This is my 3rd visit here & I definitely won't be back again. The food and drinks are delicious but the service is absolutely horrible. It was a Tuesday evening and there was only one person in charge of both cashier, taking orders and delivering food to the tables. When I entered, I was not greeted and as far as I can see, it wasn't busy. After an awkward moment standing next to the sign that reads "please wait to be seated." I eventually moved and picked my own table for my party. About 5 minutes after that, I was finally greeted and given glasses of water and the menu. The lady returned after another 5 minutes to get our order. The wait time for our food was reasonable. Once our food arrived, the lady never returned to our table. I had my son go up to ask for to go boxes. After packing our own food to go, I went up to the lady to pay for our table. My sister handed me some cash and so I told the lady here's the cash, the rest of the bill will go on the card. The lady proceeded to roll her eyes at me. After she manually deducted the cash from the total, she placed my card on the reader which was in front of me. She didn't even need to take my card in the first place! She then said, "put in the tip" while standing and staring at the screen to see what I would pick. After she handed me my card, she walked back into the kitchen, she didn't even say a word. I called out for her to come back and give me my receipt. She handed my receipt to me but it only had the card transaction. It doesn't show what I ordered and the total amount, nor what we paid in cash and so forth. I was too annoyed to say anything by then. Please stay away unless you like crappy service. read more

Doordash order - Pad thai w/ tofu: The noodles were under-dressed and almost completely flavorless. The tofu was cut in large 1.5" blocks and left unseasoned so the entire dish tasted like boiled water. A Cup-o-noodle soaked in watery ketchup would have tasted better. A lazy preparation, and an absolute waste of money. Kee mao noodles: The noodles were all stuck together in large clumps so a majority of the dish was left undressed and there was no sauce leftover so you were left with flavorless sheets of noodles if you pulled them apart, or gummy flavorless bricks if you just needed to get it over with. The vegetables were added and prepared with an equivalent amount of care so the dish as a whole was a bad exchange. There's an obvious lack of pride here, or maybe this was a 2 week notification from a chef that doesn't need a reference. Either way, I just can't see why anyone would return unless a plague wipes out all of the other Thai restaurants in the state. read more

Only a couple of other customers here midday on a Saturday. We have our seven year old with us and decided to try Thai food for her for the first time. While her phad Thai came out ok my curry had really no flavor and my husbands three star out four spice beef salad had no spice at all. We ordered an appetizer and the waitress was surprised that I asked why it did not come out before the main dishes. Our seven year olds food came out last. Service not that great and food passable but not much in the way of flavors you would expect for Thai food. Portland based thai restaurants need to move in on the Seattle market, they could make a killing. I have been disappointed with almost every experience at Thai food restaurants in Seattle. They give you small portions of the curry sauce, skimp on the variety of vegetables included, charge extra for rice. Tonight they didn't ask how spicy I wanted it and so it had no spicy. Which I have had happen at Mexican restaurants around here as well. I like spicy, medium. Not super hot, not weak but present. That should be the norm. Is it because i'm white or because they have no pride in their food. I spent $30 for bland, weak thai food to share with my roommate, 2 entrees, that I would've paid half as much for in Oregon and received a much higher quality product with probably some complimentary mango slices and sweet rice. #fail read more

Wish I could give half or no star. Worse thai food restaurant I've ever been to. You are better off saving your money and going somewhere else. The food was bland- 4 star is their max, ordered 4 star and it wasn't spicy at all. Ordered the prik king, chicken was way too over cooked and dry. My boyfriend ordered the phad thai with shrimp, came out burnt. When we told the waitress, she replied with, "oh, it's burnt? Let me ask the cooks if it is." She returned with a new one, which was still burnt and had flakes of the wok in it (we tasted it, it wasn't pepper) the shrimp looked undercooked, my boyfriend had about 3 bites before he stopped and had a stomach ache. He ordered a side of peanut sauce with it and it didn't even taste like peanut sauce, it had a tangy sour taste to it. The customer service? HORRIBLE. This is the main reason I will NEVER return. When asked to see a manger, was told their wasn't a manager and we would have to speak to one of the cooks. They were not fluent in English and ended up yelling and speaking to us in a condescending tone. The waitress, at this point, called the owner on the phone and she apogized on their behalf, but the staff kept staring at us angrily, speaking under their breath, which we could still hear them saying not nice things. She said she would comp us the phad thai, but upon walking out unhappy and returning home, we noticed our change was short --- the waitress STILL billed us for the full amount. So lesson learned to always check the change first, as it seems the staff aren't paying attention to their till when you pay with cash. read more

