I honestly don't think a company like this is too far off from many other company contractors that use sub-contractors, that do sub par work, below average communication, and then make you pay a fortune for the work. I had major water damage at my house about a year ago, I was referred to Beltway Builders, through what I thought was a "genuine" Public Adjuster because what happened was such a massive claim, damage and rebuild. From initial assessment to completion of the project, it took 4 months. I will say the PM for my project was pretty good at getting back with me for the most part, and kind. Also, I liked the contractors that did the rebuild of my house. However, overall the experience could've been better. After the project was finished, I did experience some issues that required the contractors to come back, or things that were left undone--I get it no one is perfect, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they came back to repair at no costs due to a warranty. However, I recently had an issue that required attention, in which I attributed to their previous workmanship which caused the problem. After diagnosis the issue, they decided it wasn't apart of the contract, nor their fault so they wouldn't cover it. I didn't argue with them, but it's no coincidence that this problem occurred a few months after work was finished. Long story short, they had one of their sub contracting companies come out to fix it, I had to pay the expense out of pocket, much more than I thought to be worth. Then to only a couple days later, have a different contractor come out from a different company to find out that the issue still remained, indicating the person who came out didn't find the source of the issue and was not able to resolve it, yet I several hundreds of dollars. Come to find out, the source of the problem came from the original workmanship of Beltway Builders during my initial project, but because I was not up to waiting for them to come back out, nor going back and forth with them about paying for it, or reimbursing me for portion of the services, I just lost out on a large chunk of money. When I tried to contact, of course now everyone goes silent. They will follow up, call you, return your calls and messages when they want a client, but when tables turned and you need them to handle or dispute something, they disappear. Recommended finding a good rated business. Moral of the story, find a good general contractor or company that is consistent, a jack of many trades, responsive, and reasonable. Thankfully, I have found someone like this, so I am not at the mercy of these contracting companies whose bottom line is quantity over quality. read more

My remodel was started in NOV 2014. The salesman did the typical song and dance about how much they care about their customers....blah blah. Told me how they remodeled Michael Phelps bathroom and such. Work began around mid NOV with the demo being complete. He did an excellent job demo-ing but the next "worker" was completely incompetent. He attempted to re-plumb the shower and ended up flooding my downstairs bathroom. Once he figured out how to redo that mess he still has another leak somewhere. He assured me he would be back the next day to fix it and never showed up. 2 days later he comes to the house after I called and complained about the leak.......what does he do to fix it???? Shoves a piece of bread in the pipe and goes home. I called the main contractor and told him I did not want the man back at my house. Enter "worker" number 2. After giving me his stellar resume for 2 hours he begins work. I will let you judge by the pictures if you think he did a good job. I would also encourage you to contact me if you would like to see the work that was completed. Here are the issues hat I have: (keep in mind this was $8900) 1. Exhaust fan is not centered over the hole in the ceiling. 2. Tile grout is constantly molding. Was informed that it is not sealed. 3. Prep of the walls was not completed properly. Skim coat is not done properly. 4. Grout is already cracking in places. 5. Bath spout is very loose. I've been informed by a plumber that the pipe was cut too long and will have to be removed. 6. Casing around the door is painted a different color (see pic) 7. Worker 2 handed me a half empty container of grout haze cleaner and said, "here you go, it should come right off". 8. Threshold will have to be reinstalled. I know people would ask, "why did you pay them, or why did you sign off on the job". My simple answer is, I'm in the Military and was deploying in December. I simply wanted the workers out of my house and wanted to be done with the company. I have since returned home and have the time to warn everyone. What a huge disappointment. They called IMMEDIATELY to make an appointment. They were to be here between 11:30 and 1:00. They managed to arrive at about 1:45. Not a big deal except they sent an email at 12:30 asking me to verify the address and send a bunch of rules about who needs to be here to discuss the work that needs to be done. So both of our days are completely disrupted. No one let me know they were running late - they had a 90 minute window and missed it by 45 minutes with no call - nothing. Once he gets here, he now wants an engineering report that he will be happy to sell me, so that he can actually give me a quote for the work. I told him I had an inspection report with pictures to show him what needs to be done. Not good enough. This was the second estimate I was looking for to compare - the other company came out, gave the estimate and was done in 30 minutes with the estimate the next day. These guys want money to even start looking at it to give a quote. Since they don't want the business, I don't need their quote. These guys look like they are not in it for the right reason. Not punctual, and don't want the work when they are here. Stay away. read more

