I've been a Discount Tire guy for many years now but decided to take a swing with a Belle Tire. So glad I did. Discount fell out of favor since it started to feel like YOU were doing a favor by being there. And there was always a million people there, put you on hold, etc. I knew of Belle Tire living in northern Ohio. They are based in Detroit and you would see their ads all the time on TV, radio, sports, etc. As of Jan 2021, they have ~125 stores so not a massive operation. Their recent expansion into the Indy area is obvious, I have observed a new store in Anderson as well. I ordered the tires online and called to set up an appointment. The online quoting process and tire selection was smooth and clean, emailed me a quote I could take with me. They were able to get me in on the same day. I worked mostly with Barry who was very helpful and clear about what they were doing. He met me at the entrance to the new store (seriously new construction, smelled like it). I think they wanted to sell me whatever brand of tire they partner with but I wasn't interested and it wasn't a big deal for them. We were done in about an hour or so. They checked the alignment and all good there as well. I was unaware they did more auto services. It is sort of a tires "and more", I didn't get the list but check it out. Paid and left. Anyhow great experience and I will be working with Belle Tire for the foreseeable future. read more

5 Stars - Saving Tires & Taking Names Had a last-minute fire drill of a tire repair (not literal fire, but emotionally? Flames). Belle Tire swooped in like the pit crew I didn't know I needed. I came in flustered, they came in clutch. Got me in and out so fast I thought maybe I hallucinated the whole thing. Friendly staff, no nonsense, and my car is rolling smoother than my ability to fake calm under pressure. 10/10 would blow a tire again just to hang out with these legends. read more

Requested they inspect my tire for a slow leak. I purchased tires from them originally. Received a call stating I needed 2 new tires (both had nails and unrepairable). I never asked them to even look at my other tires as they were fine. Returned to store and asked to see the tires. They said 1 nail too close to edge of tread. I requested they show company specs to prove they couldn't repair. They could not, and put a plug in. The second tire miraculously didn't have a puncture after I asked to see it, and they just put it back on. This location tried to scam me into buying two new tires. I recommend going to someone else. If you do go, don't be afraid to question them if something feels off. This location is very unethical. read more

2 stars since the manager of the store is at least very kind, and works with you and will explain processes, delays, and anything else you ask. Thank you Todd. The front of store workers just can't give you answers as to why a repair takes so long here. a 0.9 hours (54 minutes) repair took from 12pm to 5pm from walking in to getting my keys back. 5 hours is obscene. And the answer every time i asked why it's taking so long was "it doesn't always go according to plan" or "they're still working on it". Seems like work ethics here just sucks, nobody seems motivated, or happy to even be there. Everyone has no sense of purpose or moves with a purpose. Everything seems lackadaisical. read more

Scheduled an alignment for 4PM. Hour later, car not touched still parking spot. Asked for keys and Walked out after wasting an hour sitting. Asked What is the point of scheduling an appt. if there is no reserved spot? Said they get to them as they come in and 2 cars ahead of me. Horrible customer service. I wish had an option to give a negative rating as this place deserves it. I had been to this place for a tire replacement on my 22 Audi q5 barely 10 months old. Since the replacement was done, I have been experiencing a bumpy ride, went to ask them if they can balance and check alignment, but they started mentioning about tread depth inconsistency and wanted me to replace the remaining 3 wheels. When asked why they not mentioned this while replacing the 1st wheel the person went on to BLUFF me you were aware and you signed, but in reality, I was not at all informed about the tread mismatch. On the other hand, for a 2nd opinion, I went to discount tire who looked at the tread depth and said wear was not significant and just might need wheel alignment or balancing to fix the issue. Suggestion to folks at this center "If you have done a mistake better rectify it instead of bluffing the customer". The team at this facility also needs some basic trainings of how to be polite and be more customer friendly. Absolutely pathetic experience and will never recommend to anyone. read more

I cannot begin to say how great this location was to me. They took me in when they were closing and they repaired my car's tire super quickly so I could get to work the next day. They had excellent service and I believe the woman who helped me directly was named Andrea. I apologize if I got that wrong but I am so grateful for her and the team at Belle tire. As the issue was resolved for $280 in 2 hours by an honest mechanic. I spent 3+ hours in your store above and beyond the fact that I wasn't planning to keep this vehicle past June I am requesting my money returned. My tires were not a risk nor origin of the issue. Any professional pulling tires off of that vehicle would have been able to tell it was extremely hot. I suggest this story is an example of bad practice by your employees and a clear misrepresentation of obvious facts. Belle Tire: I stopped at your shop for a rotation and balance of tires bought from this store, in Noblesville Indiana, previously. I expressed I was experiencing significant shaking at high speeds and breaking. The salesman told me the tires were the cause and it was due to a lack of rotating the tires enough. He quoted me replacements. Not having spare time that day, I drove the car to work and felt the same shake. (guess the balance and rotation wasn't the cause) Called back set an appointment for new tires. After new tires installed, the same shake occurred. Called in a new salesman told me it must be a balance weight was thrown. (Guess it WAS the balancing) I drove to your store again from another appointment 45 min away in rush hour traffic. Your team Re balanced and I experienced the same outcome. (Both times on site my car was on the lift inside of 8 min....due to my schedule I check my watch often) I drove 2 miles to my home and borrowed my neighbors IR gun. Right Hub was 59 degrees. Left was 200+ degrees. There is no way you can convince me your techs didn't notice the scalding hot disc. I have now spent 3 hours on site and dropped $1,200+ at your store to replace good tires. Your store had multiple chances to express their dishonesty. I will drop this on Yelp and Google reviews to help unsuspecting consumers to avoid trusting your people to be advocates for them. Lesson learned. I will not be returning, but will share my story with friends and family. Nothing more fun than having a car problem and $1,200 less to handle said problem. I brought my Ford Escape to belle tire to repair a flat. Once again a nail punctured through the sidewall that cannot be repaired. I asked them to put the ruined tire in the car so I might examine it. They did not. My daughter needs new tires next week, back to discount tire. read more

This location is one of my favorites. The guy up front (Trevor) was helpful and put me at ease with the level of care my truck was going to receive. The alignment tech (Collin) came out and gave me a detailed breakdown of the results of the inspection with some helpful info on what and when service may be needed in the future. He was very patient and took the time to explain my vehicles needs in detail. Had a 1pm appointment to have a tire patched. Here it is 2:30pm, 1.5hrs TO PATCH A TIRE!!!!! Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they don't charge to patch tires. I'll never come here again. read more
