Hi, just writing this as an FYI. I should have checked Reddit before contracting with Bellhop, but have been very frustrated by my experience with them. I signed up for a move with three movers for three hours, and Bellhop contracted with a local moving company for the movers. On the morning of our move, two of the movers showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. However, one of the movers was 2 hours late (just an aside, when he showed up, was not very careful with our stuff, talked on the phone constantly, kept asking the supervisor for a break to go to 7/11, and tried to leave early). Because he was late, the job took an extra hour. The job supervisor was very reasonable, and said he would try to tell the company not to charge us for the extra hour. However, Bellhop charged us for the extra hour. Since then, I have been trying to resolve the issue with them, but they are impossible to reach. I have called their customer support line multiple times, but all you get is an AI assistant, who promises that the team will contact you. When you want to schedule a job, you get a human quickly, but once you have paid for the job, you'll never talk to a human again. A member of the team did email me once, but has not engaged on the issue or acknowledged that a member of the moving team was late, just that "we know that a move can be stressful." I have tried to be polite, and feel that the request of a refund for the extra hour charge is reasonable, but the company has just been impossible to reach. I definitely recommend just contracting with a local moving company. Don't do Bellhop, they're a national platform with no investment in the quality of the product, just looking to skim some margin off the top. read more

They cancelled with me LESS than 24 hours before my scheduled move because they "didn't have access" to the military base I live on. I told them when I scheduled the move (2 months in advance) that I live on a base and will need to be called to escort the movers on to the facility. Its as simple as me driving ahead of them. They chose to wait until the day before to let me know they didnt even want to attempt to be escorted. They gave me my deposit back but I had to book new movers last minute that cost double what I had planned to spend! I have never left a negative review, because even when I've had a bad experience with a company, it's never been worth the trouble to leave a review. Bellhop is the first exception, because I feel like it is my responsibility to warn anyone considering booking them. Never in my life have I been scammed out of so much money and treated with such disrespect by a company. I booked Bellhop to help me move at 2:00pm on Sunday 7/13. I called ahead of the move to ensure everything was squared away on my end, and they assured me it was. I started getting worried because I was told I'd get a call before the movers were scheduled to arrive, but at 2 I hadn't heard anything. I called repeatedly and was unable to reach anyone (wild how their sales team is SO MUCH more responsive than their support team), until at 2:51 when they texted me that they're delaying my move to 5:00pm. I expressed frustration as I had work early the next day and this would mess up my work week. I also knew the move would take longer because I had reserved an elevator and parking spot that would be expired by 5. When I asked to confirm that they would be here by 5 at the latest, they responded that they're canceling my service entirely. I'm a single woman without a car, and I needed to get out of my place by midnight otherwise my apartment would charge me a hefty fee. When they cancelled on me over text, I tried calling and couldn't get ahold of anyone for a while until I got a very generic call saying they're sorry and nothing could be done. At this point it was about 4:00pm, and I started calling moving companies who would be able to help me on such short notice. Because of the short notice, the company I ended up going with was the absolute cheapest I could find, but they were over double the price I had locked in with Bellhop. By the time those movers could come, it was after 9pm and I didn't finish moving my stuff into my new place until after midnight. I had to work a lot the next week, and spent it sleeping in a mattress on the floor and going through my boxes to find clothes. I was pissed that I was out so much money, but even more frustrated because this was the first time I'd ever booked professional movers because I was told how it takes so much stress off your plate, but it ended up causing exponentially more stress than if I just paid a friend with a truck to come by. Since I was out so much money for a mistake that was 100% on Bellhop, I asked them to reimburse me for the additional money I spent on emergency movers that I would not have spent if Bellhop operated as they advertise they do. I tried calling the next day to figure this out and could not get ahold of someone who could help me. On my first few calls it went to voicemail and when I finally spoke to someone, they were reading such a generic script that I think they were AI, and they hung up on me. On Tuesday I texted them that I really need to talk to a real human, and on Wednesday, they gave me a call reading from another generic script saying that they'll escalate my complaint. I JUST heard back from them on their final decision over a week after my move was scheduled, and over text in a jumbled (likely written by AI) message, they told me that my case was resolved and they're not doing anything else to help me. Because of their mistakes, I am out A LOT of money and experienced a lot of