Went to this store 2 times and that was enough to choose another business for my next round of tires. The man I dealt with had very little care for customer service. He was very abrasive and short with everyone that I watched him interact with. He appeared to be the manager, older guy with grey spiked hair, same person I dealt with on the first occasion. I brought my vehicle to this store to remove a screw from my tire. Thankfully, it turned out that the screw was only in the tread, unfortunately had to wait over an hour to get that information. I understand I'm coming in for warranty type work, but the attitude and then pushing two people ahead of me for sales purposes was rather upsetting. It would've been different if they had appointments, however I was sitting right in front of the counter, so I know that wasn't the case. In the end I guess I just expected more from this business at this location, and from a person in a leadership role. As a side note, he also made numerous comments about how much he wanted to go home. Again, unprofessional and a terrible business approach. read more

I purchased a set of 4 tires at a very reasonable price and was told I would get free tire rotation. When I stopped by to get my tires rotated, I was told they were extremely busy and it would be approximately 3 to 4 hours before they would be able to get to it. Seemed strange since there were only 2 other customers there at the same time and I could see at least one bay empty. When I asked if I could set up an appointment for the following day I was told they don't make appointments for tire rotation. Why do they even offer free rotations when you have to wait half of the day to get it done? Totally disappointed! read more

Sensor light showed issue with my tire pressure. I was three hours from home; it was getting dark and raining. Stopped in to see if they could check my tire. Was told it would take 45 ... Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! The young man at the front desk was quite rude and unhelpful! I came in due to my tire pressure being low, I asked him how long the wait would be just for someone to look at the tires... His response was 3 hours. I was in hurry, needing to be at work and leaving for a trip later on that evening. Looking around - only to see 2 people waiting and some of the staff sitting around, I was quite annoyed and went to DISCOUNT TIRE which is right next store, they got me in right away and made sure all my tires were equal in weight! I would have given a higher rating but was treated very poorly by Bob Gary who was not the service adviser I originally saw for having my RV trailer tires mounted. Bob was rude and did not help me unload the tires from my truck which I bought there the month previous and had already paid for the mounting and balancing. I originally saw Gary Kozlowski when I bought the tires and had called him the day before having them mounted. He said he would be able to get them done the next day. The next day was very busy and after Bob had me get the tires out of my truck myself he told me he couldn't get them done until the next day. When I told him that Gary said he could get them done, he told me to wait for Gary K. and made some snarky facial expressions. I went in today to Hall rd location, Thank goodness BOB he said assistant manager waited on me to remind me I am stupid and a woman. Brought my car in low tire warning on He asked did I add air EXACTLY like the sticker in door says and if you over inflate it will stay on, my reply I think so but could you just check it out I did buy my tires there. Comes out 2 hours later to tell me my tires are trash.....OK but why is light on? Well because tires are trash he offered me no idea of replacements or pricing. I was left standing there at counter in silence to said just get my car and went to sit back down on my journey I did say" great attitude" Gary so nicely told Bob what I said. :) Bob came in a very fast manner toward me saying what did I do wrong? I told him he offered me nothing as in repairs... and spoke in a very demeaning manner I was told "NO" again I know nothing. he went on and on I made it clear I am not going to argue with you I told him I want my car back the third time he waited on 2 customers and then I had a car. Oh they also parked it in a handicap spot Hmm. Sad thing is I bought those tires there Gary waited on me then Wonderful guy! So the moral of this story is NEVER let BOB wait on you. read more

I went in for a simple tire rotation. The gentleman behind the counter said it would be about an hour. I asked him if they took appointments. He said no so I decided to wait. Two hours later I asked for my keys back. He said to me "I don't know why they didn't take your car". Well I do. The technicians didn't see any money with a new vehicle so they skipped it. This location offered me the best service in the tire industry that I've ever had. I was very disappointed when I went here because my front tires were almost flat. The guy said I needed air because of the cold weather. Refused to check for tire problems. Next week front tires low on air and I hadn't driven the car. This time they checked and I was close to a blow out on the sidewalls of both front tires. Refused to sell me four tires. Insisting the tread was good on the back tires. It was good on the front tires too. I insisted on new back tires and spent THREE hours waiting for them to change two tires. Took my car into the garage at 10 and I finally left at 1. A week later I discovered I didn't have antifreeze in the car. As a woman without someone to look after my car I was depending on them. In the past the car was checked over when I went for my oil change. Obviously that wasn't done. The tires weren't rotated. Nothing beyond the oil change. I asked them to completely check the car and it wasn't. I did go elsewhere when I had no heat thinking it was a major repair. Whether I'll return to this location is still up for debate. read more

