Initially, we thought we were in the wrong place since we went to what seemed like a restaurant but when we went inside it was like a mini food hall with Ben gong's on the left & a Chinese place in the right. There weren't any milk alternatives so I ended up getting an osmantheus tea with boba & 50% sugar. The tea was really flavorful & the boba had a nice bouncy texture. Would come here again but wish they had oat milk or soy milk so I could try more flavors.

The drinks are unique, natural tasting, and customizable. Service is fast, and the drinks are very aesthetic.

It's tea time! Passion Fruit Yakult Tea

This spacious bubble tea shop is a great place to meet up with friends for a study session. Drinks: Passion Fruit Yakult Tea: Tart and creamy with passion fruit chunks on the bottom. It's a delicious drink, but I do not consider this a tea. I can't taste any of the tea, so next time I'll request less sugar. The menu is so extensive I know I'll be back to try something new. Service: No in-person contact. They have 3 kiosks, and cash is not accepted. Service is simply okay... but not good. Normally someone will call out your order number when your beverage is ready, that doesn't happen here. So keep your eye out for your order. Ambiance: Chill vibe. Clean and quiet. Free Wi-Fi. Plenty of seating. Overall: Family friendly. Study spot. Free WiFi. Clean. Fast service. Great for large groups. Credit card only.

The ambience is nice and clean. When they get slammed, they seriously get busy. I can see how the kiosks can mess up orders if you don't put in particulars like ice and sugar levels separately and double check what you put in. They ARE just machines. And the teas were flavorful and familiar. There are games there and plenty of seating options for different people, groups, and needs. The restrooms are clean enough and the parking lot is shared with many other spots!

I really enjoy the drinks here! The mango pomelo sago is a hit. Service is very fast, and the ambiance is that if a classic, relaxing cafe. It's a bit on the pricier side in order to match the quality of the drinks. But it's nice to come here for a special treat!

    Tiramisu black milk tea. Delicious!!

Tiramisu black milk tea with 50% sweetness and less ice is what you need in life! Just a fair warning for those who are lactose intolerant: pop a lactose enzyme tablet beforehand or avoid it at all costs if your stomach is sensitive to dairy. Customer service has been quick and efficient, and you must pay close attention to your order number when the staff calls out your order. The ambiance of this establishment is casual, and you can catch up with friends over bubble tea. I recommend this spot for bubble tea in EC.

Very good! Try this black tea cube if you are tired of boba!!!!

Been here several times, most of times service was great, and drinks were tasty. However there were times our drinks didn't come out as it supposed to be, and customer service were lacking. It really depends on who's working that day . Fortunately, most of the time this place is decent. the self service order machine is fairly convenient, but couple of times one of the two machines was broken, when this happens the line can be long. Our overall experience with ben gong is thumbs up & do recommend.

Bengong Tea offers a fantastic selection of different types of tea and beautifully crafted drinks. Their flavors are good and refreshing, with high-quality ingredients that stand out. The cozy atmosphere and attention to detail make it a perfect spot to enjoy a treat. Quick service and staff is very helpful with what drink to order.

I Ordered the cheese oolong milk tea- 50% sugar with less ice. The cheese foam has a salty sweet cream cheese flavor. Mix the cheese foam into the tea. I really enjoyed the drink. There is a strong tea flavor which is a plus. If you do not like saltiness, I would not recommend this. My group of friends didn't like it, but I love salty sweet.

An awesome treat to find in ellicott city for boba tea. The shop has a nice space to hang out for a while. Ordering is easy with a kiosk and counter for cash orders. Full selection of tea options from fruit teas, milk teas, green teas, sparkling teas, and cheese tea. Fully customizable from the sugar/sweetness level, amount of ice, and choice of toppings. The service here was efficient and I was really happy with my fruit tea with boba. This is a great post dinner dessert spot in the ellicott city area if you want a refreshing tea drink.

A good boba place in Ellicott City that is worth a try. It is conveniently located in the same store as the xian food restaurant.

It's a smallish space and indoor seating was really full at 11 AM on a weekday. Because of rain, the outdoor benches were not in use, and I saw closed-up patio-umbrellas too. I ordered from a kiosk or you could order online or in person. I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was made quickly by welcoming staff. It was a regular size croissant with very light cheese and a layer of crispy bacon pieces in a well toasted croissant. The flavor was good. This café also sells a number of beverages, including fresh ground espresso, and various teas And they sell some bakery goods, candies, and quite a variety of dry-packaged teas and coffee. The parking right in front Café Jun can get pretty full, but there's plenty parking in the rest of the shopping center. You can enter the shopping area from eastbound US-40 Baltimore National Pike, or from westbound Frederick Road. It's just east of Centennial Lane/Bethany Lane and about a mile West of US 29. The larger shopping area has a diner 3-strip mall sections, one of which is called Princess Shopping Center, so I'm a little confused which mall-name covers which shops. They have a summer concert planned! That should be fun!

People do seem to respect the 90MIN seating window though so you should be able to find a seat. You order and pay at the counter first and then they give you a table number card. This is how they find you to serve your food. I ordered a regular matcha latte, a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on croissant bread and their famous croffle. I loved their matcha latte. It's pre-sweetened so no need to add extra vanilla syrup or anything. This does not taste like a traditional matcha, which in my opinion tastes like dirt. This is a sweeter, dessert like matcha. I didn't care for the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. It was kind of dry and it tasted like something was missing. The croffle was amazing. It has a nutty, pecan like taste to it and it was topped with vanilla gelato and blueberries. I couldn't really taste the maple syrup but it was delicious nonetheless.

So the flight was for different ice lattes paired with a pastry, which was a croissant a Blondie brownie, a macaroon and lastly.strawberry cake for $25. It took a while for the flight to be prepared because I think they're a little bit shortstaffed on a Monday morning, but they had a lot of comfortable places to sit and wait. The corn beef sandwich came out good and I mentioned it was simple because it's literally just corn beef with some white bread and some cheese, but it was actually pretty tasty for breakfast. The coffee flight came out and it's on a large paddle and it looked really delicious. I have to say the regular flavored lattes and the croissant weren't my favorite choices, but as I started moving down the paddleboard towards flavored lattes and the Blondi bar, it was pretty good. My favorite latte was the butter beer and my favorite pastry actually turned out to be the Blondie brownie bar. The inside has enough seating for about 50 people and it's really cutely decorated. I highly recommend stopping in if you're in the mood for a coffee after a day of shopping in Ellicott city.

There were 6 of us, and they were able to put two tables together to accommodate us. I was overall disappointed with the food. The waffle which I paid $5 for was super small and there were just chunks of sugar in it. I also ordered scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese. The spinach came out on the side of the eggs and was uncooked. The cheese was not melted, and the eggs were burnt (dark brown and dry). The waitress was kind enough to take the eggs back for the cheese and spinach to be mixed/melted. They were still burnt and flavorless. I picked around and ate what I could. I also ordered some kind of spinach and feta pastry from the front case, which was good. We also all enjoyed the homefries which were crispy with a unique seasoning. We ordered the stuffed french toast which had a great flavor, but it wasn't really stuffed, there were just toppings on it. My nephew ordered the chicken and waffles. He's 15. I'm guessing that waitress assumed he was a kid and gave him the kids portion. Either way, the fried chicken looked like two pieces of frozen chicken schnitzel. My mother ordered the Reuben and did not like it at all because it lacked flavor.
