Each time we've gone, we've tried a different drink and havent been disappointed. They are helpful with recommendations as well, if youre not sure what to order. Their teas taste really good and boba is also good. Some places the drink are good but boba is not or vice versa. This place you can get both and be satisfied. Kid friendly drinks are available so the whole family can enjoy. We purchased a gift card and its actually digital, linked to your account with them so when you check in, it will pull it up without having to remember to bring an actual card.
I stopped by here because the weather was just insanely hot so I decided to get a refresher. They recommended I get the Mango Pomelo Sago which they say is their house drink and I have to say that it was a 10/10. It was a nice refresher not sweet, just the perfect amount and the place is not your typical tea/boba place, it's really really nice inside. If you're in the area and want something cold and tangy/ sweet I would definitely recommend coming here and meeting Warren, he was great!
Got the dragon well milk tea and their special milk tea. The tea is very light so you mostly taste milk. Not my cuppa tea but the cup and the design is amazing. I wished they had more bookmarks of the lady. The bag is soo pretty i wished it was reusuable. My friends like the mango sago here. They have book marks where yoy can write wishes and hang them on a tree. Very cute. Parking can be rough as there are lots of stores and limited parking spots. Not sure if theres underground parking
Not bad, but not anything special. 3catea is much superior, especially the mango mochi drink It's decent, and still worth checking out but it's not superior to other drink places
Located in a plaza with a few restaurants and a boba shop. Plenty of parking. Quick service with a kiosk infront. What I like about this place is they have a wishing tree. Whether you believe in it or not, there's no harm in writing your wishes down. I tried the Green Grapes Sparkling Tea. It's a refreshing drink and has actual grapes in it. Although it tasted more sparkling than any tea but overall, a good drink to try out.
Whenever I'm in Arcadia, BenGong is one of my go to spots. Their menu is quite extensive and drinks never disappoint. Parking is plentiful and free which is a nice plus. Interior is very cute, good amount of tables as I see plenty of people sit and do work on their laptops here. To the right is a wishing tree that's decorated and perfect for photos. There's also a self ordering kiosk which is great when the shop gets busy. The menu itself is very extensive and very unique. Ranging from brown sugar specials which is one of their signatures to one of my personal favorites, the sparkling series. They also have Yakult, cheese, and fruit series to order. Staff is friendly and quick as our drinks came out withing 5 minutes. (Ordered on this specific occasion) -- Peach Oolong Milk Tea ($6.00) -- Very refreshing drink, peach doesn't overpower the drink as a whole and is just a perfect drink overall. Came in their deco cups which was a plus. Mixed very well with the Oolong Milk Tea, I would recommend this drink for anyone that has trouble deciding what to get. 10/10 -- Strawberry Peach Sparkling Tea ($6.25) -- I was pretty interested in the sparkling series and this one caught my eye the most. It's pretty much as expected, sparkling tea. Similar to a soda feeling, this was a solid refresher on a warm day. Although the taste kind of went away after about an hour, it was still a decent drink to try. Definitely checking the other sparkling drinks out next time I visit. 8/10 One underrated thing about this shop is their different type of cups. Ranging from the standard size cups, to their round cups and their decorated cups. Many drinks come in the smaller round cups so watch out for that if you're expecting a standard cup. Regardless, the cups are well made and super cute and sturdy. Overall, wonderful shop with cute designs, friendly staff, and high quality drinks. You can't really go wrong with any drink here as they're all super flavorful. Highly recommend giving BenGongs a visit.

Really enjoyed this tea spot! The fruit tea and brown sugar tea my nephew got were both really good super flavorful! The fruit tea had such freshnesss to it I'm like craving it every day ever since The location itself is really nice, modern, and thoughtfully designed. they actually have a little activity you can do while waiting for your drink. There's a tree inside where you can hang an affirmation bookmark. They provide yarn and bookmarks so you can write your own message and add it to the tree, which was so unique and rare to see a business too! I give them props for standing out like that! Overall, I liked it a lot and definitely want to come back to try more of their milk teas or maybe a slush next time.

