Good cart coffee blew every other place out of the water. I'd walk here every morning that I could. I live across the country now and think about this place every time I have an iced latte. I always like to try local coffee shops when traveling. Our group ordered 3 coffees (both hot and iced), the banh mi breakfast sandwich, the breakfast sandwiches in both a bagel and croissant, and a regular bagel and cream cheese. Coffees were not bad but unfortunately all three drinks tasted burnt. Sandwiches were yummy but messy. I think the mix of cream cheese and additional sauces is too much, but may have been better with light cream cheese. Breakfast sandwiches came with a cutie which was a nice touch. Customer service was good but only one employee was taking orders and making food/drinks so wait was a bit long. I've visited this food cart pod so many times, but hadn't tried Good Cart until recently. My boyfriend and I came here for a late breakfast and I'm pretty sure we were the only customers on this cart's queue. We ordered the breakfast banh mi and Vietnamese iced coffees. We expected maybe a 10-15 minute wait, but we were waiting for well over 25 minutes for the three sandwiches we ordered. Don't get me wrong, the end result was great. The bread was fresh and everything about it was delicious - even the iced coffee! The wait is what makes me hesitant to come back as often as I'd like. It's a cute cart and I'm sure it's just the one person doing everything. Love this cart pod in general, but hadn't tried Good Cart until today. While mainly a coffee stand they have a solid selection of sandwiches. Chicken banh mi for the win! Chicken had all those good flavors... lemongrass, star anise, and more. Cooked perfectly. Requisite pickled veggies, cilantro, jalapeno, and mayo. They serve theirs with onion, which to me was a bit weird, so I pulled that out. For $6, it was a great meal. I look forward to trying more of their offerings. read more