Went yesterday to get my 4 tires replaced. took hours which was fine. then found out the next day they didnt put one tire on properly and it was leaking air. went back and wasted 3 hours of my life for them to correct their mistake. they didnt charge (would have refused to pay if they did) but i highly recommend going to the discount tire next door. hopefully this trash place will run out of business soon. read more

I normally go to a different tire place, but this one happened to be more convenient this time around. This location is way busier than my normal location, but they were very time effective. They contacted me soon after I dropped my vehicle off and let me know in great detail what was wrong and why it could be wrong and explained the importance of getting it fixed. They gave me all my options and helped me choose the best one. The best part of my whole experience was that my car was fixed before I had to leave work. I was not expecting them to get everything fixed that day. I'm appreciative, and I now feel safe driving again. read more

I went to the Belle Tire on Hall Road in Macomb, MI to see if my slow leak could be fixed. I was greeted by a front desk sales guy in his 20's who was not friendly and had an indifferent, cool manner. (side note: The young man from the repair area was MUCH more friendly). I was told by the front desk guy that the tire cannot be fixed and not only would I need to replace the 1 tire, but I would need to replace ALL 4 tires at a cost of $480 because I have an AWD vehicle. I said no thank you to the offer to sell me 4 new tires, because I had just left my dealership who had told me that they would replace just 1 tire (with a little shaving to even the wear), no problem. Hmmm? The actual dealership said it is ok to replace 1 tire, but Belle Tire says ALL 4 need to be replaced? Sounds scammy to me. I decided to try Discount Tire on 23 mile road in Chesterfield to see if they could try to fix the tire, or replace with ONE tire if necessary. Well, long story short, Discount Tire patched my "unfixable" tire! So now I am left to wonder what kind of scams this Belle Tire is running? They were willing to replace my tire that just needed to be patched, AND also replace 3 good tires! Wow that's quite the scam. They make the sale of 4 tires, then also sell my 4 tires as used. Quite the payload for that scam. Well, I am telling everyone I know and going all over social media. Too bad for them that I am ridiculously tenacious about righting injustices. read more

I have been going to this place for years and it is where I buy all of my tires. I have brought in at least 3 different vehicles since I started using Belle Tire and have been extremely happy with the results. Yesterday I took in my wife's car for the first time. Her vehicle is newer and had never been there before. It had low tire pressure in one wheel. It turned out it was a nail. After they fixed it, I asked how much it was going to cost and he said that it wasn't going to cost anything and to come back and see them when I need tires. I have never been more disrespected by a worker ever. Todd the older man with the white hair is very rude may be the rudest I've ever seen. When he asked me to get all new tires and I told him I was okay, he proceeded to tell me that I have to get new tires because they aren't safe, now granted that's his job but if I say no then please take it as it is and move on. Instead he kept telling me about my tires and when I told him that Chrysler said the tires were fine and were not bald(which the tires aren't bald) he walked away and said well then take the car to Chrysler next time, then as he's walking to his computer he kept mumbling things under his breath. This is our first time to buy tires in this establishment. We decided to come here because our 3 year old tires that we bought at USA Tires in Utica, dry rotted within 2 to 3 years. We found out during the car's maintenance check that the tires that was sold to us in 2012 were from 2008. We are never going back at USA Tires again. Maybe that's the reason why their tires cost less than others... Our experience here at Discount Tires were amazing from the moment we walked in. We were greeted promptly and courteously. We were shown different types of tires according to what we want and our budget. And most importantly, their tires are not 4 years old, free rotation every 4,000 to 6,000 miles, they will replace your tires if it was damage due to road conditions. Can't beat that. They were able to replaced our 4 tires within less than 40 minutes. And there were people ahead of us. If you need new tires, this is the place to go to... read more

Just to advise customers regarding Belle Tire Batteries, I wouldn't purchase 1 from Belle Tire. First, I bought 1 still under 2 year warranty and had to get the car jumped a number of times. With the battery at just 1 yr old, the battery had a lot of corrosion built up on the battery connectors. Now just to make a long story short, I took the car to Auto Zone after another jump (because I didn't want belle tire to say it was a bad alternator) and Auto Zone hooked up their tester and it read BAD BATTERY. So, I let the manager at belle tire I know it is a bad battery. After waiting there for quite sometime, Belle Tire said they put in a brand new battery. Well, guess what, today (ONE WEEK LATER AFTER A NEW BATTERY WAS PUT IN) I went out to start car and it is dead. Plus today the weather is not in the negative - Just some advice: I wouldn't purchase a battery from Belle Tire! Looks like I am back to getting the car jumped again! I don't know about their tires, but I get mine at Discount Tires and have had excellent service! BUYERS BEWARE WITH BELLE TIRE! read more

