My girlfriend and i were literally driving by belle tire when i heard a pop in my tire. I pulled over and checked it and saw a big screw in my tire. I pulled right into belle for a plug job. I mean the stores name literally has tire in the name. I stopped going to belle for a few years because of the service men and how they treat people but today i had no choice as i was stranded. My gf and i walked in and a guy with tattoos all down both of his arms had us wait a min and then asked what's wrong. I explained to him and he literally "broomed" us, for anyone who doesn't know that means they don't want to deal with you and make you leave in a nice way. He said they don't do plugs and they only patch and it will be "many hours" until we can be seen. He didn't even go outside and look at my jeep, he didn't even ask me anything about my jeep , nothing at all. All he did was lecture us on why plugs are bad. Since i felt totally disrespected and stranded but his willingness to help i asked him does he know of anywhere else i can go. He said "try google" i will never give belle tire a dime of my money ever again. We ended up going to discount and they were wonderful and handled my problem perfectly. I needed tires, so I looked online and the tires I wanted were in stock. I went to Chesterfield location, and they didn't have them in stock, so they ordered them. It wasn't really a big deal as it was a Saturday afternoon and they would get them on Monday. The guy that ordered them said they would be in between 10-12 and they would call me. At 1:30 I decided to drive up there thinking they forgot to call me and let me know they were in.... I asked the guy at the counter and he said they didn't make it on the truck, but if I still wanted to do it they would be there on Tuesday. I said sure and confirmed they would call me when they were in and the guy said yes.... A week later I have never heard back and I went and got tires at another business. Brought in a brand new set of take of wheels to get mounted. Stressed to Dino and the team how important the finish was on them being black. Dino called me back to show me a wheel that they damaged in the back and wouldn't take accountability for it. Long story short dino is very unprofessional saying the wheels came in like this and had to argue with him about them being brand new. He told me he won't be replacing it and told me he's not doing an alignment for me either. Dino is a scammer. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. read more

I paid a little more than I needed to for a set of Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4 tires for my Mercedes S550 because of store proximity. This store was five miles away from my home. Online ordering and tire selection process is easy. I made an online appointment as well. Sales rep at the store was good. Didn't waste time. I was told I'd have a two-hour wait even with an appointment. Checkout was straightforward and I learned I'll get a $70 rebate from Michelin. As mentioned, I had no issues with the front line people at this Belle Tire. The problems began when I saw my car. First, I take pride in the upkeep, maintenance and appearance of my vehicles. To find my car with grease on and around the door handles, windows and sills is unacceptable. SOME effort could have been made to clean this mess up! As for ALL four tires, white grease and dirt were all over the tires and alloy wheels! AGAIN, there was no effort to clean any of the wheels or tires up. One would think a complete set of NEW tires would look NEW! Inside my car, I found my driver side carpet mats had more grease and dirt on it. After responding to a Belle Tire survey request where I gave the Chesterfield, MI Belle Tire an honest review, I received an email from the store manager asking me to give him a call. This was a waste of time. The manager apologized for the dirty service but seems to justify the action by telling me the employee assigned to work on my car was a good employee. Ultimately, the tires are great. Obviously that's important but I really shouldn't have had to spend an hour of my time cleaning up Belle Tire's mess! The manager offered no form of compensation for the time and effort spent on correcting careless, sloppy Belle Tire tech work. That said, Belle Tires loses a customer. read more

