The vegetables were cooked just how I like them--crisp broccoli, carrots, onions... flavorful and not overcooked at all. And let's not forget the plum wine--nice, cold, sweet, and exactly what I needed after a long day running around with kids for spring break. It definitely hit the spot! And the BEST part?
