    My AC stopped working and i immediately reached out to several companies and High Quality responded within minutes and was able to come to my house within a few hours after another job they had. The repair person explained everything to me and he was able to fix the issues quickly. Clogged pipes cleared out. The cost was reasonable and he explained what I need to do to maintain my HVAC system yearly. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I'd use them for future services.

    When my house's AC gave out in the middle of a bad heatwave, Jerry and his team came out to investigate. He had been by a few months before to inspect and repair my compressor. After discussing several possible options, we decided it was time to replace my house's HVAC unit. He gave me a very good price quote for the service and it was exactly what I ended up paying -- no hidden extra costs. Other HVAC contractors would not suggest other options besides total replacement and gave me much higher quotes. The team was on-time and put down drop cloths throughout our finished basement to minimize any cleanup. They quickly and quietly removed the old unit while I worked from home on the floor above--no issues. The new unit was installed and functional just a couple of hours later, bringing much-needed cool air into our home for the first time in weeks. The next day, I discovered a small amount of water leaking from a plug and heard a strange fluttering noise coming from the unit. Jerry came out quickly and resolved both issues without any extra cost. The fluttering turned out to be loose tape on one of the ducts--Jerry left me extra tape in case I heard that issue again. I highly recommend this team to address and resolve any HVAC issues in your home.

    Installed smart thermostat. Once it's setup, you actually don't need WiFi. It works as a normal thermostat. However, the Alexa app claims it will help you save on energy cost.

    Working furnace now

    My furnace was not working and my house was so cold. High Quality Multi Service came out and was able to fix the issue quickly. I was so thankful that my family did not have to be in a cold house this winter. Moving forward I will have high quality coming to service all of my furnace and air conditioning needs.

    The true quality of a company is revealed when something goes wrong. And in this case it did and…read morethe results were bad. I hired the company to repair my washer. Diagnosis visit was great. Not so good after that. First repair appointment was cancelled during my scheduled appointment window because the part wasn't in yet. Second repair appointment, Mohamed showed up for the repair only to realize he had picked up the wrong part. The worst part was how he handled it. He said he had to drive back to Alexandria to get the right part. I had another contractor appointment at another property and told him my schedule was very challenging. He immediately became angry and literally started yelling at me. Said he was very busy too and this was messing up his whole schedule, exclaiming that it wasn't his fault. I was hoping to discuss our schedules to figure something out but he was losing it. I was trying to figure out what to do and he was yelling, "decide! decide!". Overwhelmed, I decided I would tell him go get it and come back and I'd try to figure out a solution in the meantime. After he left, I messaged the company and asked that they send another tech. They didn't have another tech. They refused to answer the phone and were not apologetic. Fortunately I was able to get my husband to come home from work and be there. At this point I was very upset and didn't ever want to see that man again. When Mohamed returned he fixed the dryer and apologized to my husband, but not to me, even though he was still texting me. Said he was really stressed. A little over a month later the part failed. It made me sick that we had to go back to the same company. They again said they didn't have another tech so again I had my husband be there for the appointment. I realized that likely there is only one Mohamed and the owner and tech are the same person. In spite of everything that had happened - the canceled appointment during the appointment time, showing up with the wrong part and yelling at me for it - he charged us $79 trip charge to replace the failed part. Said his labor warranty was 30 days. Here he had an opportunity to do something to compensate for his previous behavior and last minute cancellations, but he chose not to. I will never use this company again and do not recommend at all. So many good reviews but when things go wrong, beware.

    I'm a certified home inspector and Nestor installed my new AC and Furnace correctly. It was a BIG…read morejob. I trusted them to completely replace our system, and they did it quickly, efficiently and at a good price. And Nestor had followed up on multiple requests I had to make a couple of adjustments so that our new system was running perfectly. It's 95F today and our new Bryant AC is running COLD air and holds it's own. I got estimates from multiple providers who wanted to rip me off because my furnace was broken on the coldest day of the year. Nestor gave me an honest quote and didn't give me excuses like "I need to do extra sheet metal work" or "your system needs a new flue". He figured out what was the best midrange furnace and AC for our house and quickly installed it so our house wouldn't freeze up. His installation was up to code. The Nest thermostat didn't work at first but when I mentioned it wasn't working, he came back the next day and fixed it. The aC and furnace he installed are quiet and energy efficient. He also installed a high quality air filter. I looked for leaks in his duct work and I couldn't find any. He correctly set up the condensate drip line to extend 1 feet past the foundation of the home. I do wish he put a more sturdy mat for my aC, time will tell if it shifts and he has promised to come back if I need any adjustments.

They cleaned it out and it worked for a year. Then it failed entirely and they gave me prompt emergency help despite it being the weekend. I had them replace it with a new heat pump version. Nestor gave me great knowledgeable advice about the options and how to navigate the 2025 change in the refrigerant regulations. Very competent and very competitive rates!

