I had to reheat my dessert and it was flavorless and soggy, funel cakes are suppose to be crispy

the food i order was not fully cooked and when i got there the employee seem he had something more important to do then to service customers, i had also purchased diner to take home and he delayed his time on purpose and not making customers a priority, he was talking to somebody else who was not ordering and had nothing to do with the restaurant

Delicious funnel cake, great service! I recommend getting the fruit on the side so the cake doesn't get soggy right away

Pretty quiet when I went and I think the tables could be cleaned more often, especially with sticky food. Nice place to sit and eat since it is cool. Staff is friendly. I enjoyed watching them prepare my food. I am obsessed with how crunchy and flavorful my funnel cake and churro were. It was a little on the greasy side but if you wait a bit and let it drain then it it super yummy! Definitely coming back!

I went in for a quick dessert after Dinner close by and it was the perfect sweet ending. It was a very casual and comfy spot like a local ice cream spot. It was easy to find in the mall since it is right next to the parking lot. Easy accessible and lots of parking , even for a Friday. I had ordered the Strawberry preserves and whip cream on the side Funnel cake dessert. They had plenty of options but since I was getting it To go; I kept it simple. The workers there were friendly and had the dessert was ready really quick. Definitely worth the stop and reminded me of the Carnival/ Fair treat you get, Minus the Amusement park rides.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. We ordered a churro and we actually enjoyed it very much. It's been hard finding a good churro place in the valley. Typically we come here for funnel cake but we were really craving churros and this place opens pretty late. It was pretty good dipped in chocolate. It was fresh and made to order. When we first saw it come out it looked burnt but it wasn't at all lol they know what they're doing. It was good, will come back here again! Ambiance was average noise level, bright lighting and plenty of seating.

We ordered the Fundae- a funnel cake sundae with two scoops of ice cream and two toppings of choice. Service was nice and friendly. There were enough tables and chairs set in a casual vibe. Parking can be tricky as it is shared with all the businesses in the area.

This place is fantastic and is such a great idea for a dessert place! They make the funnel cake fresh so it's hot and crispy!!!! You can add ice cream and they have many flavors. You can add toppings to it like fruit! Whip cream, chocolate sauce! I decided on classic vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry combo and it was sooooooo good. They also give a free churro if you check in on yelp which the churro was also fresh and very delicious! Service wise they were very nice and gave hefty scoops of ice cream which who wouldn't love that! Inside they have plenty of tables, and guess what this place is right next to the movie theater. Perfect for a sweet treat before or after you see a movie. It's also located at the mall! Great place for a date idea! Overall I really loved it! It hit the sweet spot!

Love the fact that this place stays open late for all of our sweet tooth needs. We decided to walk here after having a wondering dinner. Portions here are VERY gracious. We ordered a funnel cake, and a churro Sunday and we could barely finish it all. It didn't help that we also had the Yelp check in and got an extra churro with the funnel cake. The churro was sweet, crunchy and really good. Makes Costco churros feel anemic in comparison. The funnel cake was everything you wanted in a sweet fried dough. I would definitely recommend getting a fruit topping of some sort to cut the heaviness that funnel cake is known for. Overall, we spent about and hour or so here and had a good time. The ambiance was quiet but decent as it was before closing. I'm glad we had a chance to try this place!

Fundae with coffee and salted caramel ice cream

This was our very first time being at the funnel house. Chris was a fantastic help and recommended the fundae. Trust me when I say it is as fantastic as it sounds. I got the coffee and salted caramel ice cream with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. It is quite possibly the best funnel cake I've ever had in my whole entire life.

Funnel house is known for their made to order funnel cakes and churros. This location has been here for 6 years and continues to service the mall area with tasty treats. I bought their traditional churro and boy was it sweet! What I do enjoy is they make everything fresh and nothing is frozen besides their ice cream in which they have many flavors to choose from. The service was great but the deserts were a little too sweet for my liking so I will come back again if I can share with a friend!

I personally just don't like that style still, so I'll chalk it up as a "me" problem. The cooked part was good. The Rocky Road was cooked through. It was an amazing baked good with good flavor and add-ins. Between the roasted almond slices and fudgey chocolate chips, I was enjoying it immensely. A highlight of my day for sure. Based on my memories, this LA location keeps it consistent with a similar taste and texture as the NY location. 3.5/5 Chocolate Chip Walnut: This cookie was tall and slightly undercooked in the middle. The middle was a bit on the squishy side, and crunchy on the outside. Due to the undercooked quality, it's not a cookie I'd get regularly, though I am a big chocolate chip cookie fan. 5/5 Rocky Road: This was delicious. I'm not usually a marshmallow fan, but the addition of this ingredient formed a nice chewy consistency that I expect from a cookie. Chocolatey tidbits were well melted into the cookie texture and produced some fudgey notes. The cookie sizes are large and potentially shareable, and feel like an every once in awhile treat.

It's like a fancy filet o fish without the soggy bun, packed with amazing fried fish and tarter sauce. Downside is that I first tried the fish panini years ago and it was a bit better then, but it's still good currently. Other pastries I've tried here have been pretty good. They had some various buns with mochi inside, and those were great. Another one of my fave is their mentaiko salt bun. Great flavor, though I wish they would stuff the thing with more mentaiko. Their curry breads are good too. I took my daughter here and she got one with cute emoji drawn on, and she said the custard filling and the bread was tasty as well. I got a sausage bbang, a chocopie, and a dalgona latte. The sausage bbang was soggy on the bottom and honestly tasted like it was from the day before. The chocopie barely had any filling, just a thin layer of marshmallow and jam. It honestly felt like they used most of the marshmallow for their Dubai choco cookie because it's probably more profitable, instead of properly filling the chocopie. If that's the case, it's better not to sell it at all than serve something like that. The dalgona latte was also disappointing. With ice, the drink only filled to the bottom third line of the cup marking. Clearly, they skimped on the milk. There was also a weird moment when I paid. My total was $15.25 and I paid cash, but I was given $4.75 in change. When I said it should be $5, she seemed confused and asked what I meant. I told her I literally gave you a quarter right now, and she questioned it before eventually giving me the correct change. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume it was a mistake. I understand times are hard, but charging more for products that clearly had corners cut doesn't sit right with me. It just comes across like there's no integrity. Clearly the quality and portions are going downhill. I wasn't even planning on writing this review. I was going to stay quiet, but the chocopie really ticked me off. I'm not going to pay for food that skims on ingredients and shortchanges customers by charging more for less, so this will be my last visit.
