A final review and appreciation post of the BEST breakfast spot in Fresno. The environment, the staff and the menu, Benaddiction offered one of the most unique experiences you could have. From decor of old vhs cases lining the bar, the amazing cds lining the wall, every coffee served in a unique mug, hardly getting same one from 1 visit to the next, to the amazing homemade syrups, jams and sauces, you felt the love and care that was put into this amazing restaurant. Thank you to the staff and everyone involved for the last 13 years. There was never another place quite like this and I don't think there ever will be again. I will sing your praises for as long as I live. Today was another amazing meal. Thank you

For Father's Day I wanted to enjoy a great brunch with the family and Benaddiction was the spot for us. Our waiter was awesome, kind, and knew how to interact the family to keep them going. We enjoyed our food but most of all that freshly squeezed orange juice was the best!!!! I'd love to give a 5 but I felt the place was bit small, and on a hot day we would have loved to have sat inside. I'd come back again, no doubt about it, this place had some quality food for sure!!

My friend designed beautiful T-shirts to take my mom to see Pitbull so I wanted to treat her to a delicious meal. This was her first time. She got a veggie eggs Benedict and I decided to try something different and got the YoHo. When it came, I was surprised because mine did not look like the picture. It was much much smaller. For 17.50 , it was disappointing. It tasted good but pretty pricey. My friend loved her meal and it was plentiful. I am a loyal customer so I will be back but I will stick with my usual orders.

Midnight Toker (no bacon)

So yumm! This was our first time at the "new" location, since they closed their old restaurant and we really enjoyed it. Food was very tasty and service was fasttt. The inside has lots of seating options and they even have a lovely patio for dining as well. I always start with some hot coffee - cause who would I be if I didn't. We ordered the Midnight Toker (hold the bacon) with potatoes, I Left My Wallet in El Segundo (sauce on the side) with potatoes and one Lazaretto flapjack. Midnight Toker 4/5 I Left My Wallet in El Segundo 3/5 Lazaretto 5/5 We came back a few days later and got; Santeria w/ potatoes 5/5 - my favorite Blaze of Glory w/ fruit 5/5 Lazaretto 5/5 Will definitely return again for when we have the taste for it Pro tip: Sit at the bar

Kiss with a fist

I've been in an eggs benedict phase recently - obsessed honestly. I've been trying it at all my normal go-to breakfast spots and finally decided I needed to come to Benaddiction. Service with pretty quick and the place looks so fun, I really enjoy the breakfast spots that lean into their theme. Pictures on their online menu are really helpful. I ended up with the Kiss with a Fist and hash. I like that you can order a half order. I am always too stuffed when I finish my breakfast but this amount was perfect! It filled me up without making me feel like crap. The sauce and pickled onions really add a nice touch to the benny. Hash was nice and crispy. I honestly can't wait to be back!

Service: Customer service was great! We were seated promptly, given option of electronic or paper menu. We were given the speciality/popular items. Checked on many times throughout the meal. Coffee: hot with good cream and sugar free options, served in unique display of coffee mugs! Food: piping hot, homemade taste, huge portions. One can definitely note the quality of ingredients used. Ambiance: Loved the decor and placement of the counter seating. Cleanliness: Very clean in all areas including tables, decor, walls, outside, floors, and restrooms. The area of kitchen that could be viewed was also extremely tidy! Would we return? YES, most definitely. Order 1 simple breakfast including eggs SUPER crispy hash-browns, sausage and eggs. Order 2 Corned beef served over house made English muffin w eggs SUPER crispy and hollandaise sauce and sauerkraut. The sauerkraut was a great play of acidic brightness against the fatty meat, sauce and fat of the yolk. It was great!!

It was great to try this restaurant before its official close. I enjoyed the two Benedict sandwiches; Hollandaise sauces went well with the eggs and tots. Salad was fine. The vibes were great with the CDs and posters.

Get rhythm plate

Met up with some friend while in town visiting and when looking for a brunch spot to try out, stumbled upon Benaddiction and from the reviews and pictures knew we had to try it! Easy parking, 20 minute wait on a Sunday and super friendly staff. Initially planned to sit inside but with two babies and limited space inside for high chairs they were able to accommodate us on their patio and plenty of heaters to keep us warm. Some dishes we tried were the get rhythm plate with scrambled eggs, sausage, toast and fruit, tributes to share, blazing glory Benedict, and midnight toker Benedict. A couple of us also tried the hot chocolate, I ended up getting seconds - so so good! Overall everyone was happy with their meals, the hollandaise is a bit more acidic/ vinegary than we were use to but everything was still delicious. We did lose our server for a bit and had to grab another to ask for our waters we never received and to order a second hot chocolate. Otherwise service was great! I'd definitely come back.