When I called them, I was told to track down the worker who came to my house MYSELF and ask what was going on. I reluctantly did this only to by shunned a second time. Complete waste of my time. I wish I had seen these reviews before hiring Beltway Builders. I located them on Home Advisor to lay a concrete pad. After getting estimates from three contractors, we selected Beltway Builders. . . .BIG MISTAKE. Who lays a concrete pad against the fence. Yes. . .they put the contract on the fence...what type of contractor does that. When we called, they stated that they normally do that, to avoid weeds from growing. . .what kind of mess is that?? One more thing. . .rude customer service. When I told him there was a crack, he disagreed with me and told me that he wasn't going to discuss it anymore; then proceeded to walk away. When I told him that I was not going to pay the balance, he was ready to talk. They came back and did a terrible patch job. The pad is only a week old. It looks more than 5 years old. No more business from me. Just the other day a coworker asked if I knew of a handy-person, I told them no. I didn't even mention Beltway Builders. Wish I could rate them a big fat zero. I wish I read the reviews before handing this company my deposit for my driveway. The first red flag began when after I gave my project manager my deposit, I was NOT contacted for a start date for 3 weeks. I called BB and they informed me my project manager was let go -- when this was not true at all. Sent into an unnecessary panic about the validity of my project manager. This however forced everything along with a proper start date. Following that mix up, I noticed They, and by they, I include project manager and a "scheduling manager" either don't respond to your messages and only do respond after hounding BB customer service via text and phone. When work is finally scheduled and they provided me a date and time they don't show up and the cycle begins - hounding BB, project manager etc. via call and text. This company is a big, disorganized mess. With every day of scheduled work I've had to hound for a new date and time: the initial date, the follow up date and even right now even for cleanup and the last day for finishing the project after two no call no shows. Be forewarned If there is any debris left over for their job expect a week or so before they get to cleaning it up. If you live in a strict area, expect to get fined for this! Which I'm honestly expecting. In total two weeks of headache, pulling teeth to get anywhere, and frustration. Not worth the headache. The quality of the work thus far has been great but it's NOT worth it. Choose a mom and pops, a small business, anything is better than this nightmare of a company!! ONE STAR - I had the last estimate of the day - the person that came to give me a free estimate was not happy to start seemed angry to have to bother at doing his job. As I described the project he grew rude to the point where I asked him to leave. He then spent 15 minutes more (all I wanted him to do was leave) telling me off and telling me what I could not do and what the company would not do. he cursed at me - and told me my biggest problem was that he was being honest. My review is based solely on the initial contact and visit. I opted not to use their services. My project: My bathroom was tiled by a professional re-model 2 yrs ago. Tiles are now all loose, apparently the mortar didn't fuse to the tiles, I could lift them up easily. Also, subfloor likely un-even. Therefore, I want a new re-tile. Pros: Called back immediately after inquiry (within 20 min). Scheduled me for an in-home visit the next day (free). The visit window was 1 hour (4-5pm), they showed up promptly at 4pm. Clean and courteous. Seemed intelligent and eager to do a thorough job. Cons: Primarily, the cost. $3,600 to re-tile a 30 sq ft bathroom, taking 2-3 days. Includes removing one toilet and a simple small vanity. Square room, simple tile layout. Includes removing old tile, and replacing/re-prepping subfloor. Did I mention all the tiles are loose and I had already lifted out the majority of them in tact? I had also removed all base boards too. Lastly, they said they would email me an itemized quote, but only if I emailed them first and agreed to the job. So much for an in home consult. Why can't I see the breakdown first? Also, he figured the entire thing out during a 5 minute consult, that was it. In the end, I opted to tackle the project myself. All subfloor material removed down to the plywood in less than 3 hours (they wanted approx $800 just for that) Materials required are very easy to use when it is a simple 30 sq ft room. All said and done, with tools and materials, my project will be maybe $700-800. Not saying the company is bad ( I didn't hire them), but $3600 seemed very very excessive. read more