Parking is ok but it's shared with many other businesses so it could be challenging Menu has a good variety of fruit and milk tea drinks Pricing was ok - expect to pay $6-$7+ (most drinks can be either hot (+$0.50) or cold and there are 2 sizes - regular & large (+$0.75). There are a lot of topping options - $0.75). There are ice and sugar adjustments available. Loved the online ordering - did this option and it was so fast, easy, and convenient! Service was welcoming and friendly Inside was quite small but there were a few tables and chairs Mango Pomelo Sago ($6.25) - got this half sweet and less ice. This was not too sweet but I hardly tasted any mango unfortunately. I was expecting real mango pieces but just had bits of sour Pomelo. I think I prefer the mango Pomelo Sago from Yifang more so this was 6/10 Peach Oolong Milk Tea ($5.50) was pretty good! Got this half sugar, less ice, and with boba (+$0.75). It wasn't too sweet and the barley pieces were chewy and yummy! The boba was soft and fresh. However, I didn't really taste much of the peach or oolong so this was 7/10 Overall, I was quite disappointed so I most likely won't recommend or return.
Overall, not comparable to the SG location in interior decor, taste, or service. We got the below: Oreo brulee milk tea: ran out of boba and replaced with mochi that tastes like tiny torn up bits of mochi. No tea taste. Creamy lychee: acceptable Matcha red bean: not bad, but doesn't look anything like the advertised picture Strawberry sparkling tea: not very sparkling, very sour, more like slightly strawberry tasting water I think the lady who helped me here was extremely pushy and up in my personal space to push their friends handmade press on nails. I wanted to just look and she kept handing me ones I didn't want (told her I'd just look myself, didn't want short, didn't want this or that). It was extremely annoying and her discount sucked, and I wanted her to leave me alone to look for myself. She even pushed my friend who was looking out of the way. Didn't like this experience and won't come back.
Went to Ben Gong's for the first time on a weekday after lunch and it was practically empty, which was perfect. The guy working was super helpful, service was quick, and the place was immaculate. Like... shiny clean. I got the golden sesame milk tea and hold tf up!!! 2025 Sesame Drink of the Year goes to BenGong's!!!!! I'm OBSESSED. It was nutty, creamy, perfectly balanced. I haven't stopped thinking about it. My husband got the mango mochi with additional barley, which was also good, but forget that - sesame is where it is at. Already dreaming about going back. Like... today. If not sooner.
if you're craving a milk tea, their special boba milk tea gets the job done. It's very tasty but can be a bit sweet since the boba has its own sugar glaze so I recommend 25 or 0% sweet if you typically like not very sweet things. Baristas are super nice and welcoming! good study space, seating up to 4 per table, with solid internet connection

Yes yes and yes. My coworker recommended this and I drank my drink in 5 min LOL a wide variety, you customize the sweetness. Parking is a little tricky when it's super busy but it's worth it. read more

