I continued coming here because they're around the corner from me, super convenient location and I wanted to support a local business that I had gone to for years. What was disappointing, was the way my concerns were handled. When I questioned the pricing on alterations, Sharon at the front counter told me that they have "thousands of happy customers" and don't need my business. I Was genuinely taken back by the disrespect. After years of supporting this business, I found that response arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. A long-time customer should never be made to feel that their business doesn't matter. If the pricing no longer worked for me, a professional response would have been to explain the costs and allow me to make my own decision.
