Fortunately it only stunk up a nearby bag in the dryer, I pulled sock out and put it on a machine away from me. No big deal, just weird. A masked lady who worked there was always around. 2nd time fine. 3rd-4th times fine. Last week, I washed and dried all my sheets and blankets using several machines. I read, answered emails during that time. I unloaded the dryers and my most expensive blanket was gone. I looked around, everyone on their phones, masked lady can't be found. Even tho I'm a perfect tenant, I was pushed out of my home recently, I'd always paid the rent, respectful to everyone, an influx of illegals tripled our rent and everyone except illegals , their friends, and a few wealthy tenants got to stay. It was city-wide. I can't ever afford that specific blanket ever again, they may think they struck gold, but I can't help it, I don't respect thieves nor liars. They cheap and low. I refuse to have to sit and stare at my laundry while it's drying. I was very upset for rest of day that anyone would steal from poor people, that's entirely gross. I'm not going to insult animals by calling them animal names, and I'm not going to call them slimy. Of course I won't have anything to do with that slimy place again. Thousands of other laundromats not too different, but not there.

Was turned away once when my husband and I came in the evening even though the sign said last wash…read morewasn't for another 30 mins so we were pretty disappointed. Came back to give it another try since it's close by but won't be back in the future. Half of the machines were broke and even the ones that were supposed to be working didn't seem to. One of the loads we started the water spilled in gallons out of the bottom for lack of a good seal. When we made the girl working there aware she didn't seem to be in any rush to help. She laid two towels over the water (which didn't make any kind of difference compared to the amount of water on the ground) and put up a caution sign. There was at least an inch of water on the floor. Then she didn't put up a sign or anything to say it wasn't working and another lady almost tried to use it but I warned her not to. It wasn't until the owner (I assume he was) came by almost an hour later did it get mopped up. It seems that this was a common issue because there were towels bunched up on the other aisle below other washers as well. Inside was very hot.

I put my clothes in the dryers and stepped out briefly to pick up my mom. When I came back (about 15 minutes later) the employee had taken my clothes out of two of the four dryers I was using, even though the laundromat was empty and there were plenty of open dryers. She said another customer need it the dryers, and later claimed her employer told her to remove unattended loads. I told her that I 100% agreed when is busy and no dryers are available. What bothered me most is the inconsistency! on a previous visit, when the laundromat was extremely busy, I waited over 45 minutes for an unattended dryer because the staff told me removing clothes would be an "invasion of privacy." I used to like coming here and would drive 7-8 minutes from home, even with laundromats closer to me. But after today, I won't be returning.

She found me a bigger machine that would fit all of my dirty-nasties for $2.75 and it did the job! Most of all, I like a place that offers to dry your clothes for free. Will be coming back for sure.
