I was looking for a jeweler close to my work to get the batteries in some dead watches replaced…read more They were nice watches so I wasn't going to go to a watch kiosk in the mall and the local radioshacks didn't carry the cell batteries I needed. I found this place through yelp and the lady (Jean I believe was her name) was very helpful. She called me twice and left me a voicemail with the status of my watches and informed me that one of them had to get sent to the manufacturer for service. For even a simple service such as battery replacement, the employees treated me well and made me feel better about spending more money than usual getting batteries replaced at a jewelry store. I would definitely come here for future watch repairs or even consider them for other jewelry needs. They're also a certified Seiko retailer.

Steve clearly knows his stuff, and I learned a few things in the process of selling the jewelry. I would go straight back there again without a second thought. The reality is that most pieces of jewelry just aren't special, and that their main resale value lies in the gold. This may upset some people, but it's just what is. Steve is straightforward about that which I appreciated. He told me which pieces he thought he could actually sell, and that was interesting. Highly recommend.
