We haven't yet been able to try their signature rolled ice cream -- once due to an anti‑griddle issue, and once because they were out of a specific cream needed -- but fear not, there were plenty of other excellent choices. Some in our group went with classic scoops, but we opted for the Ice Cream Nachos, which turned out to be outstanding. You choose your scoops, and they're served over delicate, crisp pizzelles and drizzled with sauces.