stress, and they refused to take any accountability or any action to make the situation right. TLDR: I booked Bellhop because it was $50 cheaper than the competition, and now I'm out more than it would have cost to move twice. If you experience ANY issue with your move, the one dependable thing about this company is that their support team will be nonresponsive, disrespectful, and waste even more of your time. I hired Bellhop for a recent move in DC. The movers arrived almost two hours after the expected arrival window, which caused me to incur additional elevator reservation fees at both properties. The two movers contacted their supervisor during the move, and I was told nothing could be done to assist with those fees. After the move was completed, I tipped $40 and later reviewed my final invoice. I noticed a significant discrepancy between the recorded clock-out time and the time the movers actually left the property. When I contacted Bellhop requesting documentation supporting the recorded clock-out time, I was informed that no such documentation could be provided. I was told that unless I could produce evidence showing the time was incorrect, the charge would stand. I ultimately had to obtain third-party loading dock footage from my building confirming that the truck exited the property well before the time I was billed for. Only after providing this evidence did Bellhop adjust the invoice and issue a refund for the overcharge. While I appreciate that the correction was eventually made, the process was stressful, time-consuming, and entirely dependent on me gathering independent proof. There was no apology for the late arrival or acknowledgment of the additional costs I incurred. I paid a $650 deposit up front and moved my stuff and it took them from 8 AM until 6 PM to move my stuff into a two bedroom apartment. They then proceeded to charge me an extra $1350 after the fact. It felt like they were dragging their feet because I was being billed hourly. It got to the point where I started moving my own stuff and helping them load the truck just to move the process along. I have never had such a hard time resolving an issue with any service-based company in recent memory. Two of the three movers I paid for were an hour and hour and a half late. One of the movers showed up visibly drunk and was drinking liquor from a Gatorade bottle while moving my belongings. At one point he lit a joint while standing next to the truck. I raised the issue with the team lead, who acknowledged the guys inebriated state, after the drunk mover broke a wall sconce off my wall (and tried to blame me for it being on the wall and not "out of the way"), ripped half a light switch panel off the wall, dented a door, and more. Furthermore, the truck itself broke from the mile and a half drive from my old place to my new place. The truck door fell inward on top of my belongings, including my couch, which I had to pay to get professional cleaned after this ordeal. I tried to get in contact via phone and email with Bellhop at least a half dozen or more times in the days and weeks after my move. Despite no one returning my messages, the company charged my credit card AGAIN for the extra time it took for my move, even though it was due to the movers being late. To this day, not a single person has called or emailed me back. It wasn't until I disputed the charge with my credit card company that I received an automated message threatening to send me to collections if I did not pay. This is a scam operation with horrible service and no real people working for it to resolve issues. It is essentially robbery and you will be put in an unsafe (drunk workers) and unprofessional (zero customer service response) situation if you use this company. Under no circumstances should anyone ever use Bellhop Movers. UPDATE: I have submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Do not trust them. Not only did I make it easy for them by already packing everything so that we could just move everything within 5 hours, their workers decided to drag out the time. The first red flag was the truck driver arriving earlier before the time scheduled and telling me I must give him the scan code so that he could start the clock. The team of movers didn't arrive until almost two hours later and the team lead didn't show up despite texting me saying he's on the way and 5 minutes away. The movers later told me that he was sick the night before -- meaning they were all lying. I let it go and let the movers do their thing. They said they were going to wrap items to keep it safe but they either wrapped it partially or poorly. They only wrapped three things and STOPPED wrapping all of my other furniture. They then proceeded to lie to me and say they'll do more wrapping inside their truck. But they didn't.... This led to them scratching and damaging four of my bookshelves (it wasn't even minor scratches, they were completely scuffed and dented), my piano's legs were also dented and chipped, my dining table now has a missing piece of wood on the edge, my bedframe all chipped, and new king size mattress was ripped down the center. It was RIPPED. When they carried the mattress into my new location, they obviously knew it was ripped but didn't say a single thing. They leaned it against the wall where it was not visible. It wasn't until later on, when we had no choice but to finish up their work and assembled our own bedframe that we put the mattress down that we saw it was completely ripped. There was no way they didn't notice it when they moved it because literally it's a gash. They also broke our mirror. Not only were they slow-moving, they dragged