If I could give this company a ZERO I WOULD!!!!! I'm not one to complain or write reviews but I'm a little tired of the run around with this company. I first contacted Beltway Builders back in 4/18, for a leak in my kitchen roof. Dan Mayo (unlicensed by Maryland Home Improvement Commission found out 11/26/18), came out wrote up the contract and the work was to be performed. The work was done Around the last week of August. I contacted Beltway Builders and Dan Mayo on 9/2/18 to find out if someone did the work because I was NEVER notified about the completion of the project. To add my roof was still leaking. He came back out after I had to place a few calls to Beltway Builders this ended up being the pattern for said problem. I showed Dan the crappy job that was completed. You can look at my roof and see how poorly the job was executed. Dan was trying to explain the crappy job then switched the "problem" from the roof to the skylight which was never mentioned and now an additional cost. He also, told me to go through my insurance company since I was complaining about the additional cost. I asked since the problem wasn't corrected the first time could they retarp my roof because we were getting so much rain (I'm providing the materials) until they get the problem fixed. I was told I had to pay an additional 1200.00 for them to tarp my roof using my tarp. Meanwhile, its raining in my kitchen and my stuff is being damaged. De'Angelo, kindly informed me they are doing work on the exterior of my house and WOULD NOT be responsible for any damages on the interior. Even though my roof is still leaking on the inside of my home because of them. He also, informed me I don't have a warranty that will cover anything even the roof repairs that was never done properly. I informed him my call wasn't about a warranty it was about the job not being properly completed and the POOR workmanship, which is never address when I speak with this company. I have 2 problems. 1) Poor workmanship 2) It's still raining in my kitchen I cant finish the renovations to my kitchen because my roof is still leaking therefore I cant put the installation, drywall or the ceiling back up because of the water coming in the house via the roof down the side of the wall and seeping behind my cabinets. Now, I have to replace all of the plywood that was installed back in 9/2018 due to it being wet, mildew and moldy. My electric bill is going up daily because I have to take additional measures to heat my kitchen because the roof is still exposed to the element. My kitchen is super cold and wet. My wood cabinets and floors are being damaged because of the water. I also, have 3 asthmatic children 5, 3 and 9 months who are suffering daily due to these conditions. I have called Beltway builders and Dan Mayo almost weekly to get this matter taken care of. Now, I'm still waiting on a skylight since September, my roof is still leaking. All I can get from this company is the run around and I will get back to you. I've spoke with Mike, Ms. Shirley, Ms. Victoria, Dan Mayo, De'Angelo the production manager and the list goes on. On, 11/26/18 I informed the Production Manager & Dan that Dan Mayo wasn't a licensed sales person by the State of Maryland (HIC) Dan became irate and ended the call with De'Angelo and I. De'Angelo also, told me I was wrong about Dan not holding a license and all of their sales people had a license but he could not check the status because his HR office was close. Dan Mayo license was expired 10/2005 or Daniel Mayo was terminated from Mid Atlantic Water Proofing and his license expired 3/18. All of this is public information via http://www.dllr.maryland.gov/license/mhic/ or by calling 410-230-6309. However, neither name holds a license for MD. At this point I don't know what to do. The ONLY licensed contractor/Sales Person for Beltway Builders is Joseph Butts whom I never saw, met or performed work on my house. So, please check the licenses for "their contractors & sales people! HAHAHAHA... as I'm typing I received a call from De'Angelo to inform me of my 2 options... 1) to sign a waver exempting them and granting a refund or 2) wait until tomorrow for them to inform me on the skylight but the crappy job previously perform would not be fixed. Then it went from Dan Mayo having a license, so I asked for his license number now he is stating Maryland gives sales people a 1 year grace period for license renewal. That's a BOLD FACED LIE. Once you cross me I check everything! So, not only am I completing this review. I have contacted MD License Division, the BBB and my Lawyer. This company is full of CRAP! Now, 5 mins. after posting this review I get a call from Patti the owner of the company. She never called during this entire process. She calls now... HAHAHAHA. My contract has been expired but I wish I had not contacted your company at all due to unacceptable service provided by a project manager Daniel (Dan) Mayo. He visited my house in February 2019 examining the work required to repair the siding damaged by a high wind. We sighed a contract expecting the work to be done. And over a month later and a number of randomly answered, hardly returned phone calls and emails Mr. Mayo said that this work is too small for him. Exactly according to the company logo banner "Big or Small, We do it ALL!". I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. You