Boba 10/10 I ordered the Special Boba Milk tea 75% sugar, regular ice size small. So good! I came here twice in one week back to back. Very flavorful, boba firm, just simply good. When you are tired of Starbucks and the same ol boring coffee but want caffeine come here. Service calm and nice. read more
Delicious refreshing drinks! We got some after dinner desserts at BenGong's Tea. It is in a large complex with plenty of parking and right next to a fruity drinks store. We got one item from the top 6 milk drink and another from the top 6 fruity drinks. The burnt caramel cheese drink was delicious with bits of caramel intermixed. The cheese foam stayed on top though; with the icee style lid it wasn't easy to drink the cheese foam directly without either mixing or taking the lid off. The mango pomelo sago drink was very fruity. It had "crystal" boba like balls which is sago. There were also mango bits and topped with some pomelo as well. Another new boba shop in Arcadia! I went during soft opening so I expected that the staff are still learning and new and it would take a bit longer. I went on Sunday around 1130 and the crowd was huge right after I ordered! I ended up getting my drinks in about 15 minutes which isn't bad at all. I ordered the peach oolong milk tea for my boyfriend and the uji matcha cheese slush for me. The matcha slush was just okay, there wasn't a lot of matcha flavor. From the sips of the peach oolong milk tea I had, I really enjoyed it! The cashier said that their sweetness level is half compared to other boba places. Overall, a good experience and I'd come back to try more drinks. read more
Absolutely great addition to the community, they've got so many high quality drinks and such a cute spot to chill at as well! They had some favorites like the Mango Pomelo & Burnt Caramel Cheese Milk Tea that you just can't go wrong with. There were also remixes on some classic flavors like their Osmanthus Rice Milk Tea & Golden Sesame Milk Slush that made for a rich, unique new taste! My favorite by far was their Peach Oolong Milk Tea with 'Snow' on top, as it had an amazing milky balanced in with the richness of their tea. Good amount of peach bits sprinkled throughout and that pretty 'snow' cream capped the place off for a must try place! read more
I have Never been a fan of boba in my tea before, but this place has changed my mind. Unfortunately they did not have two of the teas I wanted to try due to them running out of the ingredients, so instead I ordered the brown burnt sugar milk tea. It did not disappoint. I love that I was able to change the level of sugar and ice added to my drink, I got it at 50% sweet. It seems it was the right choice , because the boba in the tea was sweet which made the milk tea even better. I also ordered the Osmanthus tea cold and with no sugar added. I was planning to save for when I got home but It turned out it was the perfect tea drink for getting stuck in traffic on my way back home.prices are reasonable for the quality of tea. And everyone there seemed to be working hard. Anyone around should definitely check this place out. For my next visit I hope to try the teas I missed out on. read more
First visit here. There is 2 tea shops in the same plaza. BENGONG had the curb appeal, and I went with it. Parked my vehicle in without any problem. I entered the shop, the shop isn't big, typical size which looked like about 1600 sq ft, could be slight larger. The entrance is a bit crammed with the decorative tree. The cashier was friendly. Got my orders without a long wait on a national holiday. The tea milk tea refreshing, smooth non powdered milk was tasty. The boba was still hot on the bottom, which makes it soft and chewy. The ratio of the tea vs milk blend was on the spot. The 2nd was the orange jasmine tea. It has real slices of orange and appealed to be lime or another citrus fruit. The tea was tangy and had a unique flavor and savory taste! The interior decor was beautiful, it has a very feminine touch to it. Overall, it was a great experience! Pretty cool vibes in this location, with a touch of Chinese aesthetics coming through from all the designs and the interior of the shop. There's a bit of indoor seating (with comfy pillows if you sit by the wall to actually encourage hanging out longer) and a restroom too. As for drinks, I think it's a good unique option for the area. I had the passion fruit yakult tea, which came with real bits of passion fruit but watch out if you don't like chewing on the seeds. I had it at zero sugar and it was still flavored nicely. My friend had the passion fruit sparkling water, which is exactly as it sounds. He felt it was a pass and wasn't sweet enough at 100%, probably because of how the sparkling water dilutes. I'd be down to try other drinks as this spot as they got quite a bit of options on the menu and it's a good hangout spot to have a conversation if you can grab a seat. read more

This is a great place for some high quality tea! They have a wide variety of fruit and milk teas that each have their own unique ingredients/styles (Fresh fruit, carbonated, etc.) The Passionfruit Super Cup is great for those who love fresh fruit along with some Passion Fruit Tea. The taste is very natural and refreshing in this Cali heat! The Special Milk Tea was different than most milk teas I've had. The milk teas here are fairly creamy and have a bit of a nutty flavor to them. It makes them unique and a good change up in my opinion! The atmosphere is very clean and there is comfy indoor seating. Something I enjoyed was the wishing tree they have. You are able to take a tag and write a wish, then hang it on the tree with the others. It adds to the atmosphere and is something wholesome to read while waiting for your drink :) read more

The store is located inside a plaza with a parking lot. Lots of spaces for parking. Currently there is a soft opening 20% off special. I tried the osmanthus rice milk tea and DaHongPao boba milk tea (currently $2.99 promotion special). Both very good. You can smell and taste the tea, not overpowered by the taste of milk. The boba was chewy, well made. Prices are average for boba places nowadays, not too bad. read more

Decided to stop here for a quick snack and we ordered Peach oolong milk tea, crème brûlée and fruit tea. I ordered the peach oolong milk tea with oat instead since I can't have dairy and it was so good and unique to other boba stores that I would drive here again just for it! It came with little peach things(it was gummy like it bean shaped? I don't know what it was) and it added onto how good the boba was. The crème brûlée was ok, nothing special but not bad. And the fruit tea was good too but nothing special again. Service was quick and the worker there informed me on how I couldn't change the milk in matcha red bean to oat which was very kind of her! The ambiance is nicely decorated too. Overall a great place for some good boba, I would recommend trying the special flavors and the peach oolong for sure Overall rating: 4.5/5 read more

BenGong has a unique menu with interesting drinks and toppings that I don't often see such as tea cubes and purple rice. The interior design as well as the design of their cups are very pretty. It took a while to skim the menu because there were so many unique drinks, but the cashier was patient and very good at describing each one for us. I got the peach oolong milk tea which comes with barley bits. I got 50% sweet and it was perfect for me. I also tried my friend's boba and I liked that it was warm, soft, and chewy. Although the cup size for the peach oolong milk tea was smaller than I anticipated, I really enjoyed the drink and would come back again to try other drinks on their menu. read more

Decided to come here after me and my college friends were craving for some boba. Upon coming in, what I liked the most was the beautiful interior of the shop. From the man made free to the artistic artwork on the walls definitely made it a welcoming atmosphere. I ordered 2 drinks because I couldn't decide which one to get. One was the uji matcha and it had a very light subtle flavor. The boba topping was definitely a wow factor since it was surprisingly soft and chewy. The burnt brown sugar milk tea was also very delicious and definitely had the right amount of sugar to it. Service was also great as the staff were friendly and definitely will be coming back in the future for more. read more

I've always heard good things about this place and I was so glad to have finally tried it! They seem to have a really extensive menu, but it seemed like their peach oolong milk tea was one of their popular choices. I decided to go with that drink and was surprised that it also comes with these "popping barley"! It didn't take too long to get my drink, which when it was first handed to me, I really liked the aesthetics and artwork of everything. Aesthetics makes me more excited to try things haha. Tasting it, it was pretty nice! The popping barley was actually pretty good too. I added boba as well, so it was warm and chewy, it was the right texture that I liked! The tea was also very nice as well. You don't really taste the peach, so it's actually really subtle, but that's what I preferred since I prefer tea over fruity. I just wish that my drink was colder cause it seems like they don't put a lot of ice in the first place, but maybe that's what brings out the flavor more? Overall, great experience and great drinks! I came here as a part of the Elite week to celebrate AAPI. I'm so glad I found a new boba spot to check out as this place is kind of hidden since you can't see it from the street. I decided to try the Taro Milk Boba Slush. It is not at all what I expected. To be honest I didn't check the reviews and went based on my assumption. They use real taro bits and put them on the bottom of the cup, add the slush (milk and ice), and then put the boba. Although it looked very pretty (my camera couldn't capture its beauty), I personally don't like the texture of the taro, only the flavor. Once I shook it like a bento box, it wasn't as bad. :) The ambiance is nice with the music being played at a reasonable level for those who were working/studying. I like the decor and the wish tree they had inside. The staff was very nice and helpful :) I'll definitely come back here to try more drinks and suggest it to friends as well. read more
Been itching to try BenGong since last year, never got the chance until today. Bought their Black Rice Taro Milk Yea and Passion Fruit Yakult Tea. They are very good, you can taste the tea in both the drinks, they have an exquisite scent. My wife and I loved it, we will definitely try their other drinks soon. read more

I really like their drinks! It's fragrant, they make it with such great care. My favorite drink is the mango pomelo sago, it's sweet and fruity and refreshing, reminds me of one of a popular dessert. I would totally go here again with my friends to try all their other drinks, yum!! read more
A modern hip Chinese boba shop with creations that compliment the flavors of traditional tea instead of covering the tea taste. Walk into Ben Gong's and the atmosphere feels like if you were to go into a Chinese tea shop that was made for zoomers. Beautiful wall and overall decorations that combines traditional Chinese characters with modern day activities like skateboarding. The decorations is exactly how the tea taste as described earlier. Most of these drinks are less sweet so regular is like 75% in other places. If you are a fan of regular milk tea, grab a Tea Cube - Green. It's a drink that takes your traditional milk tea but flavor balanced beautifully and they add jelly that have a really strong tea fragrance. I don't know how they made the jelly, but I would take them over boba anyday. I also had the hot osmanthus rice tea. This is a great choice on a cold day if you are a fan of rice beer or rice wine. Very strong fermented rice taste fused with tea. I am a fan of this drink. Last I had the orange green tea. I wish the tea flavor was a little stronger in this drink, but they did a good job of getting the bitterness from an orange peel. I had it hot and would love to try it cold next time. Overall come try it out. There's enough variety and I have had a good experience with the drinks I've had so far. read more

Mango pomelo sago was delicious but the go-to drink has to be the peach oolong milk tea with barley! Barley is not an option at a lot of boba places that I go to (granted I am from out of state), so I get this every time I go. The barley tastes very different than you would expect, with almost a popping boba texture but honestly even better. I hope that this topping catches on and will be more readily available at other places because it's SO good. read more

Stopped by on accident tonight, best accident ever!! We were actually going to a nearby store in the same shopping center but it was closed but saw this storefront with beautiful decor inside and decided to check it out. I had the Uji Matcha boba and it was tasty and the boba was some of the freshest and chewiest I've had! My husband had a different signature milk tea which he was happy with. Great location to chill with a friend because the ambiance is awesome. So glad this spot is close to home and I can't wait to come back and try more!! read more
