    Great little place!

I could eat 100 Cannoli's from this little spot! Super delicious quick and friendly service!

This place was our first stop on our visit to Portland. Gino the dog got some treats and his photo taken! The coffee and bagels were delicious and the staff were really what makes this place special. It's perfectly named, because everyone really was super kind. We had a great experience and enjoyed our breakfast in the benches, where Gino the dog could join. It's located in a food cart pod, so the ambiance is casual, friendly, welcoming. Classic Portland experience!!

The breakfast sandwiches here are AMAZING! These sandwiches always satisfy my craving for a classic NY breakfast bagel sandwich. The cannolis are very authentic as well. Everyone here is so nice and the food comes out quickly and delicious each time.

Kind coffee is a terrific place. An "If good vibes came in liquid form", they'd serve it kind of place. Very good coffee and bagel sandwiches served by folks so generous with their kindness that it kind of changed my attitude towards the day. My kind of place.

I had been thinking about trying this place for awhile after seeing some pretty great reviews and seeing those little cannolis. Alas every time I would try to go they were closed due to heatwave, Fourth of July or vacation when I finally arrived the people were so welcoming and as the name suggests, kind! I got a macadamia latte with oatmilk iced and it was so delicious, and of course those cannolis. They were worth the hype and I definitely will be back whenever I can.

I love Kind Coffee! My only complaint is that it's not located right next to my house. Everything is always great and today the sweet souls working told me I had mermaid hair which made my day ‍ But seriously the coffee is my favorite and sandwiches are really great too. And I always get a cannoli as an extra treat!

Encountered this coffee pod on my food tour in Portland. Their minty matcha is delicious. The cannoli is super yummy. Served cold with ricotta cheese filling and slight crunchy shell dusted with powdered sugar.

The nicest coffee cart around. Great vibe, great people and cappuccinos you could land a plane on. Highly recommend their mini cannoli as well!

This wasn't at Kind Coffee, but a reenactment of my experience.

Yo, these folks have excellent coffee AND...cannolis!? Wtf!? And they're good cannolis! This is a boss move, a huge flex that literally gives them a superior edge over the rest of the coffee shops in town. So here we are, they're already a superior coffee shop...then they give your dog hella treats and it makes their day! This business model of being the best across the board (even to dogs) and having standard-to-better prices for their stuff is clearly a labor of love. Tip the barista folks like they are saving the world one cannoli at a time.

Great coffee, good breakfast sandwiches, and real New York cannolis. I use to live next door to the owner so I heard the story of them spending weeks looking for the right coffee, plus holding off on cannolis till they could find the perfect source for the ingredients.

Great service from friendly barista. I ordered the Chocolate Jesus and my kid had the Arabic People's Latte. Both drinks were unique and superbly delicious with cardamom accents. I would have ordered another round but I didn't want to be a jittery maniac for the rest of the day. I'm not a Portland resident, but I do live in the PNW. I've been here quite a few times and have really enjoyed the Aribic People's latte with its strong cardamon overtones, the Chocolate Jesus and today, the Mucho Calliente, which promises a chili infusion, and cinnamon infused espresso with dark chocolate! But wait..., oh no, I forgot to ask for oat... this is probably (certainly) dairy. Argh! Sorry, I have no Viking blood and can not digest cow milk. I would rather battle the aforementioned Viking before I'd endure the results of ... dairy! So, I brought my drink up fully prepared to pay for another and everyone there, EVERYONE, in almost unison, refused to take my payment. They kindly and quickly made another and... oh... spicy indeed, but chocolatey and balanced! One of the best spicy mochas I've had anywhere ... and I am an absolute Spella snob and proud of it! Inside secret: Don't miss out on the great selection of truly authentic Egyptian foods and pastries, as well as some really nice necklaces and earrings. If you need that piece to pull your whole Nefertiti look together before going out for a Saturday of dancing and fun... this is your hidden gem!

The Experience: I visited Golden Hour with a friend after taking a break from thrifting clothes around the Hawthorne neighborhood. What stood out: Food: I ordered the strawberry matcha latte with oatmilk. The presentation was gorgeous with layers of colors and textures. I placed my order and the barista let me know about a vegan cold foam alternative. The drink was great and the matcha paired nicely with everything in the drink including pandan, coconut flakes, and vanilla. The interior was clean and there were plenty of places to sit. Lots of people hanging out in the shop, some working, some talking, but it seemed like a good spot to get some stuff done. There was music playing that set a welcoming mood. Overall, highly recommend if you enjoy flavored lattes.

Their shop is very curated and is definitely has a "recently here because of gentrification vibe." However, I know it's been in Portland for a while and locals swear by it. With shops like these I find it easy to focus and work. The minimalist and industrial decor is a great place for adhd brains like mine. I was warmly greeted by someone at the register. I was interested in so many choices on their matcha. Horchata iced coffe, orange latte, strawberry Ube matcha. I asked the barista if they do exchanges or remakes for drink if the customer dislikes what they ordered. She mentioned they have a NO REMAKES policy. I knew it was time to lock in instead of trying something Willynilly. She was super patient with me as I wondered what to get and discussed my hesitations. She let me sample a tiny amount of the strawberry uber syrup and lavender to make my decision and it helped. I ended up getting and iced lavender matcha and didn't regret it at all. It's been hard for me to find good matcha in Portland and they didn't disappoint. The syrup was blended in well. The flavor of the matcha wasn't too grassy, bitter or powdery. I'm sad it's a seasonal drink because I'll Miss it. I also got an almond croissant, which was good but not mind blowing. I think I'll try the banana bread next time. They have a bathroom, 1 booth, bench seating and wall seating. It would be a bit of a challenge to bring a group larger than 3 here as they're small and busy. Maybe if you sat outside. Glad I gave this place a chance :)