the time. They eventually disappeared for over an hour, most likely to get lunch, which is good! They all deserve interval of breaks and get lunch BUT please at least let us know AND also stop the time. They continued to let the clock run, purposely charging our time. Before they left, one of the movers complained to me about the move and how he wasn't communicated ahead of time about how much stuff there was. I told him that I communicated with Bellhop and in fact was on a call with them, listing out every single furniture I had and where they were in the house AND also, I packed all the stuff into boxes so really, they're just moving boxes and furniture (only need to dissemble my bedframe and my dining table and my sofa). Eventually they were too slow and did not seem to want to finish the work so my husband and I ended up moving stuff to make it go faster and because of that, we decided to assemble our couch and bedframe together without them, despite the fact that I had paid them to do all of this. After they left, the company tried to charge me three times with the final bill and my bank alerted me as fraud and froze my card on my behalf. When I confronted Bellhop about it, they tried to explain that it's because I didn't fully pay them. I said, first, we still need to discuss the remaining amount they owe me for the damages because I submitted the claims form AND chose one of their options for damages compensation, which they try to get out of. So why would I give them the final bill before we're done discussing the compensation first and also recalculate for the time they purposedly charge me when they were two hours late and also disappeared for a chunk of time? Anyway, becareful of this company. I wouldn't go with them because for starters, they do not care about your stuff and second, they hire people who are not professionally trained to move things. And third, they are unprofessional when it comes to having a discussion You can get the same price with a better company with better integrity. Bellhop is NOT transparent with their prices and their final bill quote doesn't align with the hourly fees they charge. So do not trust them. They don't give you a proper break down either. My experience with Bellhop as a company was awful and I will never be using the service again. We were threatened with cancellation the night before if we did not move up our move, so we agreed. When the time comes--no one is there. This is not the mover's fault, as it turns out HQ did not communicate the time change to the mover. Moreover, one of the pros simply didn't show up. Lots of apologetic calls telling me they're looking for someone, while behind the scenes they're thinking of cancelling my move altogether on the spot. There was no industrial wrap as were told by HQ would be provided, only had blankets, so a larger item was scuffed. My partner ended up having to serve as another mover himself, defeating the point of us having hired a service in the first place. I will NEVER be using this service again. The pro that did show up for our move, Herbert, was excellent. He handled the situation with such grace and we can't thank him enough for it. He very will could have chosen not to follow through with the move given that he didn't have proper help. Also shoutout to our driver Kyle for stepping in to do some lifting for a bit. I used Bellhop in Washington DC to Waldorf MD. My assigned team of movers (Michael I. First Fleet, & Keith M.) and truck driver (Elijah A.) were AWESOME! Fast, efficient and reliable! They made my heavy furniture look like it weighed nothing. I was amazed. They wrapped everything and were even fast about that. It took about 2 hrs to load then about 40 minutes to unload. They even put the items in the rooms that i I wanted!!! I hear horror stories about moving companies and I was worried they would stall and take longer that the time I was given. But they moved soooo fast! I'm so happy I found bellhop! These specific movers took care with my items. I swear I couldn't keep up! I'd totally use Bellhop and request them again! Our Moving Day Team went above and beyond. They were funny, charming, organized, and professional. Their communication as a team was respectful, efficient, and made a positive atmosphere. They were careful with all of our delicate items, and even more careful with things I didn't even think of. Moving has been such a stressful situation, the team came in with big smiles and a can do attitude. They made fun conversation and complemented my horrific packing job. We had small issues with planning representatives, however they sent us an all star delivery team. During booking the website was very user friendly. There was an automatic link up to Google calendar once everything was booked. There was a Groupon we used as well. They company provided text alerts for a help number when the movers arrived. However after answering all the questions the follow up email was complicated. I called to talk to about what we had, we were moving from a one bedroom apartment that was a total of 586 square feet. To a 3 bedroom home, leaving behind the bed and couch. When talking to representative they made it see. Like we had way too many things and would need upgraded services of extra people and more time. They then had another person call me back questioning how many boxes I had. I was unsure because I was still packing. I gave them amount their website said and then they took that number and added 20 more. They asked the same questions listed on the website. It felt abrasive. Absolutely no customer service, zero accountability, no communication. It's insane. I know there