02 am, I got a call back from Eric to set up an appointment for that day. He was at our home by 10 am. Right off the bat he was very nice! Eric repaired the problem very quickly and it cost us a lot less than expected. We have lived in this home for 14 years, and in the past we have had other air conditioning companies come out to perform tune ups. These other companies always told us we needed an entire new air conditioner $7000,00 + money, but we never gave into their hard sell. I appreciate the simplicity of getting a quote from Belle Air Systems; an option to call or text message especially since I had pictures to show how the older units were set up (including the furnace located in the attic). Unlike other companies where they need to physically see and diagnose the unit (for a fee) and then another appointment to have someone come in to give the pricing options (opportunity to up-sell). More importantly, their price point fits my budget (not the $18k-$21k), and did not up-sell me for what I did not need, hence it reflects their integrity. And honest work is what they did during the installation. And a camaraderie display of work. Moreso, when I mentioned their name to the inspector, he only spoke highly of Eric. So I created a yelp account just to give this company a review. Eric came out within one day of giving him a call to come and take a look at my system. It came recommended to me from another company that I should replace my current system and that it was totally shot. Gave Eric the reported details and he found quite the opposite. Although my system is older it was still functional and worse comes to worse could be repairable. Eric could have easily said he found the same thing and quoted me a brand new system, but rather gave me honest input and answered my numerous questions about what actions I could take. Long story short, I went from thinking I needed to spend $6k to Eric taking a look and giving me his honest feedback and piece of mind that my system will be just fine for now. There are a lot of good things I could explain, but there were a few that left a strong impression. From the first call, Eric was polite and thoroughly answered my (numerous) questions. In the end, we decided to replace the system, rather than repair a 20 year old furnace. Eric and Dave showed up on time, laid out tarps on the floor, and worked through the day to complete the installation. They were well prepared, took care of everything, and left the place spotless. Before they left, I had the paperwork I needed, an explanation of what to do next and where the manuals will be.