are better off going on YouTube and buying the supplies yourself. Between the over priced work with the flimsy "1 year warranty", you are better off doing the work yourself. You would probably end up with a better end results. We learned about Beltway Builders (BB) from a door to door sales person named Patricia. We were having an issue with leaking from our roof during heavy rains. Patricia came out and told us that the reason we were having issues were because we did not have a cricket in front of our chimney. She quoted us for the price of having the cricket built and for also having the damaged interior replaced. The gentleman that came out did the work and the cricket was installed and the interior was replaced. Fast Forward to a little over a year later and our first hard rain and we have a waterfall inside of our house again in the exact same place where the work was completed. I contacted BB and asked them what could they do about this because the work that they completed obviously did not hold due to the obvious leak in the exact same place that was repaired. Upon calling BB, they were adamant that it was outside the one year window and that it could be something else that was the problem and not the cricket. If this is fact true, then I paid for something to be fixed that didn't need to be and I'm still having the same issue and I feel hoodwinked. If the issue is that whomever did the installation did not do a good job, then I feel that I should not have to pay for someone to come back out to finish the work they were supposed to do the previous year. Even with all of this said, I contacted them and requested that someone come out and look at the work that was done. This was back on March 22nd 2018. They were supposed to show up on March 24, 2018. Nobody showed up at all. We didn't even receive a phone call. I called back again in June to ask what happened, the receptionist said that someone called and canceled the appointment. Now before the owner gets on here and pulls up my faults. Yes, we did make the final payment quite late. But the final payment WAS made, but yet the ISSUE you were PAID for has not been FIXED hence the reason for the 1 star review. I'm currently in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau to remedy this issue. Due to the only response from the manager is "This is currently outside the one year warranty." I would be very wary of HomeAdvisor. We used them and were provided with Beltway Builders who charged a fortune, did not deliver as promised on one task, totally short-cut a second task, and screwed up a third task! 1They said they could install a universal fan remote, they could not; they said a storm door frame would need to be replaced charging $1200, instead they adjusted the door and speckled lpa 4 in crack and reduced the charge to $750, I checked with Home Depot and the brand new same door cost less than $200 and installation would not have cost $550 for a 45p min install; they screwed up installing a siding vent which I had already purchased, they used indoor caulk to seal which washed away during first rain, charged us $350 and never returned to fix their mistake. The quote was so far off from other quotes I received that I literally can only think that this guy was trying to take advantage of me being a woman. Two other companies quoted the job $400 dollars and said would take 2 maybe 3 hours at most. This guy quoted me $1800 dollars and wouldn't guarantee the work. When I asked him how long it was going to take to do the job (since he was basically charging me $600 dollars per hour) he became rude, sharp and fumbled over his answer. After we told them we had a report from a structural engineer, they came to give us our "free estimate and consultation" for damaged floor joists in our crawlspace. When he got to the house, he told us he couldn't give us an estimate without excavating the land to the side of the house (not particularly related to the floor joists). It would cost $5500 to give us an estimate for the work. (Note: the structural engineer estimated the entire project would cost less than that). At no point did he actually go into the crawlspace. Run! I contacted home advisor for a project to fix my front door that had been damaged. After waiting and never hearing from anyone to confirm my appointment, I decided to go with someone else to take care of the job. I am sure glad I did. Unexpectedly today Dave Collins, one of Beltway Builders' project managers, showed up at my property to fix my door. Again, with no call letting me know that we had a appointment, that he was on the way, nothing. So when he found the work was already taken care of, he proceeded to curse me out saying I should go "F" myself for showing up to an appointment that he never confirmed with me. As I said he is a MANAGER. I have never experienced such unprofessional, downright nasty customer service and will NEVER spend a dime at that company. It is a shame too as I had other places they could have worked on since obviously this job was already taken care of, but I would never give my hard earned money to a company that tolerates this kind of behavior. Don't waste your money, there are other wonderful companies out there that charge less, have great customer service and will give you a wonderful finished product. Again, RUN!!!!! read more

