The worker loaded up my sundae and it was overflowing with goodness. The service itself was super great, but I felt bad because they only had one person working alone at night! Now THIS is my dream come true. There's even a few dairy free options beyond just boring vanilla. The homemade ice cream is thick and creamy, and the serving sizes are amazing for the price. My favorite is the oreo, which has big pieces of oreo blended into the sweet cream flavor and the dairy free chocolate which is so good, you cannot believe it's dairy free! There are also gluten free cones available. All the staff is super sweet, especially Norah who remembered me from the last time I was there. HIGHLY suggest checking this homemade delight out!

Today we decided to get our favorite ice cream because we were having a tough day and thought it would be nice to treat ourselves. Usually, the strawberry sensation is paired with Tahitian vanilla. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that it had been replaced with raspberry. I realized after I had already poured it because the color looked different. I thought, "Well, it's too late now, let me try it," but unfortunately I didn't like the combination. I went to the front and spoke to the gentleman who said he was the owner. I calmly explained what happened and asked what I should do. Without hesitation, and with a very unpleasant look on his face, he replied, "What do you want me to do about it?" I again explained that I had simply overlooked the flavor change, but he rudely responded that it was "right there" and continued by saying, "We don't waste food around here." At that point, I decided to walk away and remove myself from the situation. I dumped the ice cream because I wasn't going to pay for something that was an honest mistake and that I didn't enjoy. When we finished and went to check out with a very kind young employee, the owner came out from the back, saw the ice cream I had dumped, and attempted to charge me for it. I politely replied that I would not be paying for that. His response was simply that we could leave. I have never had an issue like this at the Webster location. This owner should consider taking a class on customer service or even anger management. There were many ways this situation could have been handled calmly and respectfully, but instead it was met with unnecessary hostility. It was a very bad look for what is supposed to be a "family business."

This is your typical self-serve froyo place, for those of you who prefer frozen yogurt and toppings over ice cream. They also carry Perry's brand ice creams if you prefer that. The cashier was nice, although the self-serve setup lends to very little human interaction. They have ample outdoor seating out front, which is nice, although the ambience is a shopping strip parking lot so nothing too fancy. Other notable details: they do have a rewards program.

Hard ice cream on a milkshake shouldn't be a big deal, am willing to pay extra, instead I get attitude and the feel of being dismissed. It's a shame, as a member of the community, I've brought in youth groups, neighbors, and friends... have waited the long lines at times in order to shop and give locally.... But today was it. It's simple... treat people well! You're an ice cream shop... should be the friendliest place in the summer!

What the heck are they thinking with these prices??? The ice cream was a TINY BIT better than last time but not by much. The s'mores mix-ins made it better. No idea why I keep buying this crappy ice cream. Dairy Queen was good when I was a kid and now it's just trash.
