My HP Pavilion desktop suddenly stopped working. I called Benchmark and spoke with Vince, the owner about 2:30 on Monday afternoon and he told me to bring it in. When I arrived just before 3:00 PM they began work immediately, did some troubleshooting, and determined that the power supply was bad. A new one was installed and I was on my way shortly before 4:00 PM with a working computer. Vince and Don did a great job in a very short time and got me back on the road at a VERY reasonable price. I bought a used color, laserprinter from them, and it works perfectly. At the store the printer I bought would have been over $350 brand new. I bought it from them for under $50. That went so well I took my laptop in because it needed a new battery. He was able to replace the battery in less than 24 hours. I then called them to get a recommendation on replacing my battery on my iPhone. He happily gave me a recommendation and it turned out perfectly. My phone battery was replaced within one hour.By the way, it was Nerdy Neighbor in downtown Prescott who replaced my iPhone battery. read more

I purchased a new brother printer but could not get it to work. After days of frustration i contacted benchmark computer for assistance. They were able to connect my computer with there remote system and resolved multiple pc errors and got my printer up and running. I highly recommend there services well experienced and knowledgeable. Benchmark is a great computer repair place. I have called them a a few occasions (they are much better than TT who couldn't or wouldn't repair my IPAD). Vince came out to our home and installed a firewall - works great. He also walked us through security updates, scans and how to keep our information safe. Thanks to Don and Vince. read more

Me and my husband are not very computer literate. Vance took so much time with us. My 15 year old computer finally died and they sold me a refurbished for $150. They were able to get all of my information off of my old one and transfer it to my new one. Then he took at least an hour cleaning up not only my computer but also my phone. He made sure that I was able to get into all of my apps successfully. I would whole heartedly recommend this company and its two owners to anyone with computer problems. read more

Unfortunately, in today's threat environment, it is very difficult to determine who to trust. I first heard Vince and Don from Benchmark Computers give a short talk on Cyber Security. I planned to take notes the entire time however; didn't need to as they walked me through everything on my own phone. Then I hired Vince to come to my home to help me with my security risks and he spent 3 hours working with me. The entire time, he was very professional, upfront about the what and why that needed to be done and was incredibly patient with both my husband and I. I went to Benchmark Computers based on a recommendation. I showed up with a laptop unable to open a load of files. The Benchmark guy was very nice but had never seen this particular problem before. Nonetheless, in under 3 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in another 10 (mostly spent waiting for program updates). WOW!! I went away very satisfied. In a week I received a phone call from Benchmark checking to see if the 'fix' was holding and whether or not any further problems had surfaced. Talk about 'good customer service'!! I called them and they came to my house. I told them I wanted a replacement computer but I wanted it to look and run the same. These two guys are brilliant. They are friendly even to each other! They quickly repaired my main computer that had failed to boot. The motherboard was defective and they got a newer and better one in two days, installed it, and tested the system the same day the board arrived. That evening I had it operating in my home.