Came on a Sunday morning. Donna was our server and she was present and available if we needed anything. My husband and I ordered: Cold brews-- i chose vanilla syrup and it was tasty. Ape Man-- Ape-Man 1 flap jack. Wow, was this delicious it was ooey gooey from the banana, but also has a night crunch with the walnuts. Each bite was really good. I enjoyed this. The Clapton-- this Benedict had bacon ends. Normally I love bacon, but this was really crunchy bacon, the English muffin was soggy, this was ok, I wouldn't order this again. Great morning spot in the neighborhood.

Pulled pork, ham, bacon, fried egg, bbq sauce

Great and personable service! We were welcomed in and were told to sit in any open table. Dining room isn't that big, but they do have a large patio, and I believe is dog-friendly. We went at a good time on a Sunday morning with no wait. We were waiting on the rest of our party of 4 to arrive, but our lovely server got our drinks right away. I love a breakfast place that serves their coffee in random mugs (bonus that it's local Lanna coffee too!). Gives it a homey feel. The theme/decor is music, more specifically "retro" from all of the old album covers, posters, and cassette tapes. Even the QR code for the menu is on a CD cover. The whole menu sounds pretty appetizing. We ate at the old location on Bullard/Marks back in the day a few times, so I was a little familiar with the food. Our table shared an order of "Tributes," similar to beignets. Those deep fried sweet Hawaiian rolls make a delicious beginning or ending to your meal. I ordered the "Hotel California," which was a benedict with chorizo hash, avocado, fried eggs, and blackened aioli on top of English muffins. Flavor was good, but all the textures were the same softness. I think I needed a crispy chorizo hash, harder fried eggs, or a more toasted muffin. Just omething to give it a crunch. Same thing with the fries. They were heavily seasoned, so flavor was there, but not crispy at all. I would ask for well done fries next time or get extra crispy hash browns instead. Other entrees ordered were the "If I had a million dollars" which was roasted then fried potatoes with their bomb bacon gravy and cheese, and the "Lowrider," a big chorizo breakfast burrito that my husband loved. There was also the "Heartbreaker" breakfast sandwich that had ham, pulled pork, bacon, and fried egg, all on a grilled cheese sandwich! That was tasty. I mean, I don't think you can go wrong in the flavor department with anything on the menu. Portions are big and prices are decent for what you get. Lots of reasons for one to be addicted to Bennadiction!

Came on a Sunday morning after our morning walk, we were seated shortly after we walking in. We ordered 2 x get rhythm (regular and kid menu), low rider, egg benedict ( I forgot which one lol), and boombastic. Food was mediocre. Nothing really special. Not sure if the Boombastic was supposed to look like that. Personally I felt like it was a bit over fried. Overall not bad for a breakfast place. Decent menu with many options.

Tom Sawyer (top) and The Magic Moment (bottom). Pancakes are HUGE! My hand for reference:

This spot is a must-try! It is my second time at this establishment and I swear it never fails.. always providing consistently good breakfast and service! I always come out here whenever I come out to Fresno. We were a party a 5 and had the honor of being served by Dallas. He was very helpful and ensured that we were comfortable throughout the entirety of our meal. Thank you! Like I mentioned, food is consistently good! HUGE portions are served here so make sure you come on an empty stomach. A stack of 3 pancakes are big enough to serve an entire party of 5, so keep that in mind! I also cannot forget to mention how aesthetically pleasing the interior is... a cute retro diner filled with rock posters and a huge mug wall. Perfect for photo ops! You can further support the business by purchasing some of their merch that's located near the back of the restaurant. They have really cool mugs and shirts!

The food is always hot, the service is excellent, and the staff does a great job keeping everything running smoothly. Jus' Jo's is located in Clovis off Shaw Avenue. If you don't know where it is, you could easily drive right past it since there's no prominent street sign, but it's a well-known local favorite. Depending on the day and time, there can be a wait, which says a lot about its popularity. I was recently asked to write a review about this place, and honestly, I didn't have anything negative to say. I usually order the Farmer's Special Breakfast Sandwich, which comes with ham, bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and mayo on sourdough bread. It's an awesome breakfast sandwich and one of my go-to orders. Today, however, I decided to ignore my diabetes for a moment and try their famous half cinnamon roll French toast. Wow. It was crispy, buttery, topped with powdered sugar, and absolutely delicious. I actually had to stop myself from eating the whole thing. It was my first time trying it, and it definitely won't be my last. The coffee was great, and they kept my cup full the entire meal. One thing I've noticed is that many of the waitresses seem to have worked here for years, which speaks to the quality of the restaurant. They're experienced, attentive, and always on top of their service, so be prepared to leave a good tip--they earn it. If you're looking for a great breakfast or lunch spot in Clovis, Jus' Jo's is definitely worth a visit. Great food, great service, and a consistently enjoyable experience.
