As this car is a work vehicle I considered a replacement a better option. They scheduled for someone to come to my house on a Saturday to replace the window, and because I set up my initial appointment online they had all my information which made it easy to schedule another appointment at my home. 2 Saturdays later, 2 guys in 2 vans showed up and replaced the window. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They called in the morning to let me know they would be there later that afternoon, and again when they were about 15 minutes away. I would use them again, everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and very good at explaining the process along the way.

I had a crack in my windshield from a rock and safelite came to repair it and it was still very…read morenoticeable. so another day they replaced the whole windshield and then the molding around the top was not sealed all the way. so they came again to fix that and was telling me it is all cosmetic, i don't care, my car is brand new so make it look brand new. so they fixed it. atleast i thought , realized it still wasn't sealed properly and had to make another appointment. that appointment came and he fixed it which also meant a whole new windshield again. he had fixed it atleast better than anyone had yet, but THEN i realized they didn't put a piece of my car back on!

Wasted time and poor communication…read more I had a Saturday appointment scheduled by phone and waited an hour and a half before being told they ordered the wrong replacement because they didn't get the VIN. I was rescheduled for Monday at 8am, only to wait again and be told the part still hadn't arrived. I've now driven across town twice for nothing. The plastic they put over my trunk flew off within minutes, and it rained this weekend so now my trunk is wet too. No urgency, no apology, and no concern for the inconvenience. Extremely frustrating experience.

When we went to get it, I went to the address given and was directed to a unmounted grey door and told that is it. Since I didn't know if my wife approved PAULs changing the gray door for white door so I picked it up. Apparently, Paul had sold the other door and sold us a grey one we didn't need, and couldn't use and did not want. The mistake was readily apparent when we got home. We notified Paul immediately but he has chosen to ignore us for a paltry 60 dollars. The issue isn't the money, the issue is if this business man would improperly take 60.00 by false pretense, either he is not a good business man or he effectuates profit by deceit. Paul, can't you be a decent person, be a honest guy and correct your errors. Q: Why would someone trust you on a multi thousand dollar order if you can't be trusted in a small transaction, what would you do for more money? I WOULD NOT HIRE YOU AFTER THIS FRAUD!
