The Ice Cream is great, they have all their interesting famous Ben & Jerry's flavors. This particular shop is really small and can get really busy especially during the summer. The parking can also be a nightmare but it is a great refreshing snack in the heat of the summer. The service is always incredible they are quick and friendly. Walking into the shop my senses came alive with the aromas of swetness. The staff member was very polite and addressed allergy issues beforehand.i have none, but was impressed by this just the same. Excellent Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop right on main street. Staff was excellent, explained all the different flavors, even though there was a sheet with flavor descriptions. Had the Jimmy Fallon flavor and it was excellent with all the different cookie dough flavors in it. The ice cream always tastes better in the shop than when you buy it in the store. The small chocolate chip cookies were good too. Great place, clean, local flair in the shop, nice staff. Jug of water to drink with cups. A pretty typical Ben and Jerry's joint. It looks much older though almost as if it were an old cabin so bonus points for ambiance. The girls working behind the counter were fast and efficient but they also were keen on moving through the line fast which meant there wasn't much time to sample the many flavors that the shop offered. How could you not love Ben and Jerry's? This location is especially nice with super friendly staff and cool wall paintings of the Ben and Jerry's cows relaxing in Cape Cod scenery. I was chillin' at one of the tables near the entrance when a little kid came in and started laughing and pointing saying "Look at the cow!" Always good ice cream, clean accommodations and friendly service. One huge disappointment was when I was asked to give a specific % (15,20,) tip when paying for a fast food service. Optional tip jar ok but to specifically put a customer on the spot is wrong and I left feeling uncomfortable. I hope the company changes this policy. I was in there tonight stood in a decently long line and ordered a dairy free ice cream that tasted like shit. I eat dairy free ice cream all the time and most of them are delicious I didn't ask for a sample because the girl that was waiting on me was swamped and not friendly whatsoever. After realizing there was no way I could eat it I went up and told the girl behind the counter that it was not good and asked if I would be able to get something else she proceeded to say " sure no problem you are just going to have to wait in line again ". I did wait in line and was served another ice cream and went to walk out and another girl came over yelling me that I was being charged for it because it was my own fault for not trying it before hand , I said that I wasn't going to pay for another ice cream when I was just told to stand back in line and that it was okay from the previous girl, she continued to tell me I had to pay for it so I gave it back and left. I don't give a shit that you charge people when they don't like something but don't tell someone that it's fine and have them wait back in a 10 minute line and then scolded. read more

Pound for pound, they make the best ice cream on the planet, hands down. A wide range of delicious flavors, and packed with the ingredients included in each. I live off the pints but I find myself hitting up this scoop shop more often than not when down the Cape. Nothing like grabbing some ice cream on a hot summer day while walking Main Street. I tend to gravitate toward the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Phish Food, or What A Cluster. I absolutely love doing Americone Dream, which is my favorite flavor, in milkshake form here. I'm also a sucker for a chocolate dipped waffle cone with 3 or 5 scoops of Milk and Cookies.