I would not recommend this company. They charged over $3k to replace my backdoor, with a regular outside door, nothing fancy, and then reused the old curtain that was on my old door. The weather stripping came off within 4 months and when I asked them to come fix it, they showed up at my house unnanounced and then proceeded to just rip the weatherstrip off, saying that it wasn't important. Bugs and water are still coming in through the back door, which is the only reason I had it replaced in the first place. Complete waste of money. I also needed my shower replaced, and they quoted me over $8k. I got a professional job by a competitor for only $4K and I am 100% satisfied. I know that if I had gone with Beltway Builders, I would have paid double and been disappointed with the results. read more

I contacted Beltway Builders in April of 2018 because I had a leak above my kitchen bay window. They came out and said the problem was with the flashing above the window. They charged me $2000 to replace the flashing. On December 11, 2019 we had a severe wind and rain storm and the window leaked again, causing damage to the interior of my kitchen. I contacted my insurance company who sent out an adjuster who surveyed the damage and concluded that the leak was caused because the flashing was not installed/sealed properly in 2018, therefore the insurance company was not liable for the exterior damage to the house. I contacted Beltway Builders and told them of the adjuster's findings. They said the work was no longer under their one year warranty, but they would send someone out to take a look. Chris Thomas came out and surveyed the area from the ground, never getting up on a ladder to see the work up close. He then said he would need to see the adjuster's report and photos. I sent them the adjuster's report and photos. I received an email from Carla Butts stating that the original work is no longer under warranty, that they did not agree with the adjusters findings, and that if I wanted the leak repaired, they would charge me 50% more ($2,990) this time than they did originally ($2000) instead of making the repair of their shoddy work at no cost or a substantial discount. This company, and Carla Butts in particular, have been a nightmare to work with. She has absolutely no people skills and was rude and dismissive during the original job and dealing with this issue. We had recent work done by them and am extremely dissatisfied! Being a disabled and retired contractor/carpenter, I had done exactly what I used to tell my customers to NOT do. I would tell them to get other quotes and compare personal reviews and any and all other resources available to them before making a decision. I used to count on references because I did not advertise. We had a privacy fence put up and all of the top edges are cut freehand versus a straight line as from a straight guide, mitre saw, or a framing square as a straight edge guide. We had our exterior cellar way re-blocked on the right side and both sides portaged to have both sides match due to the new block-work. All of the portage work is now separated from all of the block and is an unsightly mess. They also left drops of mortar on the steps without cleaning it up. They replaced two wrought iron railings with treated wood. Overall not a poor job but a bit unprofessional for residential work. Instead of using 5/4 ( decking wood 1 1/4 inches thick ) for the top rails they used 2x4's and rounded the square edges by hand with palm sander. There were two women living here, not including the female caregivers for my now late mother-in-law, and they all complained about how uncomfortable the handrails were to grip with their smaller hands. Lastly, the front entrance storm door. The lawn service we use accidentally broke the outside pane of insulating glass on our insulated storm door. The contract stated to replace the storm door and trim if necessary. Oh, they replaced the storm door with a much more inferior door, a single pane in-store cheap and lightweight version. Also, I had stated that the threshold needed repair and is now totally destroyed. Light can be seen around the entire perimeter and catches on the trim at the bottom keeping it from closing properly without human assistance. I had researched the Anderson website and had given to the contractor the model, serial number, and page number of the site to accurately order the REPLACEMENT storm door. I had called 2x's and nobody has given to us any satisfaction with a return arrival day or time or even a phone call. This has been very recent and is still under warranty. read more

