Took my Cadillac CTS to them asking for vogue tires they didn't ask all appropriate questions to see if they would fit and be ok. It was not I have AWD and the tires wouldn't work but they sold them to me anyway and my car broke down because of the wrong tires shut down the transmission and engaged the braking system stopping my car from going past 8mph. Also found that the rims are staggered and the put the front on the back and vice versa. Worst experience ever will never ever go back or recommend to anyone to even an enemy read more

Always a good experience at the Maple Rd Belle Tire in Troy. First off, while you can just show up with an issue, you can also schedule an appointment where you get to "jump the line" and be seen promptly. Also, I would recommend buying the road hazard insurance with the tires -- makes for easy and free repairs, and my last visit was for a slow tire leak some 16 months after purchase. Saves a good deal of money later, whether for fixes or replacement. And the staff is very professional and competent. read more

I always get good service at Belle Tire. I wanted an oil change at 18mile & Rochester Rd, but they were extremely busy so I called the Maple Rd store and luckily there was only an hour wait to change the oil. The service guy was very friendly and polite, price was reasonable: $47 for a quick check on my fluids, check on tire pressure & oil change, can't beat the value & convenience. Changing my review for this Belle Tire. They get 3 stars from me because they always do good car work. The customer service, however, needs improvement. I stopped by on Sunday during their big tire sale - I needed 4 new tires. I had a quote that I had received the previous Monday, when I stopped by to add air to my tires; the low air notification had gone off in my car. That day, I added air myself - I had asked if someone could help me, and they said yes, but it was taking 20+ minutes. Later, an employee came over to double-check the tires, and he also gave me a sheet with tire pricing. Fast-forward to this Sunday: I wanted to buy four Mastercraft tires. I had my pricing sheet which quoted it as $540, and they were doing $110 off in rebates. I bought the tires from Jake, the manager, who refused to honor the $540 price - he said perhaps that was a special deal or something, but at that time, it was $555. Fine, no big deal - only $15 difference. I asked if they could check the tires again, as the low air pressure light was still on, and he refused. I'm buying $500+ in tires from you - really? Okay ... he said since they usually aren't open on Sundays, they were ONLY selling tires today (and indeed, someone in line in front of me had a flat but they wouldn't help him ...). Not only that, I felt like I was talked down to a bit, since I'm a woman. My family and I share a Belle Tire account, but my phone number isn't on it; my father's name is on the account. I asked if we could switch it to my phone number and his response was basically "Your dad won't mind?" I'm 32 years old ... let me go get him on the phone for you. *rolls eyes* That being said, Belle Tire still gets 3 stars from me because I had the tires put on yesterday and (fingers crossed) everything seems fine - the low air light has gone away, and I also had them do an alignment since mine was apparently "pigeon toed." Make sure to sign up for their e-club, too, to get a $30 off coupon, when you spend $60+ on services or tires. I haven't had many problems with this location in the past, either, but my visit on Sunday was definitely off-putting. As a manager, I always told my crew, "Customer Service BEGINS in the parking lot." They clearly do NOT follow this at this location. I pulled into the parking lot and proceed to an empty bay door to see if someone could check my tire pressure. I'm an Amputee and getting down to the valve stems is difficult for me. So here I am at this Bay door with my handicap placard hanging from the rearview. There were at least 5 people in and out of the bays or standing talking with one another. Yet NO ONE so much as greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. After several minutes, I backed up to the self serve air station but couldn't use it. If there was an option for 0 stars- this Belle tire location would receive that rating or preferably negative stars. I should've known better to never go back after they patched a tire and when the tire started losing air again a few weeks later, they stated "whoever patched your tire the first time, patched over the nail." What they failed to recognize, it was THEIR "brilliant" staff who patched over a nail instead of properly taking the nail out then patching the tire. The next incident occurred this week after getting two flat tires from an accident forcing me to jump a curb. After explaining what happened, they put two new tires on my car however failed to check the wheel bearing which is common to fail after hitting a curb at a high speed. Therefore, AGAIN, I had to go back a second time to actually have my car properly fixed forcing me to miss even more work due to their inability to properly diagnosis and repair a common issue that should've been looked the first time knowing the circumstances. The "boys" at the front desk were extremely rude not only to me but to every other customer that entered or called in on the phone while I was there. I was shocked and disgusted at how they spoke to paying customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND GO TO YOUR LOCAL DEALERSHIP who will actually treat you with respect and not make you come back several times for your car to actually be fixed properly. Initially, they told me that I only needed to replace 2 front tires, so I went elsewhere because their prices were too high. I come back and now they tell me that I have to replace the back tires! I feel like i have been scammed. Bought 4 new tires today at Belle. They performed an unasked for alignment check. They told me i have a problem and if i did not pay $95 for an alignment i would possibly void my treadware warranty. I have been buying tires for close to 55 years, nothing like this has ever happened before. I would advise Belle customers to decline this alignment check when purchasing tires unless you have symptoms of a problem such as uneven treadware, pulling to one side, etc. read more

