I have been growing out my eyebrows for months. Walked in on a busy Saturday and this white girl with dark black hair greeted me. I asked if I could get my eyebrows done, she mentioned how busy she was but said she can take me right now. Sat down and told her how I've been growing them out forever now. She looked and said you have such great eyebrows but ones a little different then the other. I replied well eyebrows are sisters not twins. She laughs and shows me how she's only going to take a little off the top of the left side. I said okay. So here we go. She takes forever about 10min going back and forth after waxing & starts tweezing. Then I notice her coworker staring at me also. She keeps stepping back and forth. Then finally she hands me a mirror and goes "there thin, but at least there identical" all those months of growing out my eyebrows for nothing. I have thin, chola eyebrows. For 21$ you think you would leave happy. She then hands me an envelope to tip her! I'm a hairstylist, I understand the beauty world but she didn't seem to care. I felt like she messed them up on purpose. I walked away without making a scene and cried all the way home. Got ready for a wedding and doing a photo shoot tomorrow. My eyebrows are a completely different shape than what I started with, I look permanently angry and now one of my eye brows are WAY thinner than the other. :( I came in with beautiful thick eyebrows and just wanted a clean up. Kolby is great. There is a Benefits Brow Bar 2 miles from my house but I prefer to drive 13 miles to see Kolby. I have naturally thick brows and Kolby does a great job at shaping them and maintaining their thickness. read more

This location (Benefit Arcadia) gets 5 stars for EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Whenever I have called this location, the staff at Benefit Arcadia makes scheduling very smooth and so easy for the customer. (I can't say the same for Macy's Lake where the customer service is chaotic and sometimes non-existent) The staff at Benefit Arcadia really know how to treat their customers, which is so rare these days. For instance, this afternoon, Millie did a FANTASTIC job before I headed to event and Marissa was OUTSTANDING and talented as a makeup artist. I rarely wear any makeup and I am usually clueless, but Marissa was so knowledgeable and patient explaining the different products that I learned alot from her in a short time. She listened to exactly what I wanted. It felt wonderful to have an appointment with people who actually care about their profession and their clients and have high standards. I will definitely be back to them and recommend them HIGHLY to everyone!! Thank you so much!!! (PS. One GREAT person at Macy's Lake Is Nancy P- she also always does a wonderful job if you have to go to Pasadena. My feelings about Pasadena in general have to do with other employees at that location). read more

Nancy did an excellent job of shaping my brows. She was calm, personable, and just down right fun to talk to throughout the whole process. Sometimes it can be a little weird sitting in the middle of Macy's getting your eyebrows shaped while shoppers sort of gawk and stare, but Nancy takes it all in stride. I have to say, while the $21 fee for brows is nothing to cough at, Nancy is absolutely worth every single dime. Can't wait til my next appointment, and I can't stop looking at my brows. I've always been very skeptical when it comes to wax; I've always tweezed my own brows. But just the other day, as I was just walking through Macy's, I noticed the Benefit counter. I absolutely LOVE Benefit. That's when Amy approached me. We talked about our favorite benefit products and then she gave me information about the Brow Bar. I decided to let her shape my brows for me. She was very informative with everything she was doing, she walked me through ever step, and that made me feel safe and comfortable. She even gave me an eye mask during my service and that felt absolutely wonderful! After the service was over, my brows looked beautiful! Came in to macys to purchase an outfit for this weekend I stopped by at the makeup counters and was approached by Millie and asked if I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed my brows were looking a little hairy and I was a little hesitant because I never had my eyebrows waxed at a benefit brow counter but she assured me that it would be a pleasant experience and I said yes she then proceeded to show me how my brows will look and if the shape was okay before she started waxing the wax was not burning my skin at all which usually happens when I go to my regular Wax Lady the process was so relaxing she then showed me how my brows looked and how they will look when she enhances them with Benefit Brow Goof Proof pencil I fell in love with my brow's I'm so happy that she approached me because I will continue to be a customer at Benefit Brow and I will be back to pick up my goof proof brow pencil and my boiing air brush concealer thank you !!!! read more