are some good reviews out there, but i would say 50/50. and if im thinking that i have a 50/50 chance of getting a good experience.....im picking somewhere else. save your money, use a different company and save your time. My husband and I moved from our apartment on June 25, 2021 and it was the most traumatic experience of our lives. We hired 4 movers and only 2 people showed up. The other 2 movers said they would meet us at the other apartment, since they were late (FYI they never showed up). The move started at 2pm and ended at 2am the next morning! So horrible! Also, the movers broke our dining room table, living room lamp, entertainment table and kitchen dishes. We filed claims to get reimbursed for damages and the company only gave us $240. They didn't even come out to see the damages but said they would pay 60 cent per pound. How would you know how much something weighs by just looking at a picture!? This is a horrible moving company and we will NEVER use them again! We will NOT refer people here either. Now my husband and I are stuck buying new furniture that was not in our initial budget. My wife and I have hired Bellhop twice and used them once. The first time, we found them professional and quick, and they did a decent job for what we considered to be an affordable price. But our second experience, dear reader, is why you should be very cautious when hiring this company, and should have a backup option in mind. The second time we moved, a couple years after the first, we received a call at 7PM the night before our 8AM move, from Bellhop. Bellhop had apparently not been able to book a truck or driver for our move, had known about this situation all day, and instead of letting us know earlier in the day so we could make other arrangements, decided to call us the night before saying that they would keep trying to find a truck, and that they would give us a $200 credit if WE found and rented a truck instead. Oh, they also mentioned that we would have to drive any truck we rented, but fear not, their movers would very graciously do the moving of boxes and furniture between the truck and our locations, but nothing more. They also said they'd be happy to do the move on a different day for a small discount (I think it was about 10%, how generous); apparently, booking an apartment loading dock and taking time off work to move is just something they think most people can do on super short notice, and that it shouldn't be too difficult to switch our move-out date. Needless to say, we cancelled our booking with Bellhop and will not be ever using them again unless we're well and truly desperate. They not only exhibited egregiously poor planning, but possibly even worse, by neglecting to call us until very late the day before, they barely gave us a chance to find a company that could do it on such short notice. Luckily, we were able to find an actually competent mover at the last minute, and I'm off to their Yelp page now to give them a well-deserved 4 or 5 star review. Don't get fooled by their low rates and their discounts, If you tell them you have a small project which a one bedroom apartment is,they will make sure to send you one guy and making your move lengthier than you anticipated so they can still charge you enough and rudely they don't compensate you for the amount of inconvenience they caused by having only one mover! My experience with Bellhop was wonderful. Winston and Antonio arrived early and when they got to work, they did not stop. I was very impressed with how quickly they unloaded the truck and when they were done, they asked if there was anything else they could do. Very professional and hard working. Everything went very smoothly. I had hired a third person, but they didn't show up until everything was basically done (I didn't even see them). I got a call from Bellhop almost immediately to confirm that the third person hadn't been there and assured me that my bill would reflect only the two movers who had worked my job. Worlds worst moving company. 1. They over over an hour late yet charged us for the entire day 2. The movers took their tiiiime in between driving (a 20 minute drive turned into 3 hours)- claiming that there was traffic, their ubers cancelled, there was an accident. I stayed behind in location A. to clean for an hour, and by the time I left to go to location B, I saw them still there in the lobby! So- they lied. a Lot. 3. They broke and just apparently lost MANY items. Our tv is broken, mirror chattered, tv console's drawers don't shut anymore, 3 paintings damaged, many plates broken, many smaller items completed in shards (toiletries, glasses, smaller frames). Over 1k of big furniture /items lost - just not even brought in from the truck (probably because it was damaged so badly in the truck). FYI their reimbursement is 60 cents per pound of the item...so you do the math on a 200$ framed piece of artwork that probably only weights 5 pounds. 4. They broke items in front of us. Dropping items from tall heights. Shattering plates and then hurrying to clean them before we could take pictures. And- we've complained to bellhop and they gave us a PITIFUL refund. Never use this company, it's the worst I've ever encountered. Also, maybe the worst/most hilarious part: we have been in conversation with them for months to get some fraction of the over 1k$ of damages back. On top of that- check your bank accounts! 