Today i called AAA at 8am for a tow less than 4 miles away from home and i was told it would take 90 minutes for them to show up. After an hour i called Beltrans and was told they couldn't get anyone to my location for an hour. I thanked them for the info and hung up. Five minutes later Beltrans called back to ask if i still needed a tow and i said yes. They showed up at 9:30 and the AAA tow truck had still not contacted me. I got my car home and thanked the driver and i am very thankful to Beltrans because AAA just sent me a text stating they were on their way and would reach me at 1:20pm. I have been back at work since 10:40am; can't imagine sitting in my car until AAA showed up. read more

My car was giving me trouble on Monday night. It was shaking as I parked it in front of my house. By the time I wanted to take it to the mechanic it was shaking really bad. I needed a tow to the mechanic on short notice because I didn't want to break down on the road. Anthony was polite, quick to respond and showed up on time. These guys are great! I bought a salvaged car from an insurance auction and the car didn't run. In fact, one of the front wheels had a broken tie rod, so it wouldn't even roll correctly. Seriously, Cesar and Beltran's towing is the best in the business! 1000% recommend. Good guy, great service and willing to do whatever it takes to get you and your vehicle safely to where it needs to go. And I've had some really bad and some really good towing experiences. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere for half a day. Other companies were quoting us an arm and a leg to go 50 miles into Vegas. AAA drivers cancelled several times to try to swindle us to pay more money "privately". So we got a hold of Cesar, and he drove 3 hours (185 miles) to tow us another 3 hours (another 185 miles) all the way back to Chino. Not only was he just rad, great conversations and someone we now consider a friend- but he went above and beyond at a fair and reasonable rate. Could not recommend someone better for private tows, and he will JUMP to your call. You don't have to wait hours for AAA to figure something out. Cesar will come through. read more
