Last week, I took in a dress I wore to a wedding. It wasn't visibly dirty, but I had been dancing all night, so it definitely needed to be properly cleaned. When my husband brought it home, it still smelled like my perfume and sweat, as if it hadn't been cleaned at all. I Was genuinely taken back by the disrespect. After years of supporting this business, I found that response arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. A long-time customer should never be made to feel that their business doesn't matter.
