Best ice-cream I had on the Cape! My family and I took a drive to the Brewster store on one of the rainy days last week and after stopping in the general store I quickly ran over to the Brewster Scoop. The service was quick And the workers were very kind despite the rain coming in through their to go window. I changed my order at the last minute and the girl who took it was super nice and didn't seem to be annoyed like some People might get with a last minute change. It was the best icecream I had! It was a salted chocolate flavor and i wish I went back for another cone. Good things come to those who wait so I'll have to wait another 365 days until my next stop. read more

Great stop while staying in Brewster at Ocean Edge. Right next to the country store and reasonable prices and over 20 flavors. I enjoyed s'mores which is marshmallow based and the kids enjoyed mango sherbert and strawberry ice cream in kiddie size. Would definitely come back! read more

Horrible!!! I ordered a quart and it wasn't even full. Called to let them know, and instead of first offering to make-up difference, they just stated "sorry, we were busy". There were three workers and five customers at the time, and nobody before or after those five customers. When I asked if they wanted to correct it, they had to discuss it, then offered a small cup. I told them that the quart was short more than a small cup, and that I was a dissatisfied customer that would be going to Kate's (half mile in other direction, and near Luke's - great liquor store) for ice cream in the future. The ice cream and the customer service are just okay. Before we went here, we were told it is has the best ice cream in Cape Cod. While I have not tried all ice creams on the cape, this is just okay. Came here on a hot Sunday and could not have been more impressed. While I was a little disappointed that you couldn't sample all the flavours, but the PHENOMENAL SERVICE more than made up for it. We were a party of seven, ordering a million different things, and the girl behind the bar was super patient and accommodating. The flavours were the general classics, like bubble gum, moose tracks and a couple of crazy fun ones like coconut cheesecake. I would 100% come back for more!!!! read more

Sorry, since the move to the new place up the hill quality of ice cream and I'm afraid service has gone downhill. They are nice enough, but fake nice. It's more like how many can we get get through here and it shows, again sorry. Yes, it was small down the hill, but friendly charm and portions huge, what happened? We have been coming here for 12 years, very disappointed. Tried twice just to make sure it was not us, and I'm afraid not just us too. New comers don't know any better. Ice cream is just fine. However, the attitude is absolutely horrible. These people - owned by Brewster General Store - have no regard for customers whatsoever. Latest is accelerated closing time. Supposed to be 10 PM but now the door is locked as early as 9:30. Grumpy manager doesn't get the most basic concepts of a retail business. Go to Kate's, only a mile west on 6A.
