This review comes after eating at Jus' Jo's several times because it's one of those rare restaurants that's consistently good every visit. The food is always hot, the service is excellent, and the staff does a great job keeping everything running smoothly. Jus' Jo's is located in Clovis off Shaw Avenue. If you don't know where it is, you could easily drive right past it since there's no prominent street sign, but it's a well-known local favorite. Depending on the day and time, there can be a wait, which says a lot about its popularity. I was recently asked to write a review about this place, and honestly, I didn't have anything negative to say. I usually order the Farmer's Special Breakfast Sandwich, which comes with ham, bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and mayo on sourdough bread. It's an awesome breakfast sandwich and one of my go-to orders. Today, however, I decided to ignore my diabetes for a moment and try their famous half cinnamon roll French toast. Wow. It was crispy, buttery, topped with powdered sugar, and absolutely delicious. I actually had to stop myself from eating the whole thing. It was my first time trying it, and it definitely won't be my last. The coffee was great, and they kept my cup full the entire meal. One thing I've noticed is that many of the waitresses seem to have worked here for years, which speaks to the quality of the restaurant. They're experienced, attentive, and always on top of their service, so be prepared to leave a good tip--they earn it. If you're looking for a great breakfast or lunch spot in Clovis, Jus' Jo's is definitely worth a visit. Great food, great service, and a consistently enjoyable experience.

I have been here on several occasions , and have always been satisfied with the food. The menu is extensive, the portions are a good size, and the food comes out fast . On my last visit, my wife and I shared Grandma's omelette with country potatoes, and a biscuit with gravy. The omelette was cooked to perfection , and the potatoes were delicious. However, the star of the meal was the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits are homemade , and the gravy is so damn peppery and perfect. If you choose anything off the menu, make sure to try their biscuits and gravy- you won't be disappointed. I love this place! The servers are nice, the food is delicious and everything comes out quick. My only small complaint is that the dining room is ice -cold. That might ok in the middle of summer, but the food gets cold quick. Eat fast ! The breakfast entrees are a bit pricey compared to other options in the area. However, you get what you pay for, and the food coming out of Jus Jo's is worth it.

Always a solid breakfast place. I like that they have mini meal versions, I'm not a big breakfast person so it's a nice option. The service is always good and the place is small and cozy.

It was delicious! I will be back and recommend to everyone. We got the info off of yelp, so we thought we would give it a go. Yum!

Service was friendly and fast. Men's Bathroom was an oven. I ordered the sirloin steak medium and 3 eggs. Steak came out well done and they don't discount the price like a lot of other places when you order Al la carte. Eggs were good though. I didn't want to argue with staff about the crazy price for 3 eggs and a steak it's not their fault. I probably won't go back. 31 dollars for what's in the picture minus the bite out of the steak and eggs. Doesn't seem worth the money. You'd think with how much they charge the owner wouldn't want you sweating your butt off in the bathroom.

Sunday breakfast hot spot.... Line out the door. Be patient because it is soooo worth the wait. And it goes quickly !OMG I will have dreams about my chile verde breakfast burrito .... I got the senior portion which was plenty generous . I ate it for two more meals. Oh and do grab a cinnamon roll mmmm we shared it and still had some left to take home. The staff is friendly and awesome. Love this place !!

Ju's Jo's never leaves you hungry! The serve is top notch, you cup is always full! And plates are never small! Food is always hot! Seasoned well, and full of flavor! The menu is almost too big, making it hard to decide! You may need to wait a few minutes, but it is always worth it! You are welcomed as you enter, and they say come back when you leave. It's never good bye! Happy eating in Clovis!

They are very friendly and welcoming. Their service is excellent! The steak was very juicy, it had very good flavor. I wasn't a big fan of the biscuit & gravy, it felt too bland, I needed more flavor more seasoning. I did add pepper and salt but it was still bland. The meat lovers omelette & Nutella banana waffle are a knockout. The restaurant feels homey and cozy, the chef came out and was asking people how the food was.

