My friend and I ordered through Uber Eats and the meal was very delicious!! my friend ordered the California rolls and the tempura shrimp rolls and I ordered the Shoyu Ramen along with the calamari salad. I also ordered one shrimp tempura, which was so delicious! Everything was delicious!! The Uber driver served us very quickly!! We will definitely be ordering from here again!!

This is prob my new fav sushi place. I've tried the one in Leesburg once ages ago. This Ashburn location has more inviting vibe, a lot more spacious. Excellent sushi, sashimi, appetizer, nice ramen too. It is definitely worth a drive to eat here. I wished they open nearby in MD in the future.

Pretty good spot for reasonably priced sushi. We came in around lunchtime on a weekday and found the place to be about half full. Seems to be more of a lunchtime spot as far as ambiance goes. We both had the lunch sushi combos and left satisfied. Enjoy

I am super excited that Mr. and Mrs, opened a larger location just down the street from our home. Although the Lansdowne one was nice, it was tiny. This new location can host large groups because they have multiple tables. They have giant TVs throughout the restaurant and a large sushi bar. Food: I love the bento boxes and the fried tempura appetizers. This is my go-to at the Mr's house. Their tempura is flaky and light, oh so perfect. I also think their menu has more ramen and other Korean food options. Service is always nice. Staff refills waters and seats you quickly.

I keep finding myself coming back! It's fresh and delicious, they have great prices and the service was nice. Everything was clean and order came out quick, highly recommend this location!

I love this restaurant! Be prepared to return every week to try all the different options! One visit and I was hooked! Really nice service and really good food! Always quality! For the record I visit both locations and this post applies to both as far as my opinion! Five stars.

Just opened. I always have lower expectations in the beginning but it was a well oiled machine. Service was good. Greater at the door. Place was clean and organized. Food: better than expected! Sushi pieces were large , fresh and tasty. Very extensive menu ( look online). I posted the lunch special because it was not online. Prices are good for this type of restaurant. Bottom line: If they stay like this, it will succeed in this location. I will be back again and again.

A much better restaurant than their other location in Landsdowne. Superb food, fast service, fresh fish, and I was served the largest hamachi kama ever! Moist, tender, and so full of flavor that it needed no sauce. Highly recommend this place!

Went on a Wednesday night for dinner pretty early around 5:30pm which wasn't busy so we didn't have to wait for a table. The wait staff were welcoming and attentive. I had the lion king and spicy salmon rolls which both tasted very fresh and had great flavor. I would definitely go back to try some of the other dishes they offer. Love having a new nearby sushi option.

Tried the Leesburg location first and glad this opened up in Ashburn. Since it's a fairly new location, it was very nice and clean. The waitresses were very nice and friendly. Our sushi rolls were very delicious and filling. They also offer great Lunch Specials so check them out. Definitely a good spot for comfort food in the area.

I travel from Atlanta to VA once a month for business and will door dash Mr and Mrs Roll 1-2 times during my visit. The sushi is always fresh and tasty and never disappoints. And the presentation of the food is always beautiful and inviting. You can tell they take pride in preparing meals for their customers. My staples are the sunomono and the Mr Sushi deluxe, which is a large enough for two people or you can save the leftovers to enjoy later. I am looking forward to my next M&M Roll meal in January.

Fantastic sushi and Ramen among other items, lots of innovative roll choices, in a nice looking place with reasonable prices and quick service. Terrific value, everything was super fresh Don't miss it.

A lot of the NoVA hibachi spots aren't open for lunch on the weekends. We chose Sakura Grill because it was one of the few that were. We came for a Sunday lunch and it was nearly empty. Service was pleasant, but the hibachi chef did the bare minimum. We started with a couple appetizers - the crab rangoons, takoyaki, and an eel roll. All were satisfactory and brought out quickly, but noticeably absent from the takoyaki were the bonito flakes. I will commend the restaurant for being mindful of dietary restrictions. We had someone in our party who requested no onions in their hibachi, and the chef was able to accommodate without any issues. We also had someone who ordered the vegetable hibachi, and the staff asked whether that diner was a vegetarian and advised that the hibachi meals came with shrimp. Another plus was that they had a sink in the dining area to wash your hands. As for the hibachi presentation, the chef lit the grill on fire, spun the spatulas around at the intro, tossed the egg up and down a few times, did the onion volcano (though poorly executed), and attempted to throw a piece of zucchini into our mouths. There was an option for a sake shot from a squeeze bottle, but we all declined. The chef relied on a few gimmicks - a silly squirt bottle and a clucking rubber chicken. He didn't have a lot of showmanship or pizazz or any wow factor. The chef wasn't very engaging - he might as well have cooked the food in the back kitchen. This was my brother-in-law's first time at a hibachi restaurant, but the lack of razzle-dazzle in the cooking did not impress and left something to be desired. I ordered the filet mignon hibachi. Each hibachi meal comes with a small house salad and hibachi soup (mushroom based broth with fried onions). You can also swap out for the miso soup, if you like. The filet mignon was nice and tender. I could've done with more flavor, but I guess that's what the dipping sauces are for. One of my favorite things about going to a hibachi place is the fried rice. This fried rice was average, and the veggies were also average... everything was average. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff were kind enough to sing happy birthday twice - once from the hibachi chef with the onion volcano and once from the waitstaff with a festive drum and tambourine. I will credit the waitstaff for providing effective service, but the food and hibachi experience were pretty mid overall.