90 percent of the charges on their "Receipt" are incorrectly reflected on our credit card bills. Most of them are just off by 30-100$, but very wild to consider that their receipts are just incorrect by 100s of dollars. Something to keep in mind: often when hiring a moving company, you want reliability and are willing to pay a premium for the reliability. As opposed to hiring workers off the street or individuals. Well...the problem is, it seems Bellhop basically hires the same guys for you (off the street) without any central contact who is coordinating between them all. I hired them to unload a truck and all 3 men are basically walking around the building like clown cars unable to find the parking lot for the building. What's worse: they wouldn't call or answer my texts and after an hour told me that we need to reschedule. And then stopped answering my calls. Quite amazing. Predatory price gouging!! Quite literally the most traumatizing move I've ever experienced. What should have been a simple 8 block move of a 1 bedroom apt ended up being a two days affair to get the move done, (where among many issues I was left high and dry without movers for 3hrs they tried to bill me for, multiple items damaged, and having to rent MY OWN TRUCK) they then attempted to charge me 4 times the amount I was quoted. My bank even flagged it as fraud! After disputing charges all the way to a customer service manager named Jack, he only reduced it to still DOUBLE what I was quoted because that was "reasonable charges for services rendered". This company is an absolute disgrace and you should steer well clear from them. Not only had they sent the wrong amount of workers for the move, they also didn't provide the packing materials we ordered. When asked about how to resolve this, they told us to go to Home Depot ourselves and told us to get the wrong amount of packing materials, which is not at all something you expect from a full packing service as expensive as them. To add to the stuff up, they then left me on the phone for four hours trying to resolve this matter. Sales pushed off blame to customer service, who did not call me back for hours even while the job was live, and then left me on hold endlessly until eventually I spoke to Emil who cancelled my order (per my request). All the while claiming it was Home Depot's fault for not sending the boxes and not being accountable. Alex and Rob from the Sales team seemed nice enough but relatively incompetent and not focused on the job, and certainly didn't take the job or customers seriously. Again - steer the hell away from this terrible business. Shockingly bad experience. All three Movers were phenomenal (Breon, Nasir, and Tenoa). They started moving and staging immediately. Wasted no time and asked all the right questions before taking things. They also had expert techniques in getting especially awkward pieces out of narrow doors and had all tools ready to disassemble bed frame. Very thoughtful, personable movers that I would 100% hire again in the future. Driver (Eric) was lackluster at best. Driver was late arriving for the move and got lost driving to the second location. Wasting 30+ minutes of move time altogether. Driver also used a truck too tall to get through the storage unit making the move longer as well since we could not drive up. read more

TL;DR: Did not show up, customer service hell. I scheduled a last minute move through Bellhop. I got emails and texts on the morning of the scheduled move, stating "Today's the big day!" and with instructions on the move. Then, half an hour AFTER the movers were going to arrive, I got a text stating that Bellhop was "unable to schedule my move." Calling customer service was a 3 hour fiasco where no one could help me reschedule for as soon as possible. Will NEVER use this company again. read more

STAY AWAY is my advice. I've moved 15+ times in the last 15 years and 6 times since Covid started, and this move was by far the absolute worst. San Francisco to LA. Items already packed and in storage. SF-side loading was seamless. LA-side is when all the bad surprises started. I had confirmed several times with the sales person my requirements, including furniture assembly (and agreed to waive liability), unboxing of packed furniture items (not packed "stuff" boxes), and getting rid of all packaging. Day of move-in, first the team is mostly late; then I start hearing "we don't do that" about every single request. The team didn't even have basic items like cutters or assembly tools (thankfully I had inventories my boxes to quickly find my tools). After a lot of back and forth and mostly non-responsiveness of headquarters, thankfully the team on the ground wanted to help and got some of the stuff done, and then I had to patch the gaps last minute with other service apps, leaving me at the end of the day with much more stress, larger expenses than planned, and exhaustion than any other move for one that was relatively simple to start. My beds assembly was not well done (and they had thrown out a set of screws that they complained was missing, only to be found later by the diligent junk removal team from another company), we couldn't find my TV which they had thrown with art pieces and claimed they didn't unpack, only for me to find out weeks later that it was there after I'd purchased a replacement (and the original TV was broken). Learned that the service quality in LA fell abruptly as they don't have a local GM and instead it's managed by someone in a faraway state who has no idea what's on the ground. The final payment charged showed a lower amount than what was on the original bill so I appreciate what I assumed was goodwill and let it go. TWO MONTHS later, after I already filed my relocation expenses and having gotten a "Final" bill immediately after the move, I get an email informing me that they charged an extra $900 to my card without even my approval or heads up. I responded, giving them 48 hours to respond back before I escalate -- no response. A week later I disputed the charge with my card provider and 10 days later I decided it's time I share this experience publicly. Save yourself all the stress and pay a tiny bit more for real professional moving services. read more