    Meh.

So, our morning didn't start off too great. Not gonna lie, Jus Jo's was not our first choice for breakfast this morning but it's where we ended up. I didn't mind it, I've been here once before (a very long time ago), but the wait was a lot longer than we anticipated today... We saw 5 different groups who put their names down AFTER us get seated BEFORE us. 2 groups of 4, 2 groups of 3, and another with just 2 (like us)... the hostess, as nice as she was, missed our name on the list somehow-- and she was going back and forth between two lists at the time. There was one clear list when I signed up with only 2 or 3 groups ahead of us. So, yeah. Apart from the really long wait (with limited space + rain outside)... the staff was super friendly and made it hard to be upset, honestly. I think my hanger had a good pull on my mood as well. We got our drink orders taken right away. He got a soda, I got a coffee. I wish the coffee tasted better than it did, but whatevs. We ordered the Cinnamon Roll French Toast (1/2 order) to share, as well as the Bull Dog Jalapeño Cheddar sausage plate. Each plate came with a side of eggs (he got over hard, I got over easy)... choice of bacon or sausage for the French Toast-- he chose bacon. The sausage dish came with country potatoes and [we chose] toast. The sausage was pretty good, I just wish it was warmer. It didn't feel hot at all. The eggs and potatoes were as they should be. Bacon was nice and crispy. The Cinnamon Roll was my favorite portion of our meal (sweet but not overly sweet-- don't drown it in syrup), but I saved it for last and by the time I got to it... I was almost stuffed! We still cleared our plates though. That melted butter makes all the difference though... spread that baby out! All in all, once I finally got coffee and food in my system... I was able to enjoy our breakfast and not be hung up on the wait. I understand they were super busy, I saw it with my own eyes, it was the mere fact we were skipped over multiple times is all. Anywho, not the best I've ever had but it got the job done. Would this place be my first choice next time? Probably not. Would I come back again? Yes, just not when I'm starving and hangry! K, byeee.

Pretty darn good breakfast! The chicken and waffles are super yummy and so are their pancakes. Be sure your party is completely here or else they will not seat you.

I can never go wrong with what I order here. The last item I've had was a cinnamon roll and it was delicious. I haven't dined in recently but I can think back of when my family and I came here. It's worth the wait!

A true gem near Fresno State. Fresh and flavorful - service with a smile...maybe a wait, but worth every minute! Staff and owner are appreciative l, make you feel as if you are deeply cared for. Central location in Fresno/Clovis, and plenty of parking. Menu has something for everyone- drooling as I write this. Selections and a visit will make you smile:)

The vibe here is a 50's burger and shakes type of place. They have indoor dining and a drive-thru; we chose the drive-thru option. The menu is classic burgers, fries, shakes, along with fish n chips, fried shrimp, and a fried fish sandwich. We ordered two cheese burgers, a double jalapeno burger, mozzarella sticks, and two sundaes. Everything is made fresh to order, so you might be waiting, but it's totally worth it! My burger had two huge patties, bacon, cheese, and tons of jalapenos. I just got the burger, no combo, and it was stuffed! My son loved his burger and devoured it. Stated it was the best burger he's had. My wife loved her burger as well and we both loved the mozzarella sticks. The burger combos came with fries and a drink. Their fries here are very good. They add a spiced seasoning to the fries that boosts the flavor without being too salty. The sundaes were a great way to end the meal and the ice cream tasted like real slow churned ice cream. I wouldn't change a thing on these burgers. Similar to In -n- out , but more tasty and the patties are bigger! The fries were a little under seasoned , but I do love a crinkle fry. We also ordered the chicken strip which was crispy and seasoned well and we also ordered the fried mushrooms which were also crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Additionally!!! They had a sign in the drive through that said Free Pupcups, and since we had our dog with us, we asked to get one. They have peanut butter or bacon flavored whipped cream with a animal cookie safe for dogs. I dipped my finger in the whip cream to try it and it was not sweet at all which I was very happy about to give to my dog.