I wish we could do incremental 1/2 star ratings here. I rarely give 5 star perfection ratings and 1/2 star would differentiate between a good review - 3 star, and an outstanding 4 star review on my scale. This restaurant would rate 3-1/2 stars. They have Miang Kham with cha-plu leaves (NOT Spinach!) my favorite street food in Bangkok. A definite plus and worth 1/2 star upgrade in my book. The Tom Yum is usually tasteful made traditionally with Kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and lemon grass. Love the hot chili sauce used in various dishes, and the Fisherman's Madness is a go to dish though it can be light on seafood. All in all the vegetables are fresh, sauces are as expected, and the lime chili salad dressing is very good. The typical heat levels 1-5 can really be hit and miss. We will order 2 entrees both 3 star, and one will require additional heat while the other is almost 5 star. Also the "tray" of additional hot spices is down to 2 items now. Used to be 4 items, but now is only ground red flakes, and a red chili paste alas. Miss thetraditional fish and soy sauce based items. Do not get me wrong. I like a good flavorful 5 star, but usually order 3 for sharing then add heat from the tray. I have had better Phad Thai, and peanut sauce (this is rather poor), but all in all this is a step up from the everyday neighborhood Thai. read more

Food is excellent! Lots of flavor, nice spice level very friendly service. My kids are small and they had lovely accommodations for them and made us feel very welcome. We had the swimming Rama, street noodles, crab fried rice and a few appetizers. My hubby and I both thought it was as good of Thai food we've ever had and the prices were crazy reasonable. We came in for the first time. It's located in the same building as Coldstone and Nail Gallery. My only complaint is that their spice levels are way off. I like my food spicy and normally would order the spiciest or just under at other Thai restaurants. After reading previous reviews that said they could go up a star in spicy (they go up to a max of 4 stars here) I told her 4/4 very very spicy for my seafood pad se eew. Besides the sprinkling of crushed red chili flakes (think of the kind you get when you order pizza) there was no other spice. So disappointing but otherwise the flavor wasn't bad. Hubby ordered panang curry and he can't tolerate spice as much as I can so he ordered 3/4. He also said he could've gone up in spice. Besides that, he also said his curry was good. I also got the Thai tea... and besides being a little put off by the whipped cream and the cherry, it too was also pretty average. This all said, it'll curb the Thai craving as their food is decent, for someone who likes their Thai food spicy, I will continue my hunt for another place close to home. read more

Great Thai, right down the road...makes for one happy girl! We started ordering out from this place once a week or so...an addiction of sorts. I fell in love with the beef pad see ew, my better half, the yellow tofu curry. Both divine! I would give this place 5 stars if not for the 3 or 4 times I got home only to find very bland noodles in my dish. We lost faith and stopped ordering (which was a blessing to the pocket book). The prices are good, but take out adds up ;) Anyhow, I decided to give them another chance, as the 20+ times I had eaten there previously had been fueled my addiction. Redemption! Yum. And now the cravings are back. The yellow curry is also delightful. Spring rolls are an occasional splurge...really good as well. They are fast and "mostly" consistent. We tried the garlic chicken and it definitely wasn't what we expected. First bite it tasted VERY fishy, we told the lady that was fishy and asked if we could get another dish. She seemed pretty irritated with us and said that the chicken has fish products in it (no where on menu did it say fish sauce or oil) the chicken satay was very good, tender, good flavor. Stopped here for dinner on a weeknight, so we had the place more or less to ourselves. The service was good- prompt, if not really attentive, but nothing to complain about. The food was hot and fresh, flavorful and exactly what we ordered. I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to Thai, so I wasn't surprised that this place is good. As with most Thai places, their spice scale is "white person spice", so if you like things hot you may want to go a star above what you usually get. read more

No one greeted us and when the server came up front all she said was how many? ... Told us where to sit, only to return way later to take our orders and finally pour us a cup of water.