My Bellhops team of Breon, Tanoa, Kadeem, and Jean made everything super easy and smooth for a local move (5 miles, townhome to single house). They carefully wrapped furniture and efficiently loaded and unloaded the truck. They were all very respectful of both houses and they carefully handled every moving item. I appreciated that they strictly followed covid protocol and wore masks as well. Every single one of them was professional and very friendly. It was clear that they gave their best effort to meet customer's needs promptly. The whole move was done under 3 hours! This is my second time using bellhops and this team did even better than the first time. I highly recommend these gentlemen, they are absolutely top notch!!! read more

*Still awaiting a resolution regarding the final price of the move. My FH contracted with Bellhop to move a 2bd apt to a 2bd apt 15 minutes away. The company quoted approximately $400 for two (2) movers for 4 hours. They required a 5% downpayment to reserve the booking. The day of the move, the lead mover (Breon - who was terrific, by the way) arrived at 8 AM. However, neither the truck nor the additional hired mover were present. Breon conducted a walkthrough while FH reached out to Bellhop to determine when the truck and second mover would arrive. Upon calling, we were informed that the second mover would not be arriving, and we would need to reschedule the move for another day. The truck also was not in transit. This was unacceptable for logistical reasons and took three calls to get same-day assistance. For 30 minutes following this call, Breon was on site, but there was no moving because there was no truck and no help. The truck arrived at 8:45 AM, but there was still no second hand. My FH decided to help Breon with the move until the second mover was sorted out. The second mover (the replacement) arrived nearly an hour later and informed us that he would need to leave the move an hour early (so he was unable to stay for the duration of the move). Upon arrival at the new residence, FH had helped move the apartment the entire time (especially the heavier items that we specifically hired help to move). 1.75 hours before completion, the second mover left, and Breon and my FH completed the move alone. To save time, they placed the majority of the items on the first floor (meaning more labor is required). Bellhop then attempted to charge FH $700 for the duration of the move (for the full 5.5 hours for two movers and the truck, although the move was actually completed in 4.5 hours with only one mover for the full duration). This charge is unacceptable. The truck arrived nearly an hour late, the original mover called out, the second mover could not complete the move, and FH had to work just as hard as the movers. Absolutely terrible. I had a move scheduled a week in advance. Only 1 guy showed up on the day, and without a truck! Customer Service NEVER (it's been 5 days now) contacted me. I missed my elevator reservation at the old building AND at the new building. This company has awful customer service and management. "Head quarters" hires local guys and tells them where to go to for jobs. This is like an Uber for moving. But it does not work well at all in practice. Terrible. read more

Horrible experience!!!! Nothing was wrapped as promised! Every single item (being very SERIOUS) that they loaded was damaged/broken/scratched etc. They told me that they would place covers/blankets and wrap my items but they didn't wrap ANYTHING!!! Also, all of them were late and nobody knew for about an hour where the truck driver was?! Telling me I had to call their office and either request if the driver will show or reschedule my move. Very unprofessional given the fact that they confirmed with me the night before via text that they would all be at my location at 8AM, they didn't show up until 9-9:30AM. Once they reach my new destination they were supposed to unload at 2PM the driver was there sleeping in his truck and talking on the phone while we were waiting the rest of the crew. Called me at 2.15PM to tell me they were 15mins away....ANOTHER LIE!!! They didn't show up until 3.30PM and when they opened the truck all my items were DAMAGED as mentioned earlier. Had to take pics of everything and file a claim! Lily with their claim team tried to offer me $264 to replace my entire bedroom (bed/armoire/tv chest)as well as my marble table and kitchen table..ALL of them DAMAGED!! Not sure what the $264 would cover??? Very INSULTING!!! The "Manager" JACK increased the amount to $400 and it was either take it or leave it offer and he did mention that he's the only one and nobody else above him to rectify my issue since his boss what on maternity leave and he was making the calls, his words where "our intent isn't to replace your items but to just provide a credit". To replace all my items would be $8K so the $400 doesn't buy me a bed or half of my stuff they damaged. I asked them to take the bed and damaged items with them since I wouldn't be able to use and the truck driver refused to do so since he had another job and he had nothing to do with those items, not wanting them on his truck.....NOW I have to find another company to dispose those items since they don't fit in my car to move them from my house that they left here, even though their rep.