ZERO STARS I contacted customer service about this store not helping me. I still haven't even been contacted other than an automated email. I'm a quadriplegic, wheelchair bound, but can drive. On January 3rd around 1-115pm , I had a screw in my tire at 22 & Gratiot. My tires were purchase at BELLE TIRE, on Hall Rd., so I was a customer. I made it to the 23 mile store, parked in front to call service guy, I told him I wasn't going to exit vehicle because I need to drive it any way, told him I needed it plugged ASAP, he said NEXT WEEK!! He saw that I was disabled, I waved to him so he would see me, he acknowledged, then he said LEAVE IT, and pick it up in AM, NO ONE CAN DRIVE MY VAN. I did not had time to argue, my tire was leaking. I tried to get to BASHA on Groesbeck [they would've done it in 10 min], near my work. I made it to a couple gas stations to get air, luckily a couple ppl helped. I had to get to somewhere quick, called discount tire at 14 gratiot, they took me right away knowing it was critical. I had to wait about an hour, but they helped me ASAP, I am very grateful for DISCOUNT TIRE, but disappointed with BELLE TIRE since our company referred me, I'll probably go back to DISCOUNT because of this, they had to change my tire [276.65] because of the driving on it, because your tech refused to help me, didn't even offer to put air in my tire, no apologies, nothing. I did have a good experience w/HALL RD, but I'm leaving feedback for this Chesterfield store, and will not go back. I rarely leave bad feedback, and love referring companies who go out of there way to help, plus I never expect anyone to drop everything to help me or any disabled person, but in this case, I did need help and the had what I needed, I thought. Dropped my car off at 11am, didn't get a phone call that my tires needed replacement until 6pm. Had to leave it overnight. Was not given a full overview of the tire options for my vehicle. Prices that were given were belle tires brand Mastercraft. Followed by all higher end brands. At best this means their brand is good but all 4 options were between 250 and 350 per tire after all of their fees and warranties. I think this facility would benefit from PHYSICALLY going to discount tire and seeing their technology, service and pricing options are 200% better than belle tires. I'm currently 2hrs away from having the full repair and riding away for 100/tire cheaper. I know this because they have an automated system that predicts the completion and updates as they go. I will never go back to belle tire. Clearly lying about tire options, they have no idea how long people wait or need to wait and are just trying to boost sales of their own brands. 1 star because I'm not allowed to give zero. ​ read more

The guy knows nothing about cars obviously and only really has to know some very simple mechanics at Belle Tire. Not one happy face in the store, terrible customer service obviously. You guys don't care to enforce professionalism on your employees. This manger has done this many times before. If I ever yelled at a customer even once at real company you get fired. I see why you aren't BBB accredited you have a "C" rating omg you definitely don't care about your customers! The first deal was legitimate. You provided an estimate and detailed invoice. It's the law you provide a customer detailed pricing labor, charges wether the customer is there or not. You double charged me for lug nuts. Paid over $100 for $5 lug nuts. You didn't even call. I guess knowing previous sales managers of belle tire and discount you guys rip off everyone. I actually in my life have never had someone that recommended you. Keep up the good work. Brought my 2019 Subaru Sti to this store to have some aftermarket wheels installed. The initial experience was top notch....but that changed quickly. Dropped my car off at 12 and by 2 it was done. Picked up my car and hit the road to get home. 65mph I get a rumble from my front right wheel. I call them back the next morning and they mention they didn't install hub rings. That wasn't the only thing they didn't do. My front driver side wheel was 2.5oz out of balance and the passenger 1.5oz. After getting new tires replaced, a sensor was malfunctioning on my vehicle (no problems before), and belle tire is charging an additional $600 to repair the problem. Front desk associates don't seem to be very helpful and don't listen to their customers. They seem to rush you along and don't seem to care. read more

dropped off a tire, off the vehicle to belle tire on gratiot in chesterfield in the AM. at 515pm i called to check on and they stated they are open til 6pm and would have done. i went up there, 530pm and tire was still sitting out unfixed. a couple minutes after 6 the tire was taken into the shop area, i went into the lobby and the counter help stated it will not be fixed This day as stated on the phone. I called ahead to set an appt and was told to come in now, as there was little wait. I arrive 10 min later, and check in. I was told it would be about an hour, but as i'm writing this it's been 2.5 hours. I understand that things are busy, but my intent from this mornings call was to set up an appt so I would have a lower wait time. This is the best place around to get tires or general car service. They are so helpful and trustworthy. In the past they have fixed a flat for free, the tire wasn't even purchased there! I have bought tires there three times over the last few years and was always pleased. Today I went in to prepared the buy a new set of tires for my car, worried that they might not be safe for the freeway any longer. One of our tires was damaged and went flat a few days after picking up our new car from Troy Honda. Chance called the dealer and we were able to get a new tire installed for free! Today we dropped our truck off at 9 am for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told the they would call in 2 hours. 3 hours had passed and they never called so we returned and asked "hi is the truck ready by chance" immediately the employee was a jerk. "DID WE CALL YOU!!" We said no, we thought maybe you forgot, we will wait. We continued to wait for over 2 more hours. We saw an employee from the back bring our keys to the front. We waited there patiently for them to let us take the keys but they never did. Another (friendly)employee came in finally, so we asked him if our car was ready. He searched the back for our keys for a while before deciding he couldn't find them. Finally the rude man at the desk said "you're probably looking for these", knowing our keys were there for us. I am so grateful for the excellent customer service Dino Incarnati and his staff provided to me. My tires kept loosing air. Turns out the tire pressure sensors cracked off (one at a time over the course of a year and a half). My visit today though, was very quick--even without an appointment (I know I had to wait other visits, but that is to be expected. They made sure I left the store with tires that are safe to drive on and tire pressure sensors to boot. I NEVER felt like I was coerced into making a purchase. I can tell you they care about people and go out of their way for them. I experienced this first hand. In fact, any time I had to stop in for service, just about anyone that I have ever dealt with in the past has given us unparalleled attention and care. Thank you Dino for your kindness! read more

