This is the best lobster roll ever and I don't even normally like cold lobster rolls I prefer the warm style. Spending the weekend in Newport and swung by for a late breakfast/early lunch. I was relieved to discover that although their breakfast specials only go until 11am, breakfast and lunch are both served all day! :) We arrived around 1pm, and the wait time was about 35 minutes. We were in Newport for a wedding and were staying downtown, which allowed for us to walk everywhere for meals. Over a four day stay we ate at Belle's every morning because the food was amazing and the service was equally exceptional. Trolley Rob recommended Belle's, and we are so glad we quickly walked through the parking lot because we were the last to be seated at 2:20 pm. After all, they closed at 3 pm. Good but then I was about to add a tip but the itemized bill was no longer in the bill folder. There may or may not have had the tip added because we had a large group. I asked for it and she told me it must have slipped into her apron. No way it could have slipped out of one of those folders with all of the pockets inside it. Now they have a hostess stand who told us it would be about a 25 minute wait for lunch. (it was a beautiful June day) It was less than that and we were seated at a lovely table.