Like others, I looked on Home Advisor for companies to sand and restain our deck. We never contacted Beltway Builders, but they have been calling almost daily for nearly three months now. When we came back from vacation, we had 27 phone messages; most of them were from Beltway Builders. The deck work is long done by now. You'd think that after a week or so of cold calling, they would have guessed our non-response meant we weren't interested in contacting them. Continuing to call for two-plus months is harassment. I requested Beltway Builders to give me a quote to regrout my bath/shower tiles, to replace the bathroom floor, and to discuss other options as I prepare my home for sale. Their representative, Dale, advised me on what should be done, but also on what other modifications would be unlikely to pay off when I sell. This was refreshing, as other companies urged that I spend far more on a complete makeover, whether it was commensurate with the overall value of my house or not. I hired Beltway to do the work, they finished it on time, the workers were courteous, and the results look very good. (Why not a 5, then? I reserve that for the extremely rare cases of almost unbelievably good experiences. 4 is quite good for me.) read more

7.25.2020 (Saturday) Contractor Aaron came out to access my concrete project (steps, walkway, rails, etc). He was pleasant and informative. He told me he was going to work on my estimate and would forward it the following Mon/Tues. I received an follow up email from the office on 7/27 saying "thank you" and wanting to know if I am ready to move forward and to respond to email or reach out to Aaron. I responded and informed them I never received the estimate and could they please forward. No one responded. I sent Aaron an email and he never responded. I receive another email on 8/1 telling me it's been several days and they wanted to know what I wanted to do. I replied and informed them again that no one sent me an estimate to review. I requested it again and also emailed and text messaged Aaron. Never received an estimate or response from anyone. Today is 8/10. No one reached out or followed up. Very disappointed. To be fair, I gave 2 stars for the salesperson being on time. We inquired about having a 16w x 12d composite deck built with Beltway Builders. Because our basement is a walkout, we want stairs leading to the ground with a landing (quote included 8 to 10 stairs). We have gotten a couple of estimates but want to make the best decision for us. We are not necessarily looking for the cheapest price, but we do want the best value. Over the phone, our representative David seemed so friendly, but once he got to our home he seemed uninterested. Instead of him leading the estimate, we had to take charge. We told him what we wanted. At this point we were pretty certain of material, size and design. We kept this the same to accurately compare the quote we received from all companies. Our rep took a few notes but never even drew a sketch of what we wanted; he just sat there seeming bored. Not only was he nonchalant, but he never even showed samples. He did ask us what color railing we wanted, although he said the price was the same no matter what. Throughout this quick process he made small talk asking how long we've lived there and why we waited so long to get a deck, which we thought was interesting. We answered the questions with a smile so we could keep the appointment moving along. To make a long story short, he quoted us $20,000! We've done our research and we knew this was about 40% higher than what we were quoted for the same deck and some of the other companies were even giving a few other incentives (i.e., built in benches and solar lights). When we told him, this was way higher than we were quoted from other companies and beyond our budget, he told us to call him when we hit the lottery! Neither my husband nor myself thought this was funny. I can not specifically speak about the company, but if the salesperson is any indication then buyer beware. If I won the lottery, I would not call this company... and after reading the reviews I believe everything happens for a reason. read more