If I could rate it at zero stars I would !! Took my car in for new tires. I was supposed to pick up my car after hours, when I tried to start my car it wouldn't start. It was late so I had to Uber home in the morning I had a friend try to jump the car nothing. So I had it towed to a mechanic close to me. He had to put in a new battery. Because my interior lights were left on and it was 6 degrees out. So I had the added expense of an Uber , a tow truck and a new battery. this was about a year ago, but i just remembered this whole debacle and it deserves a 'beware' post. dropped my car off at about 11:30 AM for a nail in the tire repair. they quoted me about 4 hours. i came at 5:15ish after my shift at work ended. they still hadn't touched my car. but since i was there, they decided to take a look - i waited about 20 minutes in the lobby for them to get it in the garage. once they had it in the garage, they looked for about 1 minute 30 seconds? then came out to tell me it'd be $300 for a new tire. it was absolutely not repairable. service-wise, they weren't trying to be rude to me, but by lack of concern for quality, they were rude. they didn't have the time to be bothered by my repair and when i returned and they realized they still had to deal with my tire, they decided to same themselves time and just say it needed replacement. i went to the store, bought one of those little tire repair kits and headed to my brothers house for his help to patch it. he pulls the screw out and it's literally just a tiny stubby sheet metal screw. there wasn't even a hole. this thing was lodged in the tread. (and yeah i wasn't going to investigate this by myself because i know nothing about cars/tires) the dudes at belle tire wanted to charge me $300 for a screw wedged in my tread. on a positive note - reddit users confirm that Discount Tire will patch a hole for free. go there. read more

The manager said they would be happy to help and they even waited on the 3 other customers that came after me. They went above and beyond in meeting my needs. It was almost 6:30 by the time I left. Went to get a wheel bearing replaced And two new tires. They started the estimate at 6 hundred .they didnt do the the bearing because it would take three more days And 2500 more. They called me after the first Estimate saying they want more money but not sure how much more.They changed the tires on a car that had to be towed because it was unsafe to drive at this point Before making it safe. They lack common sense and seem to take advantage to customers. Had to take my car to get an oil change yesterday. I usually go to the dealership but they were too busy today and it was the only day I could do it. I decided to take my car to belle tire. In addition to getting my oil changed I asked them to have my washer fluid filled and my tires rotated. They told me it would take about 40 mins. It took an hour and forty mins. Aside from that when I got home my boyfriend checked my washer fluid. It was still low. We looked to see if the tires had been rotated unfortunately neither of us know anything about cars so we really couldn't tell. I looked at my bill and they def charged for these services. Called Steve on Saturday morning about 10:00 and asked for a specific set of tires which they didn't have on hand but he said they would go to the warehouse and pick them up. I pulled into the busy shop around 11:00 and he said the tires were there but it would probably take 3-4 hours to complete the job. Fine, it's Saturday, their busiest day of the week, so I said sure, no problem. He called me just after 1:00 and said they were done including the alignment. Awesome! They take a very long time to do anything basic. Don't get me wrong they are really nice. However if I have a promised pick up time of 2pm I expect when I come to get my car at 3pm I would be all set and not have to wait another 45 minutes before they even pulled my car in to work on it.
