Yeah, I stopped by this place to get a chai latte (my favorite drink) yesterday on my way to an event. I ordered a chai, The cashier said, "What size? Small, medium, large?" I said, "Medium is good." Oh, and I asked for it to not be too hot. I also asked for Almond or Oat milk. She charged me like $5.95 + $1.00 for almond milk, which came out to $7.00+ with tax. Then, she proceeded to soak a tea bag in hot water and add almond milk. I should have just walked out! But, I decide to inquire as to why I was charged so much when on the menu it said that a hot or iced tea was only $3.50, which is what I was getting. Then she said, "well, but you asked for a medium, which is a dollar more." For hot water? Basically, it was a complete joke of service and pricing!!! Again, I should have just walked out, but I had already paid $7.00+ for a hot tea w/ almond milk. So frustrating...!!! I should have known when the place looked all nice and sterile inside with two doors and one of them didn't even have any handles. I joked when I walked in the other door how I went to the first one with no handles and was like, "what am I supposed to do with that?" She replied, "just push." I was thinking, "On what? A sheet of glass with a metal frame? That's not safe!" And, there was no sign. read more

Biggest issues here: the customer service and wait time. Please tell me why it takes 20-30 minutes for a coffee and a muffin? For the time it takes, you would think they are making the muffin from scratch, then having to bake it all while you wait. One. Muffin. At. A. Time. Maybe they are? If so, they should communicate that because holy moly. I have been here four times and each time is cringier than the last. I've never once been greeted when I walk in, nor has the wait time been less than 20 minutes. The staff all seem to hide in the back like maybe they are aware of how long it's taking and they just don't want to face you? The other day I called from inside the facility and the girls just talked amongst themselves in the kitchen, letting the phone ring. I called three times and not once did they even gesture towards attempting to answer the phone. It just blows my mind that people still attempt to get a coffee here. Unless you have ALL DAY to wait for your food and drink, do yourself a favor and skip this one. read more

The barista was friendly and made it a point to learn my name. I ordered an Americano and an Iced Caramel Latte for my wife. We both enjoyed our drinks. The coffee tasted balanced and has a nice depth of flavor. We really enjoyed our drinks. The shop is also well decorated and had a very welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. We also ordered a bagel and cream cheese. I was expecting it to be toasted but it wasn't, not a huge deal as it may just be a preference thing but something to note in the future. read more

The first time I came here it was lacking in some areas. However the second time there were lots of improvements. They had music playing, everything came out in a timely manner, the staff was friendly and attentive. I'd say the prices seem a little high but these days I expect it. For example my double shot shakano was the same price as my oat milk matcha around $6. Seems a little unbalanced considering the one drink is just shaken espresso shots. I asked for light ice and they definitely delivered, it had maybe one or two pieces of ice. I could've gone for a little more. Bagel BLT was good and crispy but I think they could definitely up the quality by using better bagels. They seem like Sara Lee or something. My friend got a cortado and said it tasted like the milk had been left out and it gave her a stomach ache. Could've been a fluke but it is out of the ordinary to get a latte that is anything but tasty here. The indoor space in here is great and can accommodate small or large groups. Keep it up Belnano! This is the best coffee place in town! Delicious coffee! I can definitely tell the difference in the quality of the beans and the care that is put in the roasting. I stopped at Belnano Coffee this morning for a cup to keep me awake for my drive to Newbury Park. The place was spotless with lots of room to study, write or visit with a friend. The service was exceptional and the coffee was the best I've had in a long time. I didn't know they served food, too. When I have more time, I'll have to try that, too. read more

What a cute place! And the coffee is super delicious - I had the iced mocha 2 days in a row. You can taste the coffee! It's strong and tasty. It doesn't taste watered down, burnt, syrupy, or sugary.
