The Truck Title was not "Lost by me " it was a Montana title and The state of Michigan does not do Title are assignments to get the Truck plated and registered . There fire you guys had to go to Indiana Secretary of State and file for the title on the 2013 Silverado . I do have a valid Indiana title for this truck Right now .I was not made aware of the Hole in the truck Frame until it was brought in to a muffler repair shop to fix a broken exhaust. I even gave Randy $100 before the truck was sold to me for an oil change . It would have been nice to know the frame was broke I never would have bought it in the first place . The price for the car was fair, but the car needed some new tires and a few other minor things that would not have affected the price on most cars that much. However, this is a Maserati. Parts and service on these cars are not cheap. Chris was very attentive when addressing my concerns with the car. Unfortunately, the sales manager and I didn't see eye to eye. I felt the minor flaws diminished the value of the car further than he did. Me and my wife went home that night thinking we were just too far apart to make a deal. Then that same night I received a call from Nik. Nik asked if he took care of the issues I had with the car if I would be interested and taking another look. I told him I would. In just two days I got a call from Chris letting me know that the car was back. We went to look it over and not only did Nik take care of my issues he then asked if he could take another look at my trade himself. After looking it over he came back and offered me more than we originally agreed to. What a class act! So, while at first my trip to the dealership wasn't as I had hoped, I am glad to have been able to meet Nik and see firsthand just how dedicated he is to his customers and his team. There was a co-applicant on the loan and she has received a call from Grote automotive and was told to lie to the bank about their income and was informed that the loan application was modified to get the loan approved for a decent interest rate. They've decided to call the bank themselves and tell them Grote was wanting them to lie to keep the truck at the rate it's at. Do not use these junk people they're worthless they will do everything to get that deal out underneath you.
