Ben and Jerry's Manhattan Valley is a nice location. Customer Service is good and the ice cream is always good. At one time I was on a mission to try every Ben and Jerry's Flavor. I still have the list of all the flavors I've tried mostly from the grocery store not at the shop. Ben and Jerry's I've tried: 1. Everything but the 2. Strawberry Cheesecake 3. Phish Food 4. Salted Caramel Core 5. Boom Chocolatta 6. Cherry Garcia 7. Peanut Butter Cup 8. Vanilla 9. Coffee Coffee buzz buzz 10. Pistachio Pistachio 11. Chunky Monkey 12. Peanut Butter Fudge Core 13. Coffee Toffee Bar Crunch 14. Peanut Buttah 15. Red Velvet Cake 16. New York Super Fudge Chunk 17. Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl 18. Steven Colbert American Dream 19. Half Baked 20. If you want a good, old fashioned ice cream scoop (or maybe something fancier like a sundae or a milkshake!) instead of a pint of Ben & Jerry's from your local bodega, this is the place! They have every single flavor they offer in pints on hand for your sweet tooth to be satisfied. I typically get the tonight dough, but I went wild this time and tried something else. It was just as delicious! It's a pretty small space (I think 3 tables) so I wouldn't come with a large group if you're intending to stay. But great service! And they have $1 coffee to pair with your scoops. I will say, I paid almost $8 for my cone, which is close to the price of a pint in a store. So I'm not sure this is the best bang for your buck. BUT you get the experience of customizing your ice cream further with toppings, and you get to have some fun outside of your home. Plus there's no danger of eating the whole pint yourself haha

This location is great. They have amazing flavors and the nice thick waffle cones. They had a sale of 3 pints of ice cream for $16. The workers were really friendly and helpful. This place doesn't have gluten or sugar free options. There are a few seats but there is no bathroom.

Ice cream was pricey, but great! The chocolate cone bowl wasn't really sweet and it wasn't my favorite, but it depends on who you are. 4 stars because tables were stained with ice cream... looks like they haven't been cleaned in a while!

Got 2 huge scoops and both were SO FULL of brownies and cookie dough in every spoonful. This is why I love Ben & Jerry's, there's so much flavor and different bits to munch on with each bite. A very kind and awesome employee helped me today -- I didn't get his name (I picked up my ice cream on 4/1/22 at around 9pm), but he made my experience picking flavors great by letting me know which sizes were available for me to choose from and how many scoops I could get. Seamless experience! I'll definitely be back

holy shit! NEW salted-caramel brownie ale! omfg delicious. why is all gone? damn you, kids cup!!! :(

Who doesn't love Ben and Jerry's?! Always coming out with a new kooky flavor. Dazzling us with their bold choices and brightening our lives with a cup, cone, or sundae. The recently came out with Salted-Caramel Brownie Ale, which is even more scrumptious than it sounds. You can grab three pints for $14, a kid cup/cone for $4 and adult cups/cones starting at $5 and change. Not much to say on this little creamery, except that Ben and Jerry are the ice cream gods I most often worship. It's nice to have a storefront so that if I want less than a pint, or multiple flavors in one cup, I can have that without eating an entire pint. I haven't experienced any of the negative attitudes of servers here and probably wouldn't care all that much. I'm here for Ben and Jerry, not for the changing faces in this location that hand me my ice cream. Generally, if you're not a jerk, I find the employees to be very eager to help, and quite nice- Go figure.

Today is Free Cone day. During my lunch break from work, I decided to check out all of the commotion outside. After having my supervisor tell me that everyone outside was waiting for a free cone, I decided to stand on line and get my own. A woman outside started giving out slips that listed the flavors of ice cream you were able to get for free. With chocolate chip cookie dough being my favorite, I already knew which I wanted to get. I ended up with chocolate chip cookie dough on a waffle cone. It's one scoop but it is just enough. I also have pint of their ice cream in the freezer at home so this was a little treat for me. I was also give free coupons. I really recommend you stop here for their ice cream today and if you can't, well try for a smoothie or milkshake and I'm sure you'll love B&J afterwards. The line does go quickly as well.

Just didn't taste up to par, tasted way worse than a pint you'd buy at the grocery store. I got Cherry Garcia and it tasted off.

Do they serve vegan flavors hehe?

When I was there I heard someone request the dairy free flavor, so maybe they do carry full vegan.

There are different types of cold treats: gelatos and more slushie like consistency frozen confections that are served in a cup. My vegan friend appreciated that he could choose from multiple vegan flavors, not just be limited to the one and only offering, which is what most places usually have. Melon flavor was incredible. Tasted like frozen melon was crushed with ice and chopped into an ice/smoothie blend. Super refreshing. Very sweet, though. All flavors are very sweet, so a small portion can be shared and you will feel satisfied. I personally enjoyed their in-house special flavor of gelato: honey cream with crushed almonds, pistachios, and hazelnuts. That was bombastic! Love how nutty the consistency was. I love nuts, so this almost reminded me of a chunky peanut butter situation: just more fine grained and smooth, with gelato being the base. Highly recommend trying this flavor! Focacia was okay. A bit too dry and bland for my liking, but still decent. My favorite item was the pistachio bombolone which is officially now my favorite dessert. This was magnificent! The yeasty dough was so light and airy--perfectly light and balanced. The filling of pistachio cream was very delicate and not sweet at all, which was such a nice surprise. I do not like saccharine dessert. The fresh raspberry jam was a perfect balance to the pistachio cream. I never like jams in my desserts, but this was a perfect complement. Woooow, what a treat! Can't wait to return for it and to try more of their other flavors--hazelnut & chocolate, coconut, white chocolate, tiramisu. You could taste the superb quality of the ingredients. Highly recommend.

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

The quality of the ice cream was excellent, medium creamy & very smooth with the teeniest bit of corn blended. Sampled the hazelnut which was great also - like a thick gelato. Would like to try the lychee next time. They have probably 20 different flavors, displayed well. The staff is patient & very nice. The space is very big for a business in the East Village with mostly a waiting area. 4-5 seats are up front & they set up a few plastic chairs on the side.
