The team at this store is incredibly helpful, and Thomas is the best! He's helped me find the perfect rims and tires for my Jeep--not just once, but twice--as well as for my wife's Corolla. Despite assisting other customers, he made sure I was taken care of quickly and efficiently without making anyone wait too long. I now get all my oil changes, tire rotations, etc there also with no issues! This location is run exceptionally well, and their outstanding service has earned my business for the long haul. Made an appointment and purchased the 1 tire I needed to replace all online. I show up at 9:22, 3 employees in the lobby and 1 customer in front of me. The customer in front of me gets helped, still no acknowledgement of my presence. About 5 minutes later one of the other 2 says we'll be with you in a minute. I finally get helped at 9:28. Let them know I have a 9:30 appointment, need to replace a tire, and it's already been paid for online. Guy says ok, I'll get on it but he hasn't asked me which tire. I asked him if he knows which one and he says no so I tell him. It's now past 10 and my car hasn't even been brought into the shop. Don't see the point of making an appointment if it's not going to be worked on around the appointed time. Car finally brought back at 10:24. Finished at 10:40. Brought car around 10:53. read more

I woke up this morning to a screw sticking out of my tire and my usual car place said I'd have to leave it there all day since there were no open appointments. I was super nervous since I've been going to the same place since I moved here but when I called Belle as soon as they opened, Trevor answered the phone ready to answer any questions. He said if I came in as soon as possible they could get it done within an hour. When I got there, the staff was incredibly kind and took my car back right away. Stopped in here with the intention of making an appointment for 4 new tires during their Black Friday promo. Their website made it seem as though they were booked until the following week. That wasn't the case. They were able to actually do it that day to my surprise. Mike Baldwin, assistant manager, got me in and out since my tires were actually in stock. I get my brakes and tires replaced only for the brakes to continuously squeak post break-in period. When I call to explain the issue I was experiencing the first move the front desk person does is goes straight to the blame game. States that getting a car wash after getting my brakes changes gets rid of the lubricant (never got a car wash or mentioned a car wash). Does not offer any assistance so I ask if I can set up a time for them to look at it. I get a time set up and upon arrival they inform me it will take 3 hours because they only have two people in the shop. I politely ask for my keys as I didn't expect the time to check brakes to be that long. I call the customer service line and leave a call back number. 48 hours go by and still no call. I decide to call in again to the number and sent straight to voicemail saying there are no agents available. It is 10 A.M. on a Friday. Overall, worst experience when dealing with anything car related. They are clueless most of the time and will not be returning. read more

Honest and no pressure to buy experience. I did not have an appointment, but found a nail in my tire this morning, so I was a walk-in. They got to my request quickly. The person working at the front explained my options for today and provided an option to tire tread wear that I was aware of. He even offered their next sale as an option to get a discount. Do not take a performance vehicle here. I got expensive tires and a suggested alignment and now my car feels unsafe to drive. They messed up the steering and are claiming to have no idea what happened. Management talked to me as a dumb woman and was repeatedly disrespectful and rude. (Josh). It's apparently a culture problem with management as I've seen other ladies comment similar things. My car was not returned to me in the manner I brought it in and the "manager" just tried giving me absurd excuses such as "new tires can do that". If you're female, expect to be treated as the dumbest person Josh has ever seen. I now have to take my car to a performance shop to fix what this location messed up. My car went from perfect handling to body roll and so much play in steering it feels like a boat. Do not trust this place! read more

There are signs posted that all employees wear masks at all times. I've been there twice in the last month and no one had masks on. Either follow the rules or take the signs down. The customer service is great and the knowledge is good but not sure about the work they do. I'm not satisfied with the work that was performed on my car but maybe that is because it is a foreign car and they aren't equipped for them. But whatever the reason they couldn't provide me with satisfactory repair work, I'm going to hope that I have no issues with my oil change. I used to go the the Belle Tire in Castleton and I didn't like that their phone etiquette was very scripted and did not seem to be sincere, just sounded like a sales pitch. This Belle Tire was much different and the Service people did seem to want to ensure your satisfaction, so kudos to them for giving that impression. read more

My low tire pressure warning kept coming on after filling the tire indicated so I stopped by the Belle Tire where I purchased new tires 5 months prior. They fit me in and advised how long it would take. My car was ready sooner than expected and turns out there was a big nail in my tire. Found a nail in my tire one morning and called Belle Tire since my sister recommended them for tires awhile ago. I have a new car so my tires are only 2 years old. They repaired the damage quickly and sent me on my way. Great customer service. I called right away when I saw my tire in the condition it was and Tim told me to swing on by. Needed new tires for my sons car and looked around at different tire places near him. This came up as the most inexpensive for the tires I picked as well as had the best selection. When I called, spoke to Tim and he was great, as was Josh as we dropped the car off. He explained everything to us, as well as told us what might go wrong with the car in the future. Management was great they were able to get hard to find tires from another shop and install the same day. I was disappointed with the Service tech Hot Roding my high performance vehicle, after the work was finished. The manager did compensate this action by discounting the bill by 10% and giving me a Service warranty for the tires. The experience was great up to this point. The actions by the service tech left a bad taste in my mouth. My advice to anybody that comes to get work done on their vehicle would be to put your vehicles in valet mode if available. Just wish the service tech would have a little bit more professionalism and respect for the customer's vehicles. read more

The store manager Josh, is so completely disrespectful and incompetent! We had hit a large pothole and found this location had a tire that would fit our needs. Had the car towed on a flatbed, the store manager asked us for the locking lug key, we advised him we didn't know where it was because we just bought the car. He told us we needed to DRIVE the car back to the dealership we bought it from (in Ohio) and get the lug from them as advised he searched the car over and couldn't find it himself. We contacted a parts store who delivered a full set of lug keys upon them delivering the set the assistant manager found our lug key in the trunk, where the store manager said he looked! After the tire was removed he then shoved his phone in our face with a picture of our bent rim and snottily asked if we wanted to put it back on our car or use the spare. With someone who supposedly has 23 years of customer service experience, you would think he'd just be honest and say "hey this rim is shot, let's get your spare on and go." No, not after wasting over 2 hours waiting on something he could have found in a few minutes if he tried, he couldn't man up and apologize. read more
