Called ahead to order and was told to be sure I was there within 15 mins because they close at 8. I get there, The gentleman at the register is completely flustered and confused doesn't even know what my order is even though I referred to the number they gave me over the phone. I paid for my order and stand there for approximately 20 minutes to keep getting told that they apologize for the wait but there's 'alot on the grill' ... sorry not that's not my problem. as other people come in after me and leave before. The only reason I ordered from here because Bigfoot the rising sun was closed I decided to try something new. I'll definitely stick to Bigfoot especially considering the price for six tiny little mac & cheese bites. Not worth it at all definitely wasted my money. And not to mention the gentleman at the register Was touching his face and even biting his finger nails with his fingers in his mouth. So much for sanitary! read more

So this little hole in the wall spot is a dive, which is fine. Large portions and good prices including by 3 get one free. We only had 3 people and we're going camping so I didn't want a 4th sandwich I asked if she could give me the fries ($2 less than the sandwich) for free, she said no. The BBQ bacon cheese steak had almost no bacon, and was disappointing. The beef steaks were good, not great, but good. If I lived near here, I doubt I would be a frequent customer. I don't get to Oxford much anymore, but did live there many years ago. Bellbusters was always a favorite. I just split their LARGE cheese steak with my wife, and it's as good as always. TOP DRAWER for sure. French fries are a disappointment though. WHY did they drop the crinkle cut fries? Some of us old people still love crinkle cut fries. It might just be for the nostalgia though, who knows. Just wish they still have them. read more

Be careful ordering mild wings - they're not! While the staff was friendly and my husband's cheesesteak wasn't too bad, the mild wings were NOT mild. My husband and son whose tastebuds can handle more heat than mine also agreed. Either they made a mistake and made them hot when I ordered mild and the box said mild, or their mild sauce needs a new name. The size of the wings was pretty good but please consider toning down the sauce so I don't have to go the plain or bbq route. read more

I am very disappointed...I never write negative comments on a restaurant as I've owned one before. That being said, I hope they use my criticism to take an honest look at their business in order to improve. First, the people are very nice! I believe that they do try to do a good job, their sandwiches are very good! Their very biggest problem is they obviously do not know how to time their orders properly... Every time I've been there, wether it's daytime, early evening, late at night, weekends, weeknights, there is people standing next to me complaining about how slow they are...because I know how slow they are I ordered over the phone, I was told 20-25 minutes, no problem, I get there in 25, the people next to me ask the sweet young girl if their order is ready...yet? She checks they said another few minutes for the last sandwich...they don't know how to time all the sandwiches to be ready together? The woman tells me she's been waiting 45 minutes, it was another 15 min. before they got their food, mine was 20 more minutes, and I called ahead!! Ugggh. The woman who was there tonight I vw heard her tell me as well as others every excuse when people complain about the wait times. We're busy, it's game night, it's lunch time, it's dinner time... Here's your solution, take it or leave it...look at your numbers historically, days that are busy, times that's are busiest, holidays, sporting event days, etc...staff properly to handle your customer base. Additionally, I tried to look through the glass at your grill, I couldn't see but I'm gonna take a guess that they don't know how to cook more that one sandwich at a time...count your hot sandwiches from the first 3 checks, and get them cooking on the grill! Someone else do the cold sandwiches and toppings, if need be, put someone on fryer. I've NEVER seen more that 3 people working at any given time, girl in front taking orders, answering phones, wrapping orders, taking money! Then only 2 people cooking?? Your problem is obvious to your customers, do you not care? It will eventually catch up with you as customers grow weary of the wait....At least the sandwiches were good, just inexcusable wait times! read more

15 years ago I had these sandwiches and they were amazing. Lots of meat and cheese you couldn't beat it. They were absolutely amazing. I don't know if they changed ownership or what but they definitely have gone down hill. Less meat on the sandwiches and very dry. I go here still on occasion but it's not like it was. Been a customer for a Belly Busters for 20 years. Tonight was the worst night I've ever had anything from the shop. I ordered tunafish hoagie, a small one to travel, and one to have this evening. What they did was pack the center (tuna salad et al) in paper instead of plastic wrap. They used drenched wet lettuce so when I went to open it I got drenched with essence of tuna, is the best way I could describe it, all over my shirt, pants, all over my chair and when I called to complain about how they packaged it making it inedible because of the paper being mixed throughout the inside of the sandwich. I was told to bring it back. At this point it was on a paper plate having drenched it's wrapper all it was was a plate of mush. I also have a broken foot and it was pouring rain. Instead of accommodating a 20+ year customer, they would rather loose my patronage. I've returned thing there before quite seldomly, but over the years the quality of Mr. Masons establishment has suffered. Going from an establishment that you could rely on to one that is no longer the first thought when ordering a sub or hoagie. Maybe instead of upgrading his web site Mr.Mason should have invested in more competent employees. read more

The buffalo chicken cheesesteak here is one of the best I've had. If I could I would eat at Belly Busters for dinner every night.

we use to eat here all the time but in the past year I have gotten sick everytime after eating !! found a long hair in my steak sandwich, & I think it has gotten dirty, so we simply stopped going, to bad use to be very good food their & clean. read more