Brought my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LT in for front brakes that were pulsating and the rears sqeaking with 46299 miles. All of the expediters (Write up people) are very knowledgeable under the direction of Manager Micheal D. Long. I started going to this location about 2 years ago when I had my BMW. I stop in for a 4 wheel Alignment, 1.5 hours later they come out and tell me everything set. I get in the car drive 1/4 of a mile down the road and noticed the car was pulling to the right and the steering wheel wasn't straight. When I realized that I turned around to go back and have it fixed. So I'm sitting again waiting for another wasted hour of my life he finally comes to me and tells me I'm all set. I drive anyway and noticed it's worse than before. So I go back at this point I'm extremely frustrated so I guess the 3rd time was the charm. I have a Jeep Wrangler now I took it to a different location and the first time was a charm: perfect alignment, job well done. I was so happy I also purchased the 12 month unlimited alignment option. I go to this location for the first time since owning my Jeep because it's close to my home. I told the guy that was helping me the I have the 12 month unlimited alignment package and right away he started being very rude. I ask him if they can please torque do the bolts to spec here's the sheet for the torque specs because I have a lift and after market parts so it needs to be torqued down to spec. Then he replied we will need to charge you extra for that I thinking really? The bolts are already loose and every bolt that loosened on the vehicles you work on should be torqued down to spec to prevent any issues. So I'm waiting for 1-2 hours he comes out tells me I'm all set I leave get in and noticed the center of the steering wheel is sitting at 2 o'clock and not centered what so ever. This location's issue is they don't care or take pride in what they do, we're not a customer we're just a number and then on to the next. I'll be calling corporate tomorrow and filling a complaint and requesting my $138 back for the 12 month unlimited alignment plan and taking my business elsewhere. read more

Really good service at this Belle Tire. Have had issues galore with my Saturn VUE so it's always nice when I can take it in and get it serviced effectively. The waiting area is pretty nice, especially with the high counter top area with the bar stools. When I have gone there with either many issues or and issue that will take quite some time to fix, I have a nice area to spread out and get some work done. One time, I was even able to leave my car over night when I was unavailable to pick it up. Not many places do that. My only concern is the "pitch everything I think is wrong with the car so they pay to get it fixed" thing. Trying to shove all these incredibly minor issues down my throat and try to force me to get them fixed is a bit unsettling. I am personally able to deflect it all, however, others may give into that and be wasting their money on things they don't need. Other than that, it's a very nice location! read more

They told me they couldn't patch my tire because the hole was too small and needed to sell me a new one. Over $200.00 wouldn't ya' know. I drove on my spare to Advanced Auto where they just laughed at that first statement. Can't patch a tire because the hole is too small? They sold me a can of Fix-A-Flat, I put in about half, my tire has been perfect since. I can't say enough about going to get a second opinion. read more

I made an appointment online to get my tires changed for my Nissan 2 days in advance. When I got there for the appointment, the schedule had my name and information in it, which was a good sign. They took my keys and told me the car would be good to go within 45 minutes. So I go sit down to wait, and the assistant manager comes over to talk to me. The tires (Sumitomo) weren't in stock. Isn't that the purpose of making an appointment? To make sure everything is ready to go when I arrive? He explains that the tires are "very rare" and therefore they only had 1 in stock. He suggested a cheaper tire (Kenda) which I had read about online. They didn't get the same traction and they were louder. But the assistant manager tells me that the Sumitomos were much louder and didn't get as good of traction. "These outer ruts are much bigger, they're almost like mud tires." -- Mud tires for a 4 cylinder? After a few minutes of this, and a phone call, I got the Sumitomo tires I ordered in the first place, the next day, for less than the price of the cheaper Kenda tires. I have a feeling they called these tires "very rare" because everyone is buying them over the Kenda tires. Not to mention, the Sumitomos AREN'T "much louder," -- they make about as much noise as a pumpkin. It's not my fault you can't sell crummy tires; I will get what I ordered or I will go next door over to Discount Tire Co. Also, when I was finally getting my tires put on the next day, the assistant manager comes back to me talking about my brakes; says they're pretty worn. Now, in this situation, you'd expect him to ask "Would you like us to do your brakes for you?" but he came out with the invoice saying "this is going to be $140. They're 90% worn and they're going to change them." I told him not to, and he quickly listened to me, but I didn't appreciate how he approached the situation. In the end, I got the tires I wanted for less money. The actual tire change service was good. They completed the change in about 25 minutes and, unlike some tire change services, they inflated them all to the exact pressure needed. I give them 2 stars because of their organization and management. They realized their mistake and were cooperative in fixing it, but I find it very unprofessional that they were not prepared when an appointment was made 2 days in advance. Perhaps this doesn't happen often, but it ruined my experience with this location. I had to drive back the next day and waste the gas money. read more

Made appointment for 11:00 a.m for 4 new tires, after installment was completed then I was informed that I would also need a wheel alignment and since I spent over 400 dollars on tires I decided to have it done.