I was informed that the pipes would have to be replaced because my system was corroded! During this conversation, I noticed that the *meter was still in place!! Earl informed me that the *meter would be removed and reinstalled in order to get to the water heater out of the space; I was remembering that it wasn't removed with the prior installation. After sending multiple pictures, giving the year that my home was built, and believing I was dealing with exceptional professionals, I was not expecting any surprises. After being presented with an unexpected fee, I called Earl and he didn't take responsibility for not informing me that there could be a chance that the condition of my pipes could be an issue ... at this point I'm remembering to breath and just asking Jesus to take the wheel!! "Supply and install new manufacture required expansion tank and relief valve vent tube" was included in the initial proposal. Looking at the before and after pics, the condition of my pipes was not an oversight! Please be careful and request an itemized statement with the proposal b/c Earl informed me that b.c the *meter was not removed, I received a credit and only owed an additional $100 ...what a shame. He claimed to have spoken with my tenant, understood the issue, and could come later that day for an inspection. He stated clearly that there would be a flat rate inspection fee of $59.95, as advertised and above message sent to me via your Yelp page. I provided my credit card number based on that agreement and waited for updates. By 8 PM, I had received no call. Upon contacting my tenant, I learned that the plumber had visited, did minimal work, stayed for less than an hour, and left. I immediately checked my credit card and found an unauthorized charge of $495. The next morning, I called your number but received no answer. When I reached the plumber directly, he admitted he was going to call me but chose not to because it was "too late." He claimed the $495 was a "inspection fee" and that an additional $450 would be needed to complete the repair. We had a brief dispute, and I informed him I would pursue this matter through formal channels. I have since disputed the unauthorized charge with my credit card company and am awaiting resolution. Meanwhile, your continued efforts to contact the property owner through third parties to seek payment are inappropriate and unacceptable. I hereby put you on formal notice of the following: Your advertising and initial representations were deceptive and constitute fraud; You intentionally avoided contacting the cardholder at the time of visit under the pretense of it being too late; You charged a significantly higher amount without authorization; No actual repair was performed since the water was still leaking. and I have written statements, messages, and screenshots from multiple tenants to confirm this. You are instructed to cease all informal contact attempts with me or any associated parties. This matter will be resolved solely through formal and lawful means. If you believe you have a legitimate claim, you are entitled to pursue it through legal channels--as am I.     chose AG Heating Cooling Duct Cleaning in 2025 because their quote was cheaper than other…read morecompanies. I paid approximately $7,900 for the installation of a new Trane HVAC system. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very expensive mistake. The Trane air conditioning system they installed had refrigerant leaks from the very beginning due to poor installation workmanship. The company promised a one-year warranty and service support, but they never came to inspect the system despite multiple requests. Because we have another HVAC unit serving the attic and the outdoor temperatures were not extremely high for much of the year, we did not realize there was a problem until the summer of 2026, when the weather became much hotter. At that point, we discovered that the newly installed system had essentially lost all of its refrigerant and was barely providing any cooling. After contacting AG again, they finally came out but charged additional fees for leak detection. Even after charging for diagnostics, they were unable to identify any leaks. Instead, they attempted to sell me an additional "leak sealant" service for approximately $395, which I declined. I then hired another HVAC company. They were able to quickly locate two refrigerant leaks, both at the original brazed joints installed by AG. These leaks were found directly at the installation connections and strongly suggest poor workmanship during the original installation. After I provided this information and evidence to AG, the company stopped responding entirely and ignored all further communications. As a result of the prolonged refrigerant loss, I am now concerned that the compressor may also have suffered damage from operating under low refrigerant conditions. I strongly recommend that homeowners carefully consider other HVAC contractors before hiring this company. A lower initial price is not worth poor workmanship, lack of warranty support, unnecessary additional charges, and being abandoned when serious installation problems are discovered. Extremely disappointed with the installation quality, customer service, and accountability. I have photos, videos, and leak test results confirming that the leaks originated from the original installation joints. Please think carefully before trusting this company with a major HVAC installation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ This response does not address the actual facts. I requested an inspection only two months after installation because I was concerned the system was not operating properly. The company refused to come out. Less than one year after installation, the system had lost essentially all of its refrigerant. After AG charged me $220 for leak detection and failed to locate the leaks, another licensed HVAC company found two leaks at the original brazed joints installed by AG. These were installation-related leaks, not "third-party errors." No third party had worked on or altered those joints before the leaks were discovered. The company later offered to refund the $220 leak-detection fee if I deleted my review. I refused. Instead of accusing the customer of intimidation, the company should explain why a newly installed system lost its refrigerant, why it refused to inspect the system when first contacted, and why another company was able to quickly find two leaks at AG's original brazed connections.