From the moment we walked in, Jackie made us feel incredibly welcome. His genuine hospitality made it feel less like dining at a restaurant and more like being invited over for a traditional, home-cooked Korean meal. Having traveled and dined in Seoul many times, I really appreciated how authentic everything tasted. Every dish was freshly prepared and full of the bold flavors that I expect in Korean cuisine. One of my biggest pet peeves is when restaurants water down Tteok Bokki until it tastes like sweetened tomato paste. Gogi Go Go absolutely nailed it. The spice profile had the right amount of heat, and the rice cakes had the perfect chewy texture. The Pajeon was loaded with fresh vegetables and beautifully cooked, with a crisp exterior and tender center. The BBQ bowls have generous portions and the Bul Dak sauce was packed with flavor. Their Kimchi was delicious as well and tasted very fresh. A surprise of the night was the soy garlic wings. Since Gogi Go Go doesn't really market themselves as a Korean fried chicken restaurant, we ordered this with fairly low expectations. I definitely underestimated them. They arrived piping hot, perfectly crispy, generously coated in sauce without becoming soggy, and were well sized. They honestly rival, and in fact surpass, some of the dedicated Korean fried chicken spots we've seen come and go in the area. As someone who's a long time Ashburn resident, I remember when there were very few authentic Korean restaurants nearby, and to experience a good one meant driving to Fairfax or Centreville. It's exciting to see that changing in recent years, and Gogi Go Go is a fantastic addition. Their authentic, home-style dishes really hit the mark. There's lots of variety in the menu and you're sure to find something you'll love. The atmosphere is casual enough for an everyday meal (we had just come from the gym), yet the level of hospitality makes you feel like a welcomed guest rather than just another customer (that quality can be hard to find and truly makes this place special). Highly recommend giving this locally owned (not a chain) restaurant a try. We'll definitely be back!

However, they do a good takeout business, as we noticed several people come in to pick up their orders. Before coming here, we looked at their menu. Thus, we knew what we wanted when we got here. Service was great. The staff here is friendly and efficient. Our server checked on us more than once during our meal. To drink, my husband ordered a Kirin Light beer while I ordered a glass of plum wine. Some Japanese places fill the glass too high, but here, the portion size was reasonable. I ordered "the poke bowl". I chose salmon for my fish. This bowl consists of "Sushi-grade fish topped with vegetables, mixed with poke sauce over a choice of mixed greens or rice". I chose the rice. Before coming here, I looked up "poke sauce." I found a website called "pokebowlny.com." This is the description they gave: "traditional poke sauce blends soy sauce, sesame oil, and often rice vinegar, along with aromatics like garlic and ginger. This classic combination makes the fish taste fresher, the vegetables more vibrant, and the rice more flavorful." The vegetables in the bowl were kernel corn, seaweed salad, and cucumbers. I really enjoyed having this meal! All the flavors worked well together. I look forward to having it again. Along with the poke bowl, a bowl of miso soup is included. That, too, was quite good, and it came to the table quite warm. My husband ordered "Tuna Don," which consists of "fresh tuna sashimi over rice & vegetables. His entrée came with both miso soup and a small side salad. The bowl had a big slice of radish, some seaweed salad, and the usual shredded daikon. The wasabi was really spicy - he could feel it in his nose and sinus cavity - it'll take your head off. The generous portion of tuna was large with thicker slices than he'd ever seen before.

We walked in for lunch and it was busy, 10+ tables. It took a minute to be seated, no big deal, but we noticed immediately that the man seating us was also the ONLY employee on the floor. We watched as he made drinks, boba, pulled cases of Coke behind the counter, refilled water, and some 10 minutes later, finally made it over to take our order. We were very leery, but another employee suddenly appeared out of the back with the table settings and we were assured it was fine. We order and it takes about 10 more minutes just to get the broth. That starts BOILING before any of the meats, vegetables, or other items are delivered to the table. By this point we haven't eaten anything other than the complimentary peanuts and cucumbers, and we've been there a half-hour. My son's chicken arrives soon thereafter, and we finally receive the hot pot stuff. And that's the last we saw of the service team until he brought the check nearly 30 minutes later. We tried waving him down for refills, the other employee walked by and asked if we wanted a refill on the broths and then forgot about us. For an all-you-can-eat hot pot place, they sure can save a ton of money by never refilling your items, drinks, or broth. He brought out the check at nearly an hour later and I asked why he hadn't offered me a refill for any of the hot pot items. He apologized and then asked if I would be paying via card. I used the reward dollars we'd saved from previous visits because we don't think we'll be returning. Literally, absolutely zero inclination to serve us more food or even acknowledge that we were still hungry and hadn't seen him or any other staff after the initial table set. I removed the defaulted 22% tip HE selected on the credit card reader he brought to the table and asked for the manager. He said he'd be back, then disappeared to the kitchen immediately and didn't return for the 10 minutes we decided to wait. Another customer asked us if we'd visited before, and we told them we were monthly visitors, but this would likely be our last time. Another employee we hadn't seen the entire time we'd been there came to bus the table and we asked her if there were problems. She told us she couldn't talk about it, then hurried off to the back without even finishing our table. Most likely they were at least watching her, and would retaliate if she said anything out of line. A group walking in heard me complaining as we walked out, stopped me to ask what happened, then followed us back out the door. Can't recommend them anymore. Not sure what happened in the month since we were last there, but it's apparent it's not being managed actively. Short staffed is one issue, being poorly staffed by employees who don't care is a larger problem. Maybe new ownership and management is needed, if it continues like this, the corner will be vacant before too long. Sad, because this was a good place without having to drive to Falls Church. They could've cornered the market here in Ashburn.