I was visiting from Chicago and noticed my tire had a slit in it. I went in to hopefully have it replaced but they didn't have the tire I needed in stock. They called another store, and still no luck. I told them I was driving back the next day with my mom who was flying home from Chicago early the following day. The staff at Belle Tire understood my urgency as well as need for a new tire to get safely back to Chicago. They called a discount tire store and found they had one there. Since they helped me so much, I went to discount tire, bought the tire, and brought it back to Belle Tire to still give them my business. They put it on in about an hour and charged me a minimal fee of labor. Highly recommend them for outstanding service!! read more

My tire kept losing pressure so I brought my car in. They patched the hole for free, and I went home. I checked my tire again over the next couple of days, and it was losing pressure still. So, I took it back. They patched it again. When I went to get into my car to leave, the tire was going flat! I walked back inside and told them. They took my car back and tried to patch the hole ONE MORE TIME, but it just couldn't be fixed (to close to the rim to successfully patch it). They were very apologetic and said I would need to buy a new tire. Bought a new one there for a good price, they switched out quickly, and I was on my way. Haven't had a problem since. Although I wish they would have just told me the tire might not be fixable from day 1, I appreciated their 3 attempts to save me some money. My wife took our Traverse here for a nail in the tire. They fixed the tire and called her to pick it up. When she arrived they handed her an estimate of $1,600 and told her that the shocks were leaking, and the driver side rear spring was cracked. We took our Traverse to my father who has been a mechanic for 30+ years. He inspected all the shocks, struts, and springs...and not a single problem. No leaks or cracks. It's a shame that this place tried to scam my wife. Always get a second opinion....I will never do business here again. read more

Returned an hour later, and they had not touched it yet. Returned about three months later for a free rotation, and planned for a lengthy visit. They said 1 1/2 hours since they were busy. (Busy with other customers buying tires, not those getting free rotations) Came back 2 1/2 hours later, and you guessed it, never moved from the parking spot. Left my car over night for tires. In the morning they parked it outside and left it unlocked. Someone ransacked my car and took loose change. The manager wouldn't take responsibility because they don't know if locks are functioning or not so they leave all cars unlocked. I left my car locked, so obviously mine were functional. read more

We had a great experience with Belle Tire today. After being told by a competitor that our tires were beyond repair we called Belle Tire to figure out when we bought them. They confirmed that they weren't that old and told us to bring the vehicle in and they would take a look. They fixed them for free and even replaced the missing lug nut covers. We appreciated not having to replace tires unnecessarily and will definitely continue to bring our business here. read more

THIS IS THE WORST BELLE TIRE EVER! I went in the week before Christmas, and waited for hours for my car tire to be patched. They called and told me that they removed a nail from the tire and patched the hole. As I was driving home from the establishment, my low tire pressure light turned on. I had the tire inspected by someone outside of Belle Tire and guess what? THEY NEVER PATCHED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! They told me they did, wasted my time, and lied to my face. After calling and airing my grievances I was met with nothing but apathy and disdain. I am livid that they would waste so much of my time, lie about it, and do nothing to correct the situation. I am not pleased with the transaction that occurred at this location a week ago. I had made an appointment to have my two rear tires replaced and have my right rear lower control arm replaced as it was damaged. When I made this appointment I was informed it should take no longer than 2 hours. After waiting patiently for 5 hours, I was called up to the front desk and received the bill. Later upon looking at the work performed on my car, I found that there was roughly $300 worth of work done to my car that I did not approve of. I returned to the store to question these extra charges only to find out that all they need is a verbal confirmation to do additional work on a vehicle. I was informed that it is the salesman's word against mine and that they would contact the salesman who claimed I approved of the additional work to be done and get back to me. I am still hoping for some type of reimbursement and apology but have not heard back yet. read more