I would not use this company again. The initial quote process was fine. They showed up, we discussed options and then were told an estimate would be provided shortly. It took a few days to get it. We decided to move forward and I called on a Monday morning to put down the deposit. It was only AFTER she ran my card that I was told that the company only meets on Fridays to discuss even scheduling people. There goes that three day right of recision I should have exercised right then and there, shame on me. On Thursday, my husband got an email from the project manager that came out saying he was "anxious" to get our deposit and get us scheduled. We were already unhappy on having to wait so long just to be considered for scheduling my husband replied to the email asking what he was talking about. The project manager then sent my husband a "sale" email. I don't even have words really at this point. No one knows what the other is doing at this place. On Monday, the next week, I call and demand to know what is going on. I was told that I needed to call my project manager. When I said no, I needed a manager, I was told that he would call me back. Not long after, my husband got a call from a worker that could come right then. Since I work from home I said fine. He arrived and was baffled by the type of trim we needed him to replace. We had discussed this type of trim with the project manager when he came to quote it. The worker left, came back and commenced work. His finished product, while technically replaced, was nowhere worth the amount we were charged. We basically paid $750 for three hours and very little in materials. I signed off on it because I just wanted him to be gone. A few days later they charged my card for the balance of the work and NO ONE has called follow up and make sure everything is okay. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LACK ORGANIZATION AND PROFESSIONALISM. Luckily our job was small and we learned our lesson with this business. read more

I asked for a quote to take up carpet in a small room and replace with hardwood flooring. Also needed a king bed frame put together. The quote for the floor was $4,200 dollars. The quote for the bed frame assembly was $525. Ridiculous!!! Will never call them ever again. Oh and if I accepted the bid I had to wait 2-4 weeks. Buyer beware...do your homework and get several estimates on the work you want done. After their representative left, I had a qualified handyman come by and put my bed frame together for $75 and quoted me $1,700 labor and materials for the floor. I am from Severn, MD. read more

Unreliable. An owner showed up to discuss an estimate for exterior trim work, but it was raining so he said that he'd come back the next day. Despite numerous calls to the office, no one ever returned. Unfortunate, since that was just the beginning of a lot of work that we have planned to do to our home. read more

Where to start about this company because according to my new contractor they made so many roofing errors. I used this company to repair some roof leakage. The first issue came from the project manager never came in my home to inspect the roof from the inside so I can give him a accurate location of where the roof was leaking. He also never went on the roof from the outside to see if he could see any issues. Instead He took a pictures with his IPhone & said he can tell from the pictures the leakage issues were coming from my "Pipe Boot Gaskets". So I had them re packed & a week later after a heavy storm I still had leaking in my roof again. I called them back & spoke with the roofing manager & this time they sent out the roof technician. He inspected the roof & attic and he said I had a hole in my ridge vent. After the inspection the roofing manager called back & gave me a estimate of $900 to repair the ridge vent with no warranty on the project and this was considered their discount price because I had prior work done. I would never recommend them for roofing repairs. Not sure who they contract with or if they use in-house technicians. read more

This is the worst company I have ever done business with him my whole life they do not clean their mess up and they do not directly to the property and they will not fix what is not properly installed when you call them they hang up and they act like they are not there anymore this is the worst company I have ever seen the company is ran by the worst person that I have ever met he will take your money and run. read more

Giving a 3 as I just don't know. I never requested service but have been getting upwards of 7 calls per day; overall average 4 per day, over the past couple of weeks despite telling them to stop calling. Phone caller ID matches the listed number on website; I have now blocked the number. read